Yogis, for those who have become greatly accustomed, there is no bardo. In the bardo of the first nature of clear light, mother and child meet in the great bliss of clear light, and they are not interrupted by delusion, so there is no doubt about becoming a Buddha. For example, the aging of the fifteenth moon and the rising of the sun are simultaneous, and they are not interrupted by the darkness of ignorance. Even the intermediate Through the power of habit, just by being able to practice in dreams, one will recognize oneself in the Dharmata Bardo, see the truth, and be certain to become a Buddha. Even the lowest person who merely grasps a dream, or is able to generate a slight essence of reality in a dream, will recognize self-appearance in the Sridpa Bardo, know that delusion is one's own mind, and thus transfer to the Sambhogakaya realm. Again, even the lowest person who merely grasps a dream, or slightly grasps the mindfulness of meditation, will continue good karma and be liberated into the unborn through a special rebirth endowed with Dharma. Thus it is said. The Kagyu school says that the degree is grasping the dream. The Incomparable Dagpo says that even if one does not grasp the dream, one can continue good karma and be liberated into the unborn through a special rebirth endowed with Dharma. Thus it is said. The Kagyu school says that the degree is grasping the dream. The Incomparable Dagpo says that even if one does not grasp the dream, one can still grasp it in the Bardo. Dreams are now seven times less clear than now, and it is also said that the Bardo is seven times clearer than now. For those who constantly grasp dreams, There is no need for clarification, and one can grasp the clear light by one's own power. If one clarifies deeply at the time of clarification, one can grasp the clear light even if one does not grasp the dream. For those who occasionally grasp dreams, one can grasp the clear light with just one hint of clarification. For those who have good practice but do not grasp dreams, they will grasp the clear light at the time of death, because the difference of grasping in the Sridpa Bardo, where the time is long and driven by suffering and fear, is reasonable, I think. Moreover, it is now said in the terma texts that forty is the lower limit, and the sign of the time is that thirty reaches the top, and the signs are complete, but according to the general view of the teachings, fifty is also possible, and it may be possible to live to sixty. Thirty years are interrupted by sleep, so this yoga of sleep is very important. Orgyen Rinpoche said, in the future five.

At the end of the kalpa, monks will be as thick as the darkness of ignorance, and even if they abandon virtuous deeds for twelve days and nights to sleep, they will not know satisfaction. Therefore, when ignorance is heavy, the yoga of sleep is especially important. The accomplished tailor Pari said, "With such instructions, even food is more important than meditation during sleep. If sleep is short, meditation will be short." As it is said, one can attain enlightenment by this alone. For example, the great accomplished Lawapa meditated on luminosity in sleep for twelve years and attained supreme accomplishment. So, how to sleep and the corresponding yoga of getting up in the morning? At night, fall asleep in emptiness and luminosity, and in the morning, instantly arise as the body of Great Compassion. At night, fall asleep in the melting bliss bindu, and in the morning, visualize that from the sky, the four consorts urge with vajra songs, and the bindu transforms into GHI (Tibetan: གྷི, Sanskrit Devanagari: घि, Sanskrit Romanization: ghi, Chinese literal meaning: घी酥), and from this transforms into the body of Great Compassion and arise. Shantipa said, "One should wake up from the singing and urging of the four goddesses, and after waking up, everything should be as before." Orgyen Rinpoche also said, "The dakinis say, 'Alas! Alas! Son of fortunate lineage! Do not be overcome by ignorance and delusion, arouse diligence and effort, and arise now!'" and so on, explaining the method of arising. In Chakrasamvara ear-whispered lineage and others, one should think of being awakened by the sound of the dakini's damaru. The Kagyu tradition believes that being in the state of luminosity during sleep, and immediately upon waking up, entering the practice of Mahamudra without interruption by other thoughts, is considered an excellent practice. Here, the noble Sakya and Nyingma schools, and other general tantric schools, have the subsequent yoga, which is said to be for householder vajra holders, with methods of relying on action mudra, and for ordained practitioners, relying on mind-wisdom jnana mudra, but since the Kagyu tradition emphasizes individual liberation, it is not mentioned here. Then, with clothes and ornaments, such as upper garments, lower skirts, bracelets, etc., contemplate them as the adornments and clothing of Great Compassion and bless them. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 啊), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) three times, or in detail, purify new items
