ལ་མོ་བྱ། སྟེང་འོག་ཐམས་ཅད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རྭ་གུར་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མེ་འབར་བའི་སྲུང་འཁོར་དུ་གྱུར། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ལས་བུམ་གྱི་ཆུས་ཁྲུས་བྱས། ཆབ་བླངས། འོ། ནམ་མཁའ་དང་མཉམ་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད། རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱ་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་དམ་པ་ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ། དེའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་ད་ལམ་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ལ་རྗེ་བཙུན་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེ་ཡང་། སྔོན་ཐོག་མ་མེད་པའི་དུས་སུ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་སྣ་ཚོགས་པའི་འོད་ཅེས་བྱ་བར། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྔ་སྒྲ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བྱུང་། །དེའི་དུས་སུ་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བུ་མོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཟླ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྔ་སྒྲ་ལ་དད་པ་ཆེར་སྐྱེས་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་འཁོར་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དང་། དགྲ་བཅོམ་པའི་ཚོགས་ དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་རྣམས་ལོ་བྱེ་བ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་གི་བར་དུ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱས་པའི་མཐར། བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ལུས་འདི་ཁོ་ན་སྐྱེ་བར་གྱུར་ནས་བསྟན་པ་ལ་བྱ་བ་བྱེད་པར་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་ན་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྱུར་བའི་ཕྱིར། དེ་ལྟར་བྱེད་པར་རིགས་སོ་ཞེས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བུ་མོ་ལ་སྨྲས་པས། དེའི་ལན་དུ། འདི་ན་སྐྱེས་པ་མེད་ཅིང་བུད་མེད་མེད། །བདག་མེད་གང་ཟག་མེད་ཅིང་རྣམ་རིག་མེད། །ཕོ་མོར་བཏགས་པ་འདི་ནི་ཡ་མ་བརླ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་རྨོངས་པ་རྣམ་པར་འཁྲུལ་པ་ཡིན། །ཞེས་ཟེར་ཞིང་། སྐྱེས་པའི་རྟེན་ལ་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བྱངཆུབ་ཐོབ་པར་འདོད་པ་ནི་མང་ན། བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་རྟེན་ལ་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་སྤྱོད་ནི་འགའ་ཡང་མེད་དོ། །དེའི་ཕྱིར་བདག་ནི་འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོངས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་རྟེན་ཁོ་ནས་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་སྤྱོད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་བོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བུ་མོས་ཕོ་བྲང་དུ་ལོ་བྱེ་བ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་གི་བར་དུ་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་བསྒོམས་པས་མི་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཆོས་ལ་བཟོད་པ་ཐོབ། དེ་ནས་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་སྒྲོལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་བསྒྲུབས་པས། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དེའི་མཐུ་ལས། སྔ་དྲོ་སེམས་ཅན་བྱེ་བ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་རེ་འཇིག་རྟེན་པས་སེམས་ལས་བསྒྲལ་ཏེ་བཟོད་པ་ཐོབ་པ་ལ་འགོད། དེ་མ་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཟས་ཀྱང་མི་ཟ། ཕྱི་དྲོ་ཡང་དེ་སྙེད་རེ་བཀོད་པས་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཞེས་གྲགས། དེ་ནས་བསྐལ་པ་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པའི་དྲུང་དུ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ཞིང་རབ་འབྱམས་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉེ་བར་འཚེ་བས་ལས་སྐྱོབ

拉摩且。上下所有一切化为金刚栅栏，成为燃烧智慧之火的防护轮。 嗡 班杂 惹叉 惹叉 吽 吽 啪 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，保护，保护，吽，吽，啪，梭哈。）以事业宝瓶之水沐浴。 取水。 哦！ 与虚空同等的一切众生，无论如何都要获得圆满成佛的殊胜果位。 因此，现在要为你们授予圣救度母的灌顶。 也就是，在最初无始之时，于名为“种种光”的世界中，出现了名为“如来鼓声”的如来。 当时，国王的女儿，名为“智慧月”，对如来鼓声生起了极大的信心。 对佛陀及其眷属菩萨和阿罗汉的僧众，在百千万年中供养承侍。 最后，发起了无上菩提心。 当时，比丘们对国王的女儿说：“如果发愿仅仅以这个身体转生，就能为教法服务，那就会如愿以偿，所以应该这样做。” 国王的女儿回答说：“此无男亦无女，无我无人亦无识，男女之施设，实乃颠倒见，世间愚昧者，皆为错乱想。” 并且说：“希求以男身获得无上菩提者甚多，而以女身利益众生者却寥寥无几。 因此，我发愿直至轮回未空之际，仅以女身利益众生。” 之后，国王的女儿在王宫中于百千万年中修习禅定，获得了不生之法的忍。 之后，修习了名为“完全救度一切有情”的禅定。 凭借此禅定的力量，早上从世间众生的心中救度百千万众生，并安置于获得堪忍之处。 在未完成之前，不进饮食。 傍晚也同样救度如此数量的众生，因此被称为“度母”。 之后，在名为“极胜劫”的劫中，在如来不空成就佛前，救护十方无量世界的众生免受近身伤害的业。

(藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Protect, Protect, Hum, Hum, Phat, Svaha.) Bathed with the water of the action vase. Take water. Oh! May all sentient beings equal to the sky, without fail, attain the supreme state of complete Buddhahood. Therefore, now I am bestowing upon you the empowerment of the noble Jetsun Arya Tara. That is, in the beginningless time, in the world called "Multitudinous Light," there appeared a Tathagata called "Tathagata Drum Sound." At that time, the king's daughter, named "Wisdom Moon," developed great faith in Tathagata Drum Sound. She served and honored the Buddha and his retinue of Bodhisattvas and Arhats for hundreds of millions of years. Finally, she generated the supreme Bodhicitta. At that time, the monks said to the king's daughter, "If you pray to be reborn in this very body to serve the teachings, it will come to pass, so you should do so." In response, the king's daughter said, "Here there is neither male nor female, neither self nor person nor consciousness. The designation of male and female is truly a delusion. The ignorant of the world are all mistaken." And she said, "Those who desire to attain supreme Bodhi in a male form are many, but those who benefit beings in a female form are few. Therefore, I vow to benefit beings only in a female form until samsara is empty." Then, the king's daughter practiced meditation in the palace for hundreds of millions of years and attained forbearance of the unarisen Dharma. Then, she accomplished the meditation called "Completely Liberating All Beings." Through the power of that meditation, in the morning, she liberated hundreds of millions of beings from the minds of worldly beings and placed them in the state of attaining forbearance. Until that was accomplished, she did not eat. In the evening, she also liberated that many beings, and therefore she was called "Tara." Then, in the kalpa called "Victorious," in the presence of Tathagata Amoghasiddhi, she protected all sentient beings in the ten directions of countless realms from the karma of harming them.
