In the outer circle, to the east is Strong and Good, white, holding a sword and a plow; to the south is Green, riding on a cuckoo bird chariot, with four hands, the two right hands holding a garland of flowers and an arrow, the two left hands holding a drinking vessel and a bow; to the west is White, with a honey chariot, with four hands, the two right hands holding a makara banner and an arrow, the two left hands holding a drinking vessel and a bow; to the north is White God who uses monkeys, with four hands, the two right hands holding an arrow and a sword, the two left hands holding a drinking vessel and a bow. The mudras are the same as the main deity. The left hand makes the gesture of holding a skull cup at the heart, the right hand's little finger is pressed on the thumb, the three middle fingers are made into a three-pointed shape and held at the shoulder. Both hands are made into a three-pointed shape, the left hand rests on the waist, the right hand is held at the heart. The right hand makes a fist with the thumb raised, on top of which the fingers of the left hand are gathered, placing the shape of an inverted lotus. The fingers of the left hand are separated and stretched out like a wheel. The right hand is made into a three-pointed shape like a trident. Making a gesture of drawing a bow. The right hand makes a three-pointed mudra. The right hand holds a rosary and stretches it downwards. The two middle fingers of the left hand are stretched out like an arrow, the thumb and index finger tips touching, placing it in the shape of a bow. These are the eight deities. Strong and Good, etc., are common worldly mudras. If these mudras are not mentioned in the tantra, it is okay not to do them. After sprinkling cleansing water on the two vases, cleanse with the action mantra. Oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho haṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷ་ཝས་སྦྱངས།, Devanagari: ओṃ स्वभाव शुद्धः सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धो हं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho haṃ, Om, pure of nature, all dharmas, pure of nature, Hum). From emptiness, from the lotus and the letter A, emanate a moon mandala, on top of which, from the letter HŪṂ, emanate two precious vases, with wide bellies, long necks, and protruding mouths, the necks wrapped with divine cloths, the mouths adorned with wish-fulfilling trees, possessing the five aggregates of five.
