By offering the ground, one perfects the accumulations, accomplishes the purpose of purifying the lower realms of oneself and others, and so forth, and it is the offering of accomplishment. It includes all other offerings. Among them, the offering of bathing water is offered to the body, as stated by Bhagavan Vajra of Wisdom. Others also believe that clean water should be offered. Foot washing water is accepted as washing the feet, as is the tradition of Indian kings and others, and offered to the feet. Flowers are offered to the head, incense to the nose, lamps to the eyes, supreme fragrance to the mind, food to the mouth, and music to the ears. The offering and light dissolve and merge into the abodes of the deities, pleasing their minds with uncontaminated bliss. It is said that the goddesses rejoice when reciting Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), and when reciting Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), they gather back into their own hearts. The Root of the Nine Deities Tantra states: "It should be believed that all are praised by the many mouths of a hundred tongues, closely connected with it, and those who hold the vajra bell should praise." As it is said, from one's own heart, Brahma, Indra, and the offering deities, with the melodious voice of Brahma, emanate immeasurably, and each one praises with a hundred tongues, each tongue possessing sixteen melodious qualities, as visualized. This is what is said in the Coemergent Buddha Coemergent Union Tantra. Praise with the nonexistent. Then, visualize that you, having become Vajrasattva, merge back into the heart of the main deity. The Three Realms Victory Banner Mandala Ritual states: "Those great beings, wherever they bind a mudra, by reciting the essence of the mantra, contemplate that as their own self." And other texts also state: "The deity, wherever and whatever mudra they bind, the yogi in that place, will accomplish that mudra." As it is said. The Explanation of the Purifying Tantra of the All-Encompassing Essence states: "The great mudra of All-Knowing Vairochana must be definitely combined with each one's mind and actions." Similarly, in all activities, bind the great mudra, and know that you must definitely combine with the actions. As it is said, the action mudra is also acceptable. Or, after the nine or fifteen dance lotuses of the Root Awareness Life Lotus Wheel, each one binds their respective mudras, and from the hearts of the deities they contemplate, light radiates from various things, and again immeasurable emanations radiate, performing their respective activities in immeasurable fields, purifying the lower realms, and especially contemplating the performance of the activities entrusted to them. The Glorious Supreme Vajrasattva states: "Then, from one's own heart, from the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), various vajras emanate."

In the generation stage, the hand seals of Vajrasattva and others arise from reciting Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and from dance. Three banners with three points, liberated from the edges of majesty, etc., rise like lightning and are arranged in front. This is called the Vajra Dance. That is the meaning of what was said. That is, each deity is entrusted with purifying the lower realms, and wrathful deities and worldly deities are entrusted with peaceful activities until they attain enlightenment. Then, the practice of recitation is done by reciting without distraction. From the Uttaratantra, it says: "Having restrained the life force and effort, with a mind that does not stray outward, combine the wisdom of secret mantras with the mantra, and begin the recitation of the mind. By this alone, the ritual will be accomplished. Or it may be done in a whisper. One who desires the accomplishment of knowledge-mantras should not use recitation for other purposes." Like that, recite in a whisper without distraction. From the Conduct of the Body. From Shri Paramādya, it says: "First bind the vajra fist, the left hand from the left, in a posture of equal placement, recite the essence and so forth." Also, from the Vajra Peak, it says: "The left hand binds the mudra, the right hand should have a rosary." Therefore, first the left hand makes the vajra fist and then binds one's own great seal. First, also hold the vajra and cover it with a cloth, and the right hand holds the rosary. From Bāhu-sādhana, it says: "Secret mantras with crooked additions, letters missing or excessive, will not bestow great accomplishments." Therefore, recite clearly and without omissions or excesses. To be meditated upon, from the Vajra Peak, it says: "Meditate on the full, stainless moon in the heart. In the center of the moon mandala, meditate on the letters of wisdom. By such an excellent method, accomplishment will occur from half a moon." Therefore, in the hearts of all the deities, on top of the moon mandala, in the center of the vajra marked with their respective symbols. Around that seed syllable are their respective mantras. Around that, meditate on the root awareness surrounding it. Meditate that all the deities are one with oneself, and the sound of the mantra arises from the mouth, and light radiates from that mantra, generally striking the three lower realms, and specifically striking the object of focus, causing them to be liberated from suffering, and then the light, in the manner of the twelve deeds, returns, having benefited limitless beings.
