Above and below are the mandalas of the sky, and above the mandala of wisdom are the victorious ones and the supremely victorious ones, embraced by Vajra Eye Mother and the Primordial Mother. The Nagas reside on vajra seats, while the consorts are embraced by lotus seats. Then, in the center of the fire-wind mandala, are the eight great charnel grounds. In the cardinal directions are red wheels, and in the intermediate directions are white wheels, at the center of which reside the wrathful mothers. In the east, in the charnel ground of Piercing the Peak, at the center of the wheel on top of a yaksha is the Dog-faced Mother. In the charnel ground of Eating the Remains of Fire, at the center of the wheel on top of a vetala is the Crow-faced Mother. In the west, in the charnel ground of the Smell of Pus, on top of a lion, at the center of the wheel is the Jackal-faced Mother. In the wind, in the charnel ground of Being Eaten by Snakes, on top of a blue eye, at the center of the wheel is the Garuda-faced Mother. Above, on a chariot drawn by the Garuda Ani, is the Primordial Mother. Below, on a chariot drawn by eight-legged lions, are the Vajra Eye Mothers, their bodies green in color. Their two hands, the right holding a curved knife and the left holding a skull cup. Three-eyed, naked, possessing the five seals. A garland of human heads hangs around their necks, abiding in a rounded posture. The father Nagas are blue, with four hands, the two right hands holding an elixir vase and a vajra, the two left hands holding a lotus and a jewel, embracing in a rounded posture. Furthermore, on the ground of the charnel ground, there are forty-five million kotis (a koti is ten million) of beings whose hair and body hair are completely pure. In the upper, lower, cardinal, and intermediate directions, there are the ten planets, including the moon and sun, the steadfast earth goddess, the mountain hare, all the constellations, the twelve houses, the sixteen parts, the guardians of the ten directions, the Joyful Lord, the Great Black One, Bell-Eared One, Bhingena, and all the field guardians.
