The right hands of the sixteen hands hold: the bird Karanda, the swan, the sheep, the bird sparrow Tsakora, the civet cat, the Hor region's eagle, the seagull, and the osprey. The left hands hold: the source of power, the conch shell guardian, the one with lineage, the lotus, the great lotus, the establisher, the increaser of wealth, and the boundless one. The crown of the root face is marked with an eight-cornered jewel, united with the consort Jewel Tara, whose body is yellow. In the center of the western palace, the Lotus Dakini is red like a ruby, the root face is red, the right side black, and the left side white. The right hands of the sixteen hands hold: the bear, the vulture, the rhinoceros, the Baman bird, the tiger, the monkey, the crocodile Nakra, and the jackal. The left hands hold: the peacock, the owl, the white bird, the lion, the Sarapa, the goat, Krisha Sari (kṛṣā sari, field water), and the pig. The crown of the root face is marked with a red lotus, united with the consort White-Clothed Mother, whose body is red. The left hands hold: Indra, Brahma, the Fierce One, the evil demon, Vishnu's daughter holding a plow, the divine Victorious Dhamma, the Excellent Weaver, and the Asura Powerful One. The crown of the root face is marked with a white sword, united with the consort Vow Tara, whose body is green. The top face above all faces is smoky, the four faces behind are black, the face bares fangs, the twenty-four eyes are large, the yellow hair is erect, the head is adorned with five complete dry human heads, wearing a necklace of fifty wet human heads, adorned with six bone ornaments. The two front feet are stretched to the right and bent to the left, the two rear feet are seated in a half-lotus dancing posture. Charming, heroic, displeasing, fierce, violent, terrifying, compassionate, majestic, and peaceful, possessing the nine moods of dance.

The right hand raises a curved knife with a threatening gesture in the sky, while the left hand holds a skull cup filled with the blood of the four maras, embracing the father's neck. Adorned with five dry human heads as a headdress, wearing a necklace of fifty dry heads, adorned with five seals, naked, with the left leg extended and the right leg bent, entwined with the father.
