None. The obscurations of afflictions are completely purified, and various experiences and dream signs will arise. Having said that, its result is: From the essence of equality, one obtains the vidyadhara of the path and the bhumis. That is also inexpressible, at that time one will directly attain enlightenment. Thus it is said. This is the meaning of the inseparability of Mahamudra and Dzogchen, as asserted by the great accomplished Karma Pakshi. It is the Dharma speech of the Compassionate Gyalwa Gyatso. From the profound Vast Ocean of Dharma, it is said that the great Brahmin Saraha and Garab Dorje, although different in name, are the same in meaning and intention. Therefore, since their intention is the same, the wisdom of non-duality, the self-arisen ocean, like the sun and moon in the sky, is all-pervasive, and self-arisen wisdom dawns in one's own mind, realizing the unconditioned state of the ultimate meaning of Ogmin, and possessing the five Ogmins, the myriad thoughts, the five kayas, the five wisdoms, etc., all are perfected in oneself, which is the way of sudden realization. The two, gradual entry and suddenness, realize the unconditioned state of reality without bias, and when familiarity reaches its culmination, like water poured into water, there is no difference in anything. Therefore, one should constantly and immovably abide in the vast emptiness of self-arisen wisdom, practicing the yoga of the continuous stream like a river. Thus it is said. Furthermore, in the "Vast Ocean of Instructions" composed by the great accomplished Karma Pakshi, it is also said: Vajrayana Mahamudra and Dzogchen, are inseparable like cause and effect, and there is no difference in anything. Thus it is said. This is the way in which the profound meditation experiences of the completion stage of the Compassionate Gyalwa Gyatso manifest. Moreover, the profound completion stage of the Compassionate Gyalwa Gyatso, the instructions on the channels, winds, and bindus of the nine deities, based on the channels of the five chakras, the method of purifying the seeds of the five poisons and the six realms, is the oral instruction of the great accomplished Karma Pakshi, transmitted aurally from Gnyen ras sang ga laksha to Rin po che rang byung, and if one mainly practices this, if one grasps the signs of the five winds, three experiences will arise: the experience of the body, the experience of the mind, and the experience of dreams. When the earth wind is grasped, the body becomes heavy and difficult to stand, and in dreams one sees smoke or dust, or is oppressed by heavy objects, and sees huge things like mountains, rocks, and houses. The experience of the mind is the desire to go upwards, and ignorance increases. When the water wind is grasped, the body becomes cold and soft, and in dreams

Having boarded a boat in a dream and crossed a river, one dreams of a great river. The mind is clear and bright, but pride is strong. If the fire element is seized, the body temperature is high, there is much dust, and in dreams one sees fire burning and smoke. The mind is slightly distracted, easily angered, and desire is strong. At that time, one should rest and meditate. If the wind element is seized, the body feels light and comfortable, but one cannot stay still. One dreams of horses running, flocks of birds, and oneself flying. The mind is scattered, but not lost, and jealousy is strong. If the wind of the sky is seized, the body feels light and as if it does not exist. One dreams of a vast plain, and from the top of a mountain one sees a vast sky and earth. The mind abides in non-conceptualization, emptiness is strong, and stinginess easily arises. If tummo is ignited, great warmth arises in the body, arising in the upper and lower body, and arising in the entire body. Food is digested more easily than before, the appetite is greater than before, the mind is clear, and the body is refreshed. Then, if one meditates on bindus, joy arises in body and mind. The body becomes soft and comfortable, and so on. In general, meditating on the channels and winds produces four common attainments and four supreme qualities and eight qualities. First, wealth is accumulated through the nadi chakra (Tibetan: རྩ་བྷེ་པས་), people are accumulated through wind (Tibetan: རླུང་གིས་), dakinis are accumulated through bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེས་), and the life and glory of the three realms are accumulated through the balanced chakra (Tibetan: ཆ་སྙོམས་བྷི་པས་). It is said that obtaining the four supreme qualities means that if one gains control over tummo and the upward-moving wind, one can suppress the sun and moon. If one gains control over the fire-exhausting wind, even the scattering wind of the eon cannot destroy one. If one gains control over the life-sustaining wind, one can reverse the flow of rivers. If one gains control over the pervasive wind, one can walk, stand, sleep, etc., in the sky. The benefits of meditating on tummo are: outer tummo destroys the eighty-four thousand types of obstacles and generates warmth in the body. Inner tummo pacifies the four hundred and four types of diseases and generates comfort in the body. Secret tummo destroys the eighty-four thousand afflictions and generates the wisdom of bliss and emptiness in body and mind. The tummo of suchness destroys all the darkness of ignorance, hence it is called tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ). Because it generates self-aware wisdom, it is called mo (Tibetan: མོ). In short, from the perspective of the union of generation and completion stages, one should practice such a practice.
