As stated in the Sutra Pitaka, when learning this six-syllable mantra, the thirty-three gods will gather the sons of gods. The four great kings will also protect the four directions. The dragon king Sea Bonds, the dragon king Anavatapta, the dragon king Padma, and so on, countless billions of dragon kings will completely protect. In addition, the earth god Yakshas will also completely protect without exception. Thus it is said. When the Sutra Pitaka is spoken, The Lord of Assemblies, the Mighty One, the Sun and Moon Gods, the Wind God, Indra, Brahma, Joyful and other countless hundreds of thousands of dragon kings, as well as Dharma Joy and other Gandharva kings countless hundreds of thousands, Hundred Faces and other Kinnara kings countless hundreds of thousands, Crested Ones and other goddesses countless hundreds of thousands, Dragon Daughter Delight Maker and other dragon daughters countless hundreds, Garland Good and other Gandharva daughters countless hundreds, Mind Born and other Kinnara daughters countless hundreds gathered, all of whom developed unwavering faith in the Bhagavan because they personally received the six-syllable mantra of the Sutra Pitaka from the Bhagavan, and vowed to protect the Dharma. Now, wherever the six-syllable mantra of Great Compassion is practiced, they will gather there to provide protection and assistance. Moreover, all the gods, demons, and local deities who were previously bound by oath by Dharma King Songtsen Gampo and Guru Rinpoche and Karma Pakshi and all the precious Kagyu lineages of this Dharma, especially the white-sided deities originally residing in that place, are offered tormas and requested for assistance, that is, the words of requesting activity, which are excerpted from the torma offering ritual of Chakrasamvara composed by Lord Atisha and translated by the great translator Rinchen Zangpo. For those obstacles who are unable to see and hear the activities of the mandala of Great Compassion, as extensively explained in the Sutra of the Question of Excellent Arm, here is a brief explanation of its meaning: the obstacles do not like practice.

, for practitioners, they seek various opportunities and come before them. There are four categories of these, namely the retinues of the Four Great Kings. Their number is seventy million, and they obstruct the practice of mantras. There are eighteen million types of Va, whose leader is the elephant-headed one, a retinue of Ishvara, and they create obstacles everywhere. The Ekajati and sixty billion retinues obstruct the mantras spoken by Brahma, Vishnu, the sun, the moon, and the wind gods. There are trillions of rat-like creatures, whose leader arises from the crown of the head, and they obstruct the vidya-mantra of Vajrapani. The five types that rely on joy obstruct mantras. The secret son who enjoys wealth obstructs his own mantra lineage. Thus, each of their own types obstructs the mantra lineage. They transform into the deity of secret mantras and receive tormas. When the obstacles do this, the deities see it, become displeased and angry, and then return and descend. These obstacles cannot be averted even by gods, nagas, and the thirty-three gods, because there is no ritual for offerings, no fire offering for practice, and when the mind is distracted by thinking that practice has been done, those obstacles enter. Similarly, whatever actions are done, such as fire offerings, obstacles enter individually. When obstacles enter, great attachment arises. The obstacle called "shaking" enters during bathing, causing hunger, thirst, drowsiness, heaviness of body, and anger. The obstacle called "Gandharva" enters during incense offerings, causing thoughts of homeland, king, relatives, and wealth, and attachment to women. The black-bodied one rises from the ground and enters during incense offerings, causing stinginess, deceit, great attachment, fierceness, and ejaculation. When offering lamps, the one with a single topknot enters, causing heat in the chest, pain in the waist, and mental distress. When dancing, the one with a topknot enters, causing severe epidemics, diarrhea, and vomiting. When offering flowers, the flowers become overly abundant, causing epidemics and colds to spread, illness, and separation from friends. Thus, when obstacles enter, they see the wrong path as the right path, become intoxicated by intense desire, and commit various misdeeds. Suddenly
