From the mother's mantra, white rays of light emerge, Exiting from the bhaga and entering one's own secret place. The Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) at the heart dissolves, pacifying illness, demons, and obstacles. From the white Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) syllable at the crown of one's head, Limitless white rays of light radiate, Going beneath the earth, all the way to the depths, All sentient beings transform into heroes and ḍākinīs. All the deities of the Wheel of Body beneath the earth, Touched by that light, their lineages are satisfied with bliss. Everything is gathered in the form of white light, Dissolving into the Oṃ syllable at the crown of one's head, The deities of the Wheel of Body will be accomplished. Then, in an instant, in one's own Heart, visualize a wisdom being identical to oneself. In the heart of that wisdom being, there is a four-spoked wheel, In the center of that, just barely touching, upon a moon, A Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) surrounded by a mantra garland turning to the left. At the intersections and tips of the four spokes of the wheel, There are four Vinayakas, the essence of the Māras of the sons of gods. Towards them, until one attains enlightenment, Visualize the deceptions, obstacles, and wrong paths of the Māras, And all pride and attachment dissolving. The tip of the wheel is like the edge of a razor, The Khaṃ (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Space) syllable is sliced through with a swooshing sound, disappearing without a trace. Visualize destroying the Māras of the sons of gods. Then, as before, visualize the clear mantra garland, Yellow light descends from the secret place, Entering the face of the Mother, passing through the face, and dissolving into your own heart, Meditate on the arising of non-conceptual bliss samadhi. From the red 'Ah' (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ah) syllable at your throat, Red light radiates, pervading the earth, All sentient beings dwelling on the earth, Transform into the essence of heroes and yoginis. All the deities of the earth-faring speech wheel, Touched by this light, are delighted with great bliss. Gather everything back, dissolving into the 'Ah' at the throat, Meditate on accomplishing the deities of the speech wheel. Then, the meditation for the evening session is, The arrangement of the mantra garland and the way of rotation are as before, Red light enters the faces of the Father and Mother Buddhas, Meditate on subduing wind, mind, appearance, and existence. From the indigo 'Hum' (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) syllable at your heart, Indigo light radiates, pervading the sky, All sentient beings dwelling in the intermediate space and beyond, All transform into the forms of heroes and dakinis. All the deities of the space-faring mind wheel, Touched by this light, transform into offerings of bliss and emptiness. Gather everything back, dissolving into the 'Hum' at the heart, Meditate on accomplishing the deities of the mind wheel. Then, transform the place, the wisdom mind at the heart, Together with the wheel, at the tip of the clear spokes, The essence of the demon of afflictions, the red-black Naga, Absorb the five poisons, including stinginess, into it, The tip of the wheel's spoke cuts it, and it vanishes into emptiness, Subduing the demon of afflictions, think that the five poisons do not arise. Again, transform the place, the mantra garland as before, Red light goes forth and revolves from the secret place, Meditate on the arising of the samadhi of great bliss. Then, the meditation for the night session is, The seed syllables, mantra garland, etc., are as before, Indigo light passes through the faces of the Father and Mother Buddhas, Think of cutting off all outer and inner obstacles. From the green 'Ka' (藏文：ཀ，) syllable at your secret place, Green light radiates in the eight directions, All who go in the directions transform into heroes and dakinis, With this light, make offerings to the eight gate-border goddesses, All are pleased, then gather back, dissolving into the secret place.
