བ་ཏུ་སྤྱད་པ་དང་། བཀའ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཉོ་ཚོང་ བྱས་པ་དང་། སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བའི་རྒྱུ་བསགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་མཆོད་པ་བསྔོས་པའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཡོ་བྱད་ཟོས་པ་དང་། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་མཆོད་པ་ལ་བསྔོས་པའི་ཡོ་བྱད་དང་། མཆོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་བསྔོས་པའི་ཡོ་བྱད་དང་། སྒོམ་སྒྲུབ་ཟབ་མོ་ལ་བསྔོས་པའི་ཡོ་བྱད་དང་། ཕུད་ལ་ཉམས་པ་དང་། ལྷག་མ་ལ་ཕྲི་བ་དང་། ཁྲལ་གྱི་གསོག་འཇོག་གྲོགས་ཀྱི་ཟླ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་། རྔམ་ཆེན་གྱི་ལས་སོགས་ཏེ་སྲེ་ཏ་ཀ་ཡི་དྭགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་བསགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཆོས་ཉིད་དོན་གྱི་ལྟ་བ་ནི་མ་རྟོགས་ཁ་འབྱམས་ཚིག་གི་ལྟ་བ་ལ་གདེང་བཅས་ནས་དམ་ལ་འདྲེས་པ་དང་། དམ་མེད་པ་དང་། དམ་ཉམས་པ་དང་། སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཅན་དང་། སྣོད་མིན་རྣམས་ལ་གསང་སྔགས་ཟབ་མོ་སྤེལ་བ་ལ་སོགས་ཏེ། ཚེ་འདིའི་རྐྱེན་དང་ཕྱི་མའི་སྒྲིབ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཡང་དག་པའི་དོན་ལ་སྐུར་པ་བཏབ་པ་དང་། ཡང་དག་པའི་དོན་ངོ་མ་ཤེས་པ་དང་། ཡང་དག་པའི་དོན་ཡིན་ནམ་མིན་ནམ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་ཞུགས་པ་དང་། ཡང་དག་པའི་དོན་ཡིན་པར་ཤེས་བཞིན་དུ་མ་སྤྱད་པ་ལ་སོགས་ཏེ། གཏི་ མུག་བྱོལ་སོང་གིས་རྒྱུ་བསགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་པོ་འབྲུ་གསུམ་པོ་འདི་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་དངོས་ཡིན་པས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཡི་དམ་བྱས་ན། ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་གྱི་སྡིག་པ་དང་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཕྱི་སོ་སོ་ཐར་པའི་སྡོམ་པ་ཉམས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བར་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་བསླབ་པ་ཉམས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སོར་ཆུད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ནང་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྐང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མ་འགྲུབ་པ་གྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གྲུབ་པ་རྣམས་ཆུད་མི་ཟ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡིད་ལ་བསམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དུག་ལྔ་དུག་གསུམ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྩ་བ་ཆད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རིགས་དྲུག་གི་གནས་སྟོང་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ངན་སོང་གི་སྒོ་འགག་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཇིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་ལས་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དུས་མ་ཡིན་པར་འཆི་བའི་དུས་བྱེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཆི་ཁར་གནད་གཅོད་མེད་ཅིང་དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་སུན་མ་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཕྱི་མ་ཡང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་ བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཞེས་དང་། ཡི་གེ་འབྲུ་གསུམ་འདི་ནངས་རེ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་

行邪淫，买卖珍贵佛法，以及积累众生地狱之因，所有这些都将得以净化。此外，享用供养会供的会供品，以及供养三宝的供品，以及供养盛大供养的供品，以及供养深奥禅修的供品，以及对精华有所亏损，以及对残余有所减少，以及将税收的积蓄用于朋友的聚会，以及进行威猛的事业等等，所有这些积累色达嘎之罪的因，都将得以清净。此外，对于法性实义的见解未能证悟，却对肤浅的言辞之见充满自信，从而与誓言相混杂，以及没有誓言，以及誓言破损，以及对于具有罪障者，以及对于非器者传授深奥密咒等等，所有这些成为今生之障碍和来世之罪障的，都将得以净化。此外，诽谤真实义，以及不了解真实义，以及对于真实义是否真实心存怀疑，以及明知是真实义却不修持等等，所有这些愚痴畜生所积累的因，都将得以净化。此外，这金刚心髓三字，是所有善逝之身语意的真实体现，因此若能恒常观修，身语意三门之罪业和障碍都将得以净化。外，别解脱戒的戒律所有破损都将得以恢复。中，菩萨的学处所有破损都将得以恢复。内，密咒的誓言所有破损都将得以圆满。未成就者将得以成就。已成就者将不会被浪费。心中所想的一切都将得以实现。所有痛苦都将得以消除。五毒三毒的所有根源都将得以斩断。六道轮回之所将得以清空。恶趣之门将得以关闭。将从八大怖畏中解脱。不会遭遇非时而死的横死。临终时不会有痛苦的诀窍，并且不会出现勇士空行的迎接。来世也将往生到佛的净土极乐世界。如是说，这三字明，每天早上念诵一百

Practicing evil deeds, trading precious Dharma teachings, and accumulating the causes for sentient beings to fall into hell – all of these will be purified. Furthermore, consuming the offerings dedicated to the Tsok feast, as well as the offerings dedicated to the Three Jewels, the offerings dedicated to great pujas, the offerings dedicated to profound meditation practices, any deficiencies in the essence, any reductions in the leftovers, using tax savings for gatherings with friends, and engaging in fierce activities – all of these accumulations of causes for the sins of Sretaka will be purified. Moreover, failing to realize the view of the true meaning of Dharmata, yet being confident in superficial verbal views, thereby mixing with vows, having no vows, breaking vows, having sinful obscurations, and propagating profound secret mantras to those who are not vessels – all of these that become obstacles in this life and obscurations in future lives will be purified. Furthermore, slandering the true meaning, not understanding the true meaning, doubting whether the true meaning is true or not, and knowing it is the true meaning but not practicing it – all of these causes accumulated by the ignorant animals will be purified. Moreover, these three syllables of the Vajra Essence are the actual embodiment of the body, speech, and mind of all Sugatas. Therefore, if one constantly engages in deity yoga, all sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind will be purified. Externally, all broken vows of the Pratimoksha will be restored. In between, all broken precepts of the Bodhisattva will be completely restored. Internally, all broken Samayas of the secret mantra will be fulfilled. Those who have not attained will attain. Those who have attained will not be wasted. All thoughts in the mind will be accomplished. All suffering will be eliminated. The roots of all five poisons and three poisons will be severed. The places of the six realms will be emptied. The gates of the lower realms will be closed. One will be liberated from the eight great fears. One will not die an untimely death. At the time of death, there will be no painful severance, and the welcoming of heroes and dakinis will appear. In the future, one will be reborn in the Buddha's pure land of Sukhavati. Thus it is said, these three syllables, reciting one hundred each morning
