苏母拉，敬礼！ 怛[口*也]他（藏文，梵文天城体：तद्यथा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā，汉语字面意思：如是）。 班杂 哲热雅 阿瓦 玻达那耶 梭哈（藏文，梵文天城体：पञ्चद्रिय अव बोधनाय स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：pañcadriya ava bodhanāya svāhā，汉语字面意思：五根觉悟成就）。此祈愿文由噶玛布达，或名噶玛扎西所作。 以此为代表，三时所积善妙福德资粮，供养大悲观世音九尊五尊之圣众。 追随弟子我及他众，母众老众有情众，为于极乐刹土现证菩提而回向。 祈愿此嘉瓦嘉措之 完整关联，成为利益嘉瓦教法之因。 祈愿嘉瓦佛子的行持圆满成就，祈愿嘉瓦之补处现证菩提。 此二祈愿词由书写者所作。 善哉！ 关于世间自在仪轨之笔记，以及此解脱大道之意义阐释，莲花深奥和莲花王之续，根本念诵笔记之外修、内修，秘密修、总集修、极密修，内修、秘密修、总集修之准备笔记，身坛城念诵数量、后续仪轨笔记，圆满次第五轮和口诀等，生起次第卧式、死亡法道用等，朵玛供养笔记、回遮仪轨广略二种， 恩师噶玛阿Ra嘎，赐予母众后学传承者手中，我将此汇集成一大函。 愿此善根令嘉瓦教法如日中天般兴盛，愿持教士夫之事业弘遍十方。 愿自他众生获得大悲观世音之 果位，往生极乐刹土。 愿此殊胜佛法 弘扬光大，愿大威德金刚护佑。 愿见闻忆触之众生，悉皆成为往生极乐之因。 愚钝阿永写于此，将殊胜佛法经书如样本般供奉。 愿知晓大悲观世音五尊之笔记的要义，以及不共甚深窍诀等全部内容。 我等师兄弟眷属以及，生活供养之施主们， 今生吉祥长寿， 安乐富饶， 愿何时从此处逝世后， 为往生极乐而回向。 此乃阿Ra嘎所说。 康区上部囊谦昂冈工艺文化显密佛法兴盛洲古籍修复处。

Homage to Sumla! Tadyathā. Pañcadriya ava bodhanāya svāhā. This aspiration prayer was composed by Karma Buddha, also known as Karma Prakirti. May the accumulation of merit and virtue from the three times, represented by this, be offered to the deities of the nine and five forms of Great Compassion. May the disciples, myself and others, mothers, elders, and sentient beings, be dedicated to the manifest enlightenment in the Pure Land of Sukhavati. May this complete connection of Gyalwa Gyatso be written as a cause for the benefit of the Gyalwa's teachings in general. May the deeds of the Gyalwa's heirs be spontaneously accomplished. May the successors of the Gyalwa attain manifest enlightenment. These two aspiration prayers were made by the writer. May it be virtuous! Regarding the notes on the ritual of the Lord of the World, and these explanations of the meaning of the great path of liberation, the tantras of the Profound Lotus and the Lotus King, the basic recitation notes of outer practice, inner practice, secret practice, combined practice, and extremely secret practice, the preparation notes for inner practice, secret practice, and combined practice, the body mandala recitation count, the subsequent ritual notes, the five wheels of the completion stage and the instructions, the generation stage of lying down, death, and the path taking, the torma offering notes, the two kinds of pacifying rituals, extensive and concise, The kind lama Karma Ara Ga gave them into the hands of the mothers, elders, followers, and lineage holders. I have well compiled them into one large volume. May this virtue cause the Gyalwa's teachings to flourish like the midday sun. May the activities of the upholders of the teachings spread in all directions. May myself and other beings, having attained the state of Great Compassion, be born in the blissful realm. May this sacred Dharma flourish and spread, and may the Great Terrifier Mahākāla protect it. May all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch, without exception, be dedicated as the cause for being born in Sukhavati. The ignorant Ayun wrote this and offered the sacred Dharma scripture as a sample. May you know the essence of the notes on the five deities of Great Compassion, as well as all the unique and profound instructions. We, the brothers and sisters, along with our entourage, and the patrons who provide for our livelihood, May we have auspiciousness and longevity in this life, And may we have happiness and prosperity, May we be dedicated to being born in Sukhavati, as soon as we pass away from here.
