The way to obtain such things as increase. It seems sufficient to examine these things spoken from the Tantra itself. If empowered in the mandala itself, one who is not a king also becomes a king. One who is a king becomes great. Possessing the power and glory of Jambudvipa. The best of those who have power over the four continents. Empowerment should be conferred on the four actions. After entering four times, he is the lord of the Vajra-holder kings. He should be cared for like a beloved son. Thus, the Blessed One, Vajrapani, declared, and the four great kings made vows: We four great kings, together with our subjects and retinues, and the palace together with its retinue, will always protect the king. We will destroy the evil influences of other demons, his diseases and death, fears, famines, and so on. We will bring rest and increase. We will pacify the guardian deities. We will destroy untimely death with wealth and management, and the body of the exalted one. With good eyes, we will bring auspiciousness, and we will destroy famines and so on. In short, we will fulfill all the hopes and desires of that one. If it is not certain, Vajrapani will be angry. After offering this vow, the four great kings will always protect and care for those who have received this empowerment, and they will avert all harm from demons, diseases, untimely death, famines, and so on. In particular, for those who have received this empowerment, King Vaishravana will increase life and merit. Dhritarashtra will pacify diseases, demons, and obstacles. Virudhaka will avert the untimely death of all people and wealth. With good eyes, there will be no famine and auspiciousness will be brought. In short, all the hopes that are desired in the mind will be fulfilled and the wishes will be accomplished. If this is not done, the four great kings will not value the words and vows of the Blessed One Vajrapani, and they will offend Vajrapani, which is like harming Vajrapani, and they will become a place of punishment for sins and commandments. Therefore, if one receives this empowerment and keeps the vows, how much merit will each one have, and then estimate it.

Then fortune, power, and all authority will increase, there is no doubt about it. Therefore, in order to increase life and fortune, please repeat the empowerment of the mandala of Vajrapani surrounded by the four kings. This is excerpted from the tantra, and is made by Raga Asya. The story of Vajrapani being surrounded by the ten directional guardians is as follows: In the later chapter of the "Subduing Tantra," the ten great directional guardians prostrated to the Bhagavan, and for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, each offered their own essence. At that time, the Bhagavan Vajrapani spoke of this mandala of Vajrapani surrounded by the ten directional guardians, and said, "The directional guardians' respective directions will be accomplished without the need for examination." Because it was said that this is easy to accomplish, the ten directional guardians rejoiced and offered prostrations and vows, saying, "Whoever of the royal lineage, the great king, enters this mandala and receives this empowerment, or a son or daughter of the lineage, who has faith, we will always protect, save, and hide at all times. We will destroy all the armies of the heretics, rain down rain from time to time, and protect the grains, flowers, and fruits." They promised this. In particular, Yama, the King of Dharma, said, "At that time, I will prolong life and separately block the eight untimely deaths." Thus he promised and vowed. The lord of the Rakshasas is a mixture of Rita's Na and Yakshas, and will not be afraid. They will not be frightened by Rakshasas, etc., and will not be frightened by the Lord of Untimely Death, but will protect, save, and hide at all times. Thus they promised and vowed. The Naga King Varuna said, "I will also protect the king and the various places at all times, completely protect, grow grains, not let the disasters of the Nagas occur, not let poison and hail fall, and separately block untimely deaths." Thus he promised and vowed. Then the Wind God said, "I will also make this great being free from all fear of wind at all times, and not let untimely
