Om. I confess that I have gone to heretical practices. I confess that I have harmed black dogs and have not offered incense. I confess to the assembly of male lineage protectors. I confess that I hate donkeys, widows, and mongooses. I confess to the goddess that I dislike fire and whirlwinds. I confess that I have not been kind to chicks and pregnant women, and that I have mixed quarrels. I confess to the maid that the rosary has been touched by others. I confess that I have lent warm clothes for selfish purposes and given away offering cakes. I confess to the assembly of oath-bound ones that I have made alliances with enemies. Furthermore, I confess all violations of vows, both general and specific, to the Dharma protectors. General Confession of the Wealth Deities: Alas! Listen, assembly of treasure-owning wealth deities! In this life and in all lifetimes, I confess with regret all acts of greed, stinginess, theft, robbery, and obstruction of generosity. I confess that I have focused on selfish desires and aspirations instead of the benefit of the teachings, beings, and gurus. I confess that I have not gathered the substances for approach, accomplishment, offerings, and vows. I confess that the offerings were small and of poor quality. I confess that I have eaten horse meat, donkey meat, and the leftovers of widows in cracked vessels. I confess that I have ridden black horses and worn black hats and clothes. I confess that I have given offering cakes to birds and dogs. I confess that I have not worn blue upper garments and have not had liberation garlands. I confess that I have touched corpses and laid out corpse cushions. I confess that I have not decorated the inner liberation offering cakes and have washed the offering cake containers. I confess that I have given vow substances to others. I confess all violations of vows, both general and specific, of the wealth deities. Confession of the Outer Lineage Protectors: Alas! Listen, assembly of outer lineage protectors! We, the teachers, disciples, patrons, and those to be protected, from the seven generations of great-grandfathers down to the great-grandchildren, confess all offenses and disputes that have occurred. I confess all actions done without knowing the reasons, times, increases, and decreases of the fierce mantras of suppression, burning, and throwing, and the throwing of offering cakes. I confess all actions done with white hearths, red hearths, blue hearths, and tea hearths, and the improper burning of corpses, smoke offerings, and burning. I confess all the cutting down of forests, single trees, green grass, poisonous grass, and so forth, which should not be cut down. I confess the splitting of rocks, moving of stones, overturning of waterfalls, separating of flagstones, and the digging of sacred places, fields, and lands. I confess the faults of illness, death, corpses, and weddings. I confess the faults of building houses, cutting down trees, and war markets. I confess the making of evil oaths, giving and receiving gifts, swearing oaths, and acting as witnesses. I confess the melting of stones, iron, copper, and boiling of butter. I confess the setting of mountain fires and the killing of birds, beasts, and wild animals.

挖掘坟墓和屠宰牲畜我忏悔。 抛掷铁钩和在水中杀死鱼虾我忏悔。 将血水和有毒物质倒入水中我忏悔。 在星命历算中， 取用禁忌的泥土，凡此种种我忏悔。 在星宿、时辰、年月日中， 所有不应做之事，我忏悔。 在出生、死亡和家庭聚会时， 所有不应有的分割行为，我忏悔。 为了获得供养和尊敬， 对外部传承的神灵、鬼怪和地主进行殴打，凡此种种我忏悔。 堵塞和破坏水渠和泉眼， 呼风唤雨和降下冰雹，我忏悔。 怀着恶意种植树木，却很少进行供养， 将神灵鬼怪视为敌人，尽力伤害，我忏悔。 世间神灵、拉布丹玛（藏地神名）和地方神， 在年、月、时节的供养上有所缺失，我忏悔。 在所有神灵面前发愿忏悔。 祈请垂听，智慧世间之 所有神灵眷属，请垂听。 我与无边众生之， 所有不当和不善，我皆忏悔。 虚空般无垠的众生之， 所有罪障和过失， 都融入于我，由我独自， 在五大海洋的神灵眷属前忏悔。 如此，凭借我纯净的意乐之力， 愿一切众生远离痛苦，拥有安乐。 圆满证悟地道功德后， 愿速得金刚萨埵之果位。 从无始以来直至今日， 所有罪业过患，我皆不隐瞒。 以深深的懊悔之心， 一一忏悔，愿得以清净。 所有神灵的口诀观修次第。 献上忏悔，祈请慈悲宽恕。 从身语意中流出光芒和甘露， 融入我的三处，清净所有业障。 （神灵问道：）你认为这些罪过是错的吗？ （我回答：）我认为是错的。 （神灵问道：）以后会停止吗？ （我回答：）我会停止。 （神灵说道：）这是方法。 （我回答：）好的，积累善业，净化罪业。 诸佛以慈悲之光加持， 金刚萨埵，身色洁白，圆满受用。 手持金刚铃杵，安住于白莲月轮之上。 从密严刹土迎请至虚空中。 百字明咒之音声遍布世间。 种姓

I confess to digging graves and slaughtering livestock. I confess to throwing iron hooks and killing fish and shrimp in the water. I confess to pouring blood and toxic substances into the water. In astrology and divination, I confess to taking forbidden soil. In the stars, times, dates, years, and months, I confess to all the things that should not be done. At births, deaths, and family gatherings, I confess to all inappropriate divisions that occur. To gain offerings and respect, I confess to beating external lineage deities, ghosts, and local spirits. I confess to blocking and destroying canals and springs. I confess to summoning wind and rain and causing hailstorms. I confess to planting trees with malicious intent but offering little sustenance. I confess to treating deities and ghosts as enemies, harming them as much as possible. I confess to deficiencies in the offerings to worldly deities, Rabtenma (a Tibetan deity), and local spirits in years, months, and seasons. Confession of generating Bodhicitta before all the deities. Listen, all the deities of the wisdom realm, Please listen. All the improper and unwholesome deeds of myself and limitless sentient beings, I confess. All the sins, obscurations, and faults of sentient beings as boundless as the sky, Are absorbed into me, and I alone, Confess before the assembly of deities of the five great oceans. Thus, through the power of my pure intention, May all beings be free from suffering and possess happiness. Having fully perfected the qualities of the grounds and paths, May I quickly attain the state of Vajrasattva. From beginningless time until now, I do not conceal or hide all my sins and transgressions. With deep remorse, I confess each one individually, may they be purified.
