In order to fulfill the vows of the white-sided virtuous friends of the outer tantras, offer white torma and golden drinks, nāga medicine, essence of food, yak, sheep, goat, horse, and cattle, arrow banners, fine powder, good wood, incense clouds, etc., and greatly increase them with samadhi mantras and mudras. With this that satisfies the realm of the six senses, fulfill the vows of the eight classes of gods, the guardians of the directions, the seventy-two glorious protectors, and the eighty white ones. Fulfill the vows of the sky-going dakini sisters, Tangla Shampo Gang (Nyenchen Tanglha Mountains), Hawo Gang Sang, and others. Fulfill the vows of Vajra King Nara Seng Ngön and the intermediate minister, the Naga King and his siblings. Fulfill the vows of the Tsen god of Sprug, the Kyagu inner minister, and the seven hundred and twenty outer ministers. Fulfill the vows of the four great Nyan gods of the four directions of Pomra Shené, and the forty-two minor Nyan gods. Do not be negligent in guarding the vows of friends. May there be timely rain and abundant harvests. May the world be peaceful and the sacred Dharma flourish. As stated in the "Fulfillment Scripture": From the Lama Vidyadhara down to the Dharma Protector Taki, all who should be fulfilled, fulfill them. This is the meaning. In general, offering fulfillment substances and corresponding items: Hūṃ! To all the deities of the five great oceans, fulfill their vows with worldly fulfillment substances. Fulfill their vows with white and red bodhicitta, five meats, and five amṛtas, mixed with eighty-four thousand. Fulfill their vows with pañcagam flour, pañca pills, and amṛta (Tibetan: བདུད་རྩི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amṛta, Chinese literal meaning: immortality). Fulfill their vows with sura wine, jagad wine, ginger wine, and grape and rice wines. Fulfill their vows with lotus red, the blood of noble lineage, and blood mixed with mula red. Fulfill their vows with mahārakta, the great blood of killing, and blood from ca, che, mo, gya, kye. Fulfill their vows with pledge torma, support torma, continuous torma, seasonal torma, share torma, and great bhaling. Fulfill their vows with gaṇacakra, the feast wheel, and gaṇapūja, the offerings of the feast. Fulfill their vows with tāṃsa great flesh, citta great heart, and kaṃni riti human bones. Fulfill their vows with gorocana, brains, rakta blood, intestines, and vasuta. Fulfill their vows with the milk of the full moon, yogurt, and curd of the essence of the moon, and the burden of the full moon. Fulfill their vows with tsampa, vajra life, and noodle gala, and the feast of pūja offerings. Fulfill their vows with ignorance elephant, desire bird form, hatred snake, and pride horse. Fulfill their vows with jealousy human, and kukuraca dog, and the form of excellent human flesh. Fulfill their vows with crystal eggs, white sheep, black crystal black sheep, and carara and sentient horse. Fulfill their vows with khading, snipe, black mother, black woman, and ropo raven, white owl, crow. Fulfill their vows with radiant young woman, flute, and mahā excellent great human leg bone trumpet. Fulfill their vows with small mule, skull drum, willow stick, ḍāmaru, and wonderful warm tsampa garlic soup. Fulfill their vows with breathless smoke and lifeless butter lamp radiance, and breath-taking life egg. Fulfill the vows of the male lineage protectors with black horse, black yak, vulture knife, and great heart. Fulfill the vows of the female lineage goddesses with black sheep, black woman, and human king fruit.
