Visualize the mother goddess, the Desire-fulfilling Mother, red in color, embracing from the left side, residing in the southern cave of the Immovable Jewel Mountain. The head ornament is Amitabha. The mantra is: Om Hala Hala Hum Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧ་ལ་ཧ་ལ་ཧཱུྃསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hala hala hūṃ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Hala, Hala, Hum, Svaha.) As composed by Padmasambhava, visualize the three left hands holding a lotus, a breast, and a bow. In its heart center, on top of the moon, from Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) arises Vajradharmakaya, with a body color like a red lotus, tinged with white radiance, one face and two arms, the right hand holding a blooming lotus at the heart, the left hand holding a sixteen-petaled lotus, residing on a peacock and the moon, seated in the bodhisattva posture, visualize as having a graceful demeanor. Recite: Om Vajra Dharma Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷརྨ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra dharma hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Dharma, Hum.) This is the practice of Vajradharma. Afterwards, from emptiness, in the center of an eight-petaled red lotus, and on the eight petals, are various lotuses and moon cushions. In the center is the red syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), from which arises Padmagaravashin, with a red body, holding a red lotus in the left hand, and the consort, the White-clad Mother, embracing from the left side. On the eight petals, each with its own colored Hrih (Tibetan: ཧཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: hrīḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) syllable, from which arise: In the east, the red Locana, holding a red lotus. In the south, the green Tara, holding a green lotus. In the west, the yellow Vasudhara, holding a blue utpala. In the north, the white Bhrikuti, holding a yellow lotus. 持着。所有主尊眷属也都是一面二臂,以菩萨跏趺坐姿安住。左手持着上面所说的莲花,右手以针之手印打开莲花。观想为具有寂静之相,以一切饰品庄严。念诵:嗡 嘿 贝玛 尼尔德 希瓦热 吽。这是莲花舞自在的修法,圆满正觉所宣说。

English

holding. All the main figures and retinues are also one-faced and two-armed, seated in the vajra posture of a bodhisattva. The left hand holds the lotus described above, and the right hand opens the lotus with the needle mudra. Contemplate them as having a peaceful demeanor, adorned with all ornaments. Recite: Om Hi Padma Nirte Shvari Hum. This is the sadhana of Padma Garwang (Lord of Lotus Dance), spoken by the complete Buddha.
