It is said to do things that benefit. After saying this, at that time, all the Buddhas, Vairochana, praised with twenty-one praises, which came from the "Tara Manifestation Tantra". After that, the two, White Tara and Blue Tara, and the twenty-one Taras and the one hundred and eight Taras, in short, as many emanations as Avalokiteśvara makes, the Tara's emanations also manifest in the same way, as friends in activities. As many sentient beings as there are, they manifest in whatever way they should be subdued, and do things that benefit sentient beings. The teacher Ashvaghosa praised Tara: Tara, your body that emanates to benefit beings, Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, etc., fierce, peaceful, Uma, etc., the prompter Lugu Kyuda and the wrathful frowning one, Mamaki and White-clad Tara, appear to sentient beings in whatever way they should be subdued. As it is said, all the families of Tara are of one mind, as it is said in the "Manjushri Root Tantra": The king of lineage has great magical powers, he is also called Tara, the goddess who takes the form of a woman, travels among all beings, with a heart moistened with compassion, for the benefit of beings, dwells in the Saha world, and acts in the name of a woman. Having attained the supreme position on the ten bhumis, the Bodhisattva has great magical powers, the one who subdues sentient beings is called Tara. This is accomplished effortlessly, protecting, saving and hiding, increasing enjoyment and freedom, with this one should practice the goddess. For the sake of the Bodhi assembly, one should initiate as a male body, for those with bodies moistened with compassion, at that time the goddess follows, benefiting sentient beings in the form of mantras, for the sake of accomplishing the Bodhi assembly. For the sake of increasing all hope and joy, she dwells in the east. Oneself manifests in thousands and many forms, even to the edge of the four oceans, traveling in all lands. And so on. Although there are many such emanations, the true body resides in Potala, in the five exhausted lands of the southern Indian city, where there are countless temples built by the Dharma kings of the past dynasties.
