ས་ལ་མཛེ་དང་དམུ་ཆུ་དང་བད་ཀན་དང་། དྲེག་དང་གྲུམ་བུ་དང་མེ་དབལ་དང་ལྷོག་པ་དང་འབྲས་དང་བས་བལྡགས་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཀླུའི་ནད་བྱུང་བ་ལ་ འདིའི་དབང་ཐོབ་ན་ནི་སྔོན་གྱི་ལས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་མ་གཏོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕན་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས། དེ་ནས་ཀླུ་ཡི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་། །རྒྱལ་རིགས་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་བཅུགས་ནས། །དུག་གི་ཉེས་སྐྱོན་བསལ་བའི་ཕྱིར། །ཕུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་དབང་བསྐུར་རོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་ཏེ། དེའི་ཕྱིར་ན་འདིའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཀླུའི་གདོན་ཁྲོལ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱ་བར་རྒྱུད་ལས་གསུངས་ཤིང་ཕྱག་སྲོལ་ལ་ཡང་ཡོད་པ་ཡིན་ཅིང་། ཁམ་ས་ལ་ཀླུ་བརྒྱད་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བྱ། །ཞེས་པ་སོགས་འབྱུང་བ་ལྟར། འདིའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཆོ་ག་དང་མཆོད་པ་བྱས་ན་ཀླུ་བཅོས་དང་ཀླུ་མཆོད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་དམ་པ་ཡིན་པས། ཀླུ་མཆོད་དང་ཀླུའི་གཡང་སྐྱབས་དང་། ཆར་འབེབས་ལ་སོགས་ཀླུའི་བྱ་བ་རྣམས་བྱེད་པ་ལ་ཡང་། འདི་ཡི་དབང་ཐོབ་ན་འགྲུབ་སླ་ཞིང་ཡོན་ཏན་ཆེ་བ་སྟེ། ཀླུ་རིགས་མ་ལུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀླུ་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་རིགས་དང་འཁོར་དུ་མ་གྱུར་པ་མེད་ཅིང་། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཀླུ་བརྒྱད་འདི་ནི་ངོ་བོ་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྤྲུལ་པ་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་མཛད་པ་ཤ་སྟག་ཡིན་པར་བཤད་དོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཡོན་ཏན་དུ་མ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ དབང་ཞུ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། ཅེས་པ་རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱས་སོ། ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་དགུས་བསྐོར་བའི་ལོས་རྒྱུས་ནི། དེ་ཡང་ངན་སོང་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བའི་རྒྱུད་ཆེན་པོ་གསུངས་པའི་ཚེ། ལྷ་ཆེན་པོ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་དགུས་རང་རང་གི་སྙིང་པོ་ཕུལ་ནས། ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་ལ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་དགུས་བསྐོར་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་གསུངས་སོ། །འདིའི་དབང་ཐོབ་ན་འཇིག་རྟེན་པའི་ལྷ་མཐུ་བོ་ཆེ་ལ་སོགས་ཀྱི་གནོད་པས་སྐྲག་ཅིང་སྔངས་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་ནས་འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པར་ཐོབ་པར་བཤད་དོ། །འཇིགས་བྱེད་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཞུས་པ། བདག་གིས་བཀུག་པ་དང་བུད་མེད་རྣམས་ཀྱང་སྐྲག་ནས། ལྷ་དང་ཀླུ་དང་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐྲག །རྣམ་པར་སྐྲག་སྟེ། རབ་ཏུ་སྐྲག་སྟེ་ཁ་སྦུབ་ནས་འགྱེལ་ནས། གོས་དང་བྲལ་ཏེ་སེམས་ཀྱང་གཏོར་ནས་ཀུན་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་པ་དེ་དག་ལ་ཕན་གདག་པ་དེའི་སླད་དུ། བདག་ཅག་གི་སྙིང་པོ་ཕུལ་བར་འཚལ་གྱི། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ལེགས་པ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ཞེས་ཞུས་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་དེ་ལྟར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རླབས་པར་མཛོད། འདི་བསྒྲུབ་ཅིང་འགྲུབ་པར་གྱུར་ན་ འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་གྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཐུན་མོང་གི་གྲུབ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་འབྱུང་བར་གསུངས་ཏེ། ཞུ་བ་དང་བྲོ་བའི་བཏུང་བ་དང་། །རྫས་དང་རལ་གྲི་འཁོར་ལོ་དང་། །རྩེ་གསུམ་པ་དང་མཐོང་རེག་དང་། །མིང་དང་ས་འོག་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་། །གླིང་དང་གླིང་བཞི་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་དང་། །གནོད་སྦྱིན་དབང་ཕྱུག་སྲིན་པོ་དང་། །རིན་ཆེན་དང་ནི་རིག་འཛིན་ཉིད། །འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཉིད། །གསུམ་གྱི་བདག་དང་བཀའ་ཉན་དང་། །རང་གི་འཁོར་དང་བུད་མེད་ཀྱིས། དངོས་གྲུབ་གང་ཡང་རུང་བ་ནི། །ཅི་དགའ་བར་ཡང་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱེད། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །ཞེས་པ་རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱས་སོ།། ༧ ཁམས་སྟོད་ནང་ཆེན་འབང་སྒང་བཟོ་རིག་གནས་མདོ་གསང་སྔགས་ཆོས་འཕེལ་གླིང་དཔེ་རྙིང་ཉམས་གསོ་ཁང་གིས་བསྒྲིགས་ཏེ་པར་བསྐྲུན་ཞུས།། ཤོག་སྟོང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ངན་སོང་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བཅུ་གཅིག་གི་ལོ་རྒྱུས།

如果地上出现麻风病、水肿病、黏液病，以及癣、痛风、热病、疖肿、痘疹和口疮等龙病时， 如果获得此灌顶，除了往昔业力成熟之外，一切都有利益。如薄伽梵金刚手所说：“之后将所有龙王和王族全部召集，为了消除毒的过患，以名为‘普’（ཕུ་）的灌顶进行加持。”因此，经续中说，通过此门可以进行驱除龙魔等事，而且也有仪轨传统。如“康地（ཁམས་ས་）要做八龙坛城”等所说，通过此门进行仪轨和供养，是治疗龙病和供养龙族的殊胜之法。因此，对于供养龙族、龙族招财避灾以及祈雨等龙族之事，如果获得此灌顶，则容易成就且功德大。因为所有龙族无不属于这八大龙王的种族和眷属。据说，这八位智慧龙王实际上是佛和菩萨的化身，以龙王之形象利益众生。 为了获得如此具有众多功德的灌顶，请复诵（誓言）。这是Ra ga a sya所说。关于金刚手被九怖畏围绕的缘起是：当宣说能彻底净化所有恶趣的大经续时，九大怖畏神各自献上自己的心髓，因此宣说了金刚手三界胜者被九怖畏围绕的这个大坛城。据说，如果获得此灌顶，则能平息对世间大力神等的危害的恐惧和惊慌，从而获得无畏。怖畏神亲自祈请说：“我等召唤时，连妇女们也感到害怕，天、龙等一切都感到害怕。极度害怕，非常害怕，面朝下倒下，衣不蔽体，心也崩溃，为了利益遍知者们，我等献上自己的心髓，祈请薄伽梵赐予加持。”说完之后，薄伽梵也如是赐予加持。此

If leprosy, edema, phlegm diseases, as well as ringworm, gout, fever, boils, pox, and thrush, etc., occur as Naga diseases on the earth, If one receives this empowerment, it will benefit everything except the maturation of past karma. As the Bhagavan Vajrapani said, "Then gather all the Naga kings and royal families, and for the sake of eliminating the faults of poison, empower them with the empowerment called 'Phu'." Therefore, it is said in the tantras that through this door, one can perform actions such as exorcising Naga demons, and there is also a ritual tradition. As it is said, "In Kham (ཁམས་ས་), make the mandala of the Eight Nagas," etc. If one performs rituals and offerings through this door, it is the supreme method for healing Naga diseases and offering to the Nagas. Therefore, for offering to the Nagas, attracting wealth and protection from the Nagas, and for rainmaking, etc., if one receives this empowerment, it is easy to accomplish and has great merit. Because all Naga races are without exception part of the lineage and retinue of these eight great Naga kings. It is said that these eight wisdom Nagas are actually emanations of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, who benefit sentient beings in the form of Naga kings. In order to receive such an empowerment with many qualities, please repeat (the vows). This was said by Ra ga a sya. The story of Vajrapani being surrounded by the Nine Terrors is: When the great tantra that completely purifies all the lower realms was being taught, the nine great terrifying deities each offered their own heart essence. Therefore, this great mandala of Vajrapani, the victor of the three realms, surrounded by the nine terrors, was taught. It is said that if one receives this empowerment, all fear and panic from the harm of powerful worldly deities, etc., will be pacified, and one will attain fearlessness. The Terrifier himself requested, "When I summon, even women are frightened, and all the gods and Nagas are frightened. They are extremely frightened, very frightened, falling face down, unclothed, and their minds are also shattered. For the sake of benefiting those who know everything, we offer our heart essence, and we beseech the Bhagavan to grant blessings." After saying this, the Bhagavan also granted blessings in this way. If diligent practice leads to accomplishment, One will attain the sovereignty of a Chakravartin, and all the attainments of the three realms, including the eight great common siddhis, and all other attainments. As it is said in the scriptures: Please enjoy delicious drinks, substances, swords, and wheels, tridents, sights and touches, names and the king of the underworld, continents and the four great continents, Indra, Yakshas, Ishvara, Rakshasas, jewels and Vidyadharas themselves, Chakravartins and the world itself, the lord of the three realms and obedient ones, one's own retinue and women, whatever attainment is desired, will be freely given. Thus it is said. This was said by Raga Asya.
