Meditating while sitting with the left leg extended and reciting the mantra is the practice of Ekajati. ༈ From emptiness, from Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ) arises a variety of lotuses, and from Ṭa (藏文：ཊ，梵文天城体：ट，梵文罗马拟音：ṭa，汉语字面意思：Ṭa) arises a skull cup, within which from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) arises Ekajati, contemplate her with the characteristics just described, and recite the mantra, this is the practice of the Holy Mother Ekajati, and also another practice of Ekajati. ༈ From emptiness, from Ṭaṃ (藏文：ཊཾ，梵文天城体：टं，梵文罗马拟音：ṭaṃ，汉语字面意思：Ṭaṃ) arises a variety of lotuses and a sun, upon which instantaneously arises black Ekajati, with two hands holding a curved knife and a skull cup, or, with four hands, the right two holding an arrow and a sword, the left two holding a bow and a skull cup, or, with eight hands, the right four holding a sword, an arrow, a vajra, a curved knife, the left four holding an utpala flower, a bow, an axe, a skull cup, sitting with the left leg extended, with the characteristics just described, reciting the mantra Bho (藏文：བྷོ་，梵文天城体：भो，梵文罗马拟音：bho，汉语字面意思：Bho) etc., this is the practice of Ekajati, brought to Tibet by the teacher Nāgārjuna, the three divided from one. ༈ From emptiness, in the heart on a moon disc, from Bhiserpo (藏文：བྷིསེར་པོ་，梵文天城体：भिसर्पो，梵文罗马拟音：bhisarpo，汉语字面意思：Bhiserpo) arises the Wrathful-browed Mother, yellow, with one face, four arms, three eyes, and a crown of matted hair. Of the four hands, the right two make the supreme generosity mudra and hold a rosary, the left two hold a trident and a water pot, seated on a lotus and moon disc with the right leg extended, the head ornament is Amitābha. The mantra is: Oṃ Bhi Kutri Svāhā (藏文：ཨོབྷི་ཀུ་ཏྲི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओभि कुत्रि स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：obhi kutri svāhā，汉语字面意思：Oṃ Bhi Kutri Svāhā). Reciting this is the practice of the Wrathful-browed One. ༈ Again, the other rituals are as before, reciting Oṃ Bhi Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་བྷི་སྭ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ भि स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bhi svāhā，汉语字面意思：Oṃ Bhi Svāhā) is also the practice of the Wrathful-browed One. ༈ The individual practices of Tara saving from the eight fears and the practice of Cundā are here.
