Sa! The gods cannot be accomplished. Seeing the mind is enlightenment. Thus it is said. In order to meditate on the vajra of mind essence, that is called the supreme enlightenment. Thus it is said. Therefore, the mind should always be guarded. The blissful hero becomes a Buddha. Thus it is said. In the Dharma cycle of the bodiless dakini, hold the self-liberated Mahamudra. The self-mind is non-dual, the great mudra. Liberation is the self-liberation of mind essence. The mudra is emptiness-wisdom. The seal is freedom from the seal of samsara. Greatness is union. Thus it is said. In Tilopa's Mahamudra Ganga Ma, for example, looking at the center of the sky, seeing will cease. Similarly, if the mind looks at the mind, the collection of thoughts will cease, and one will attain unsurpassed enlightenment. Thus it is said. Thus, the nature of the mind is primordially like the sky. All dharmas are not uncollected there. Thus it is said. The mind is like the center of the sky, beyond the realm of thought. In its nature, without abandoning or grasping, relax and abide. If the mind has no support, it is the Great Seal. Meditating and merging with it, one attains unsurpassed enlightenment. Thus it is said. In Shavaripa's Doha, it is said, "Kyi ho! Do not be distracted, mind, look at your own mind. If you realize your own mind, the distracted mind will also appear as the Great Seal." Thus it is said. The teacher Dharika said, "The nature of both is inseparable. If you know the nature of the mind, then abandon all actions of the mind and abide in the taste of equality." Thus it is said. Birwapa said, "In the nature of the Great Seal, co-emergent, without thinking or knowing, abide in the nature of selflessness. It will not fall into annihilation, experience is known by self-awareness. It will not fall into realization, because it is not manifest, it is union." Thus it is said. Kandapa said, "All Buddhas of the three times are of the same essence. If you realize this, it is the nature of your own mind. If you want to realize it, then do not fabricate, abide as it is. If you become accustomed to it, the yogi will realize it." Thus it is said. In Naropa's condensed view, it is said, "These phenomena of appearance and existence do not exist apart from self-aware mind." Thus and so on. In Maitripa's concise words on the Great Seal, it is said, "The Great Seal should be spoken of. All dharmas are one's own mind. Seeing external objects as real is a mistaken mind. Like a dream, the essence is emptiness. The mind is"

Just the flow of memory and awareness, Its nature is empty, sought by the wind. Its essence is emptiness, like the sky, All phenomena are equal to the sky. It is called the Great Seal, Its own essence cannot be shown. Therefore, the very nature of mind, Is the state of the Great Seal itself. In it, there is no alteration or repetition, Whoever sees this very suchness, All appearances and existences are the Great Seal, Thus it is said. Father Dampa said: Whatever arises in the mind is conceptual thought. Looking within, the five poisons arise as wisdom, and that is the intention of the Buddha. Also, in the Great View and Great Practice composed by Jowo Je: Know that all phenomena are your own mind, and abide in the nature of mind. Let the mind abide in its own place. Let the mind relax and abide. Let the mind abide wherever it is. Let the mind abide freely. Also, Serlingpa said: Throw it far away, relax it loosely, cut it off sharply, and let it be. Also, the Kadampa Glebam and Jowo said: Thus, everything is mind, and the nature of mind is like this. Because I am the son of Avadhuti, even if you expose my faults now, it is still mind. Even if you praise me, it is mind. He asked: Do all the Upasakas understand mind? Panchen Shakya Shri's Precious Nine Drops of Advice says: If whatever appears is left in its own place, it is effortless spontaneous accomplishment. If whatever arises is grasped as its essence, awareness is naturally liberated. If the root of movement is cut off, thoughts dissolve into the expanse. These three are the natural state of one's own mind, so they are four realities. Also, Sachen Kunga Nyingpo said: In the non-dual Great Seal, if there is not even a time for realization, it is like a blind man meeting his child. Knowing the nature of mind is realization. Knowing the nature of mind is said to be the Great Seal. Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen's Guidebook for Obtaining the Great Seal Stupa says: Relax like Soma, abide in the natural state, without alteration. Also, Sakya Pandita said in the Eight Verses: If you stretch it out, you cannot reach it, if you examine it closely, you will not be attached, if you let it go well, it will not be established, what is the reason for this? If you are slightly attached to it, you will be bound in any way. If you know its nature, you will be completely liberated from all bonds. Also, Machig said:
