The thirteenth bhumi is the Vajradhara bhumi, or attaining the state of Vajradhara. The unchanging Dharmakaya is like the sky, the self-luminous Sambhogakaya is like the sun's disc, and the Nirmanakaya appears like rays of light. To the Buddhas of the complete enjoyment Sambhogakaya, such as the five families, it is shown with the symbolic representation of the Vajrayana like an ocean. In the profound Lotus, it says, "The empowerment of the five paths is complete." Therefore, the thirteenth bhumi of the path of no more learning is called the Vajradhara bhumi, or the Mahacakra assembly bhumi. This is the ultimate fruit of the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge, the ultimate fruit of Mahayoga and all secret mantras, and there is nothing higher than this. Moreover, the three kayas are inseparable, and the central knot of the nadi at the crown of the head is released without being bound or unbound, so the fourteenth bhumi is the bhumi of the wisdom guru of light. In the Eight Thousand Verses, it says, "The Tathagata should be regarded as the Dharmakaya, and should not be regarded as the Rupakaya." Just like that, in the mandala of essence, all suchness is known, and the ultimate meaning of reality is completely understood, which is the fruit of the fourth empowerment, the fruit of the Mahamudra. In the tantra, it says, "The empowerment of the five paths is complete." Therefore, by taking the meaning of the fourth empowerment as the path, one obtains the fruit. Then, the upper knot of the nadi at the crown of the head is released without being bound or unbound, and without the need for a liberator or something to be liberated, everything merges into the unchanging expanse of Samantabhadra, becoming one taste. The original Buddha of the first ground, the primordial protector, manifests, and the five kayas are completely inseparable, or it is called the Samantabhadra bhumi. The one ground without division, the one body, the one vehicle, is said to be everything complete in this. This is like the fruit of the power empowerment, and it is also the view of the Nyingma school. The Great Compassionate Lord of the Victorious Ones, the Ocean, is the lotus heart essence, the lotus stacked, and the tantra called the Victorious Ones, the Ocean, and the tantra called the Dakini, the Ocean, are all spoken of in the old secret mantras. Therefore, the view of the Great Perfection Atiyoga transcends all vehicles, and in the sixteenth bhumi after surpassing the fifteen bhumis, which is the true ultimate Akanistha, it is believed that all dharmas are completely perfect. The great accomplished Karma said, "The reality of Samantabhadra, the Dharmadhatu, the Great Perfection Atiyoga, transcends all vehicles, and there are sixteen stages of bhumis and paths."

Furthermore, In the Akanishta of true meaning, from the beginning, everything is naturally perfect. So it is said. Ultimately, the bhumis and paths cannot be traversed separately. It is merely that when a yogi generates each new experience of realization, it is labeled as a "bhumi." As it says in the Tantra of Secret Inconceivability: "From the bhumis and paths that purify faults and perfect qualities, each new certainty free from doubt, and the unceasing awareness of experience and realization, are said to be the bhumis for the sons of the Victorious Ones." So it is said. However, in terms of provisional meaning, the bhumis and paths do exist separately. Among them, there are considered to be three types: the bhumi of generation, the bhumi of practice, and the bhumi of accomplishing the ultimate fruition. The bhumi of generation has four aspects, which are the four stages of approach and accomplishment in Vajrayana. The bhumis of practice and liberation are ten, as mentioned above. The ten bhumis are the result of untying the ten knots of the channels. The bhumi of accomplishing the fruition of perfected qualities is divided into three sets of three, and the five fruition bhumis were also discussed earlier. As it says in The Ocean of Instructions: "The way to traverse the provisional bhumis and paths is: the bhumi of generation and the bhumi of practice, and the bhumi of accomplishing the ultimate fruition. The bhumi of generation has four aspects, which are the four stages of approach and accomplishment in Vajrayana. The bhumis of practice and liberation are the ten knots of the channels and the ten bhumis. The liberation and the supreme perfection are the ten bhumis of accomplishing the fruition. Fourteen is the bhumi of the guru's light." And so on, it is said. Furthermore, according to the view of the Dzogchen Atiyoga, individuals of the highest faculties traverse the ten bhumis sequentially. Without needing a long time, they can traverse them all at once in a short time within one lifetime. The names of the bhumis and the way to traverse them are as mentioned above. The fruition, the Buddha bhumi, is explained as eleven: eleven, the All-Pervading Light Bhumi; twelve, the Vajra Holder Bhumi; thirteen, the Lotus Holder Bhumi; fourteen, the Great Wheel Assembly Bhumi; fifteen, the Perfectly Complete Arrangement Bhumi; sixteen, the Deva Kosha Bhumi; seventeen, the Vajra Holder Name Holder Bhumi; eighteen, the Willow Tree Bhumi; nineteen, the Dzogchen Atiyoga Bhumi; twenty, the Three Realms Self-Perfected Bhumi; twenty-one, the Bhumi of Non-Effort and Non-Duality. Thus, it is said that twenty-one bhumis and paths are traversed. The great accomplished Karma Pakshi said: "Individuals who are all at once, realization and attainment, are simultaneously Samantabhadra. Whether the bhumis and paths are traversed or not, they pervade all of samsara and nirvana. The sequence of bhumis and paths is twenty-one. Furthermore, the true meaning."
