The first Buddha, possessing form, is completely victorious. Liberation, wealth, Dharma, the fulfiller of desires, is victorious. Wisdom deity and Tushita's nature are victorious. Protector, great bliss, Vajrapani is victorious. Thus, by empowering with the vase water from the crown of the head, the entire body is filled with the stream of knowledge, all impurities are purified, all empowerments are obtained, and from the remaining water overflowing upwards, the head is adorned with Akshobhya. Thus, you have all transformed into the nature of Akshobhya, and I offer worship with devotion. Om Akasha Bhusa Pariwara Agyu, etc., up to Shabda. Thus, through the door of Akshobhya, you have obtained the water empowerment. Affliction, hatred are purified. The aggregate of consciousness is transformed. The wisdom of Dharmadhatu is manifested. The seed and habitual tendencies of Akshobhya are planted in your continuum. Now, for the second crown empowerment, purify with the karma mantra. By sprinkling the water of the karma vase on the disciples, obstacles are purified. Visualize the lama as the chief deity of the mandala, and yellow rays of light emanate from his heart. You
