The north gate is the green owl-faced mother, the west gate is the red dog-faced mother, and the south gate is the yellow pig-faced mother, all with one face, two arms, and three eyes. The right hand holds a curved knife with a threatening gesture, and the left hand holds a skull. In the southeast is Yama Stable Mother, right blue and left yellow; in the southwest is Yama Messenger Mother, right yellow and left red; in the northwest is Yama Fang Mother, right red and left green; in the northeast is Yama Destroyer Mother, right green and left blue.
