Secondly, holding a lotus in the right hand and a bell with it as a handle in the left, having a matted hair bun and a crown of skull garlands, adorned with six seals, residing with both legs extended. At its heart, from LAṂ (Tibetan, lam, Devanagari, lam, Romanized Sanskrit, earth) arises a yellow square earth mandala, marked with vajras at the four corners, with a blue HŪṂ (Tibetan, hūṃ, Devanagari, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Hum) on the sun. At the head, from PAṂ (Tibetan, paṃ, Devanagari, vam, Romanized Sanskrit, water) arises a white round water mandala, marked with vases, with a white HA (Tibetan, ha, Devanagari, ha, Romanized Sanskrit, Ha) on the moon. At the throat, from YAṂ (Tibetan, yaṃ, Devanagari, yam, Romanized Sanskrit, wind) arises a blue bow-shaped wind mandala, marked with two waving banners, adorned with a red ĀḤ (Tibetan, āḥ, Devanagari, āḥ, Romanized Sanskrit, Ah) on the moon. With the rays of light from the seed syllable at one's own heart, invite the deities of body, speech, and mind vajra, and by dissolving them into the letters, transform into the nature of body, speech, and mind vajra. JAḤ HŪṂ VAṂ HOḤ (Tibetan, jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, Devanagari, jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, Romanized Sanskrit, Jah Hum Vam Hoh). Visualize the disciple clearly as Amitabha, and below the two feet, from YAṂ (Tibetan, yaṃ, Devanagari, yam, Romanized Sanskrit, wind) arises a wind mandala marked with waving banners. On top of that, from RAṂ (Tibetan, raṃ, Devanagari, ram, Romanized Sanskrit, fire) arises a red triangular fire mandala, marked with RAṂ (Tibetan, raṃ, Devanagari, ram, Romanized Sanskrit, fire), inside of which is the red burning letter JĪ (Tibetan, jī, Devanagari, jī, Romanized Sanskrit, Ji). Its rays of light enter upwards from the two holes of the feet, filling the entire inside of the body with the rays of fire. Purify and cleanse all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless samsara. At that time, countless rays of fire emanate from the holes of the body, and also countless rays of light emanate from the heart of the guru and the front generation deity, thus stimulating the mind-streams of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, and especially inviting the nature of body, speech, and mind vajra of the mandala deities, in the form of countless mandala deities, dissolving into one's own body like falling rain, generating faith in blessing the continuum. Perform incense smoke and great musical instruments. At the end of the main mantra: OṂ ĀVEŚAYA STAMBHAYA RA RA RA RA CĀLAYA CĀLAYA HŪṂ HA AḤ JHEḤ TIṢṬHA MAHĀKRODHA ĀVEŚAYA STAMBHAYA RA RA RA RA CĀLAYA CĀLAYA HŪṂ HA AḤ JHAI (Tibetan, oṃ āveśaya stambhaya ra ra ra ra cālaya cālaya hūṃ ha aḥ jheḥ tiṣṭha mahākrodha āveśaya stambhaya ra ra ra ra cālaya cālaya hūṃ ha aḥ jhai, Devanagari, om āveśaya stambhaya ra ra ra ra cālaya cālaya hūṃ ha aḥ jheḥ tiṣṭha mahākrodha āveśaya stambhaya ra ra ra ra cālaya cālaya hūṃ ha aḥ jhai, Romanized Sanskrit, Om Aveshaya Stambhaya Ra Ra Ra Ra Calaya Calaya Hum Ha Ah Jhe Tishtha Mahakrodha Aveshaya Stambhaya Ra Ra Ra Ra Calaya Calaya Hum Ha Ah Jhai). Recite this many times. Thus, whether the wisdom being comes or not, one can perform the throwing, and visualize in this way. By generating intense devotion to the guru visualized as the main deity of the mandala, rays of light emanate from its heart, stimulating the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions.

Invoking the minds of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, especially the mandala deities. Inviting the immeasurable hosts of deities with the nature of Vajra of body, speech, and mind, and the forms of the mandala deities, to dissolve gently into your body, contemplate that your lineage is blessed by this. Wield the vajra and ring the bell. This is your samaya vajra, known as Vajrasattva. Supreme Vajra wisdom, please come to you today. Oṃ Vajra Āḥ Veśaya Ā Ā Ā Ā. To stabilize those wisdom beings who have come, contemplate placing a crossed vajra on your head. Tiṣṭha Vajra. (Tibetan: ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: तिष्ठ वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: tiṣṭha vajra, Literal Chinese meaning: Stay Vajra.) Now, please look towards the mandala. How does it appear in your eyes? If you see white, it is pacifying. If you see yellow, it is increasing. If you see red, it is magnetizing. If you see black, it is subjugating. If you see variegated colors and green, various activities will be accomplished. The master, with the vajra in his right hand, holds the two thumbs of one of the main disciples, and you all contemplate circumambulating three times. Oṃ Āḥ Vighna Ta Kṛt Hūṃ. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿབིགྷན་ཏ་ཀྲྀཏ་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः विघ्न त कृत् हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ vighna ta kṛt huṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Ah, Obstacle, Cut, Do, Hum.) Recite the activity mantra three times. Pray to the mandala deities and state the power of truth. Hold the vajra bell. In this true mandala, this disciple of mine enters. May the order of the deities, and the merit, be as it is. What kind of siddhi will be accomplished by this? What kind of lineage will it become a vessel for? And what will be the power of merit? May it become such a mandala. Recite three times. Kṛtaṃ Tra, from the previously given flower garland, take out a fresh flower that has not been used, hold it between your palms, and contemplate that from the syllables Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ༔ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Ah, Hum) at the three places (body, speech, and mind) of the disciples, rays of light emanate, filling the entire body, washing away the impurities of the three doors, and contemplate purity. The master also blesses in this way, with reverence as the guide, contemplate the mandala deities and the lord of the mandala abiding in front, enter the mandala with your mind, with the intention of throwing the flower on the head of the main deity, then repeat. Oṃ Tiṣṭha Vajra Dhri No Me Bhava Shā Shva. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་དྲི་རྣོ་མེ་བྷ་བ། ཤཱ་ཤྭ, Sanskrit Devanagari: Not verified, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ tiṣṭha vajra dhri no me bhava shā shva, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Stay Vajra, Hold, Me, Become, Eternal, Eternal.)
