Visualize the assembly of deities of the Samaya Wheel. Again, abide in the wheel of the Wisdom Being. The Lord of Death, Mara, is in the form of the red-black syllable KSHA (藏文ཀྵ,梵文天城体क्ष,梵文罗马拟音kṣa,损减). Absorb into it all that harms life. As the wheel turns and cuts, it vanishes into emptiness. Subdue the Lord of Death, Mara, and think of attaining immortality. Then, visualize the mantra garland as before. Blue light emerges from the vajra womb. Through the lineage of the Mother, it enters your own face and dissolves into your heart. Meditate on the arising of the clear-empty Great Seal. Then, the visualization for completing the four sessions is as follows: From the seed syllable of the mantra wheel in your heart, as before, five-colored light emanates from the face of the Father. By entering the face of the Mother, light radiates from the Mother. Stimulate the heart streams of the four Yoginis of the circle. Having gathered the blessings, from the heart of the Mother, the light body emerges from the bhaga (Sanskrit, female genitalia). Entering from the jewel, it dissolves into the HUNG (藏文ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体 हूँ,梵文罗马拟音hūṃ,吽) in your heart. Meditate on accomplishing the wheel of great bliss and wisdom. Then, the visualization for the time of going to sleep is as follows: From your heart, five-colored light radiates. By radiating, all beings become the Father and Mother of Supreme Bliss. All gather back, and the light dissolves into yourself. You also dissolve into HUNG (藏文ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体 हूँ,梵文罗马拟音hūṃ,吽), and HUNG (藏文ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体 हूँ,梵文罗马拟音hūṃ,吽) also rises up and vanishes. If you sleep in the state of practice, you will seize the clear light. This, it is said, is the supreme yoga of sleep. Thus, practice for seven days, fourteen days, twenty-one days, and for one month, six months, etc. By practicing the twenty-two-syllable essence mantra of the Father, four hundred thousand recitations are sufficient. If you practice the seven syllables, you need one million two hundred thousand recitations. The mantras of the Mother and the four Yoginis, due to the influence of time, each should be recited forty thousand times. This is explicitly stated in the tantras. In the age of completion, the main deity is one hundred thousand, and the retinue is ten thousand. In the degenerate age, it is necessary to quadruple, according to the New School. When reciting the Mother mantra, focus single-pointedly on the Mother's mantra wheel. And when practicing the four wheels, in the morning, blue-green light emerges from your heart. Entering the face of the Dakini, the fierce mantra revolves. Blue-green light emerges from the Dakini's heart. By entering your heart, meditate on pacifying all diseases, demonic influences, sins, obscurations, faults, and transgressions. At noon, yellow light passes through the heart of the visible person on the right side. Increase life, wisdom, and enjoyment.

One should meditate. In the evening, red rays of light radiate. From behind, the face of the Ḍumkye (Tibetan: དུམ་སྐྱེས་, literally: born from fragments) dissolves into oneself, and one meditates on wind, mind, and appearances being controlled. At night, green rays of light radiate from the left. The face of the Lama enters, and the heart lineage dissolves into oneself, and one meditates on all malicious obstacles being cut off. Thus, the four yoginis are divided into four sessions. At the beginning of each rosary round, the main deity is the father and mother, and also add one or two mantras. This is the common practice of tantras and schools. The so-called rosary mantra, the eight syllables of the father and mother, is the mantra of the body, one for each session is sufficient. The seven syllables are the mantra of the heart, no need to recite, meditation is sufficient. The essence of speech, the twenty-two syllables, is the main content of the practice. This is personally heard from the oral tradition of Drikung Shabdrung, etc., from the words of some wise people. This seems to be the view of the tantric scriptures. The view of the oral transmission lineage is: from Je Kyobpa Rinpoche to Rigdzin Chokyi Drakpa. Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: o, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ) is the Bhagavan Chakrasamvara. Bhi (Tibetan: བྷིནི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भि, Sanskrit Romanization: bhi, Chinese literal meaning: Bhi) is the Bhagavan Vajrayogini. The first syllable Ha (Tibetan: ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Chinese literal meaning: Ha) is the four yoginis, the second is the sixteen heroes and heroines, fathers and mothers, of the wheel of the body below the earth. The first syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) is the complete sixteen heroes and heroines, fathers and mothers, of the wheel of speech, the second is the complete sixteen heroes and heroines, fathers and mothers, of the wheel of the mind of the Dakinis. Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ) are the eight gate goddesses, therefore, the mantras of the mother and retinue need not be recited, only reciting the seven syllables is the practice of the oral transmission. This is heard from the words of Zurmang Nangso. Therefore, any method of reciting the mantra is acceptable. The signs are similar to the common signs. However, when reciting the seven-syllable mantra seven hundred thousand times, as it is said that the Dakinis will become servants, many dream signs of Dakinis gathering will appear, new realizations will arise or progress, this is definitely a supreme sign. Finally, it is good to complete the Torma offering and the fire puja. If it cannot be completed, there is no fault of breaking the vows, it is sufficient to meditate on the fire puja in the food. This is the oral instruction for the practice of Chakrasamvara, called outer practice.
