With wisdom and compassion, I diligently work for the benefit of all sentient beings. Having remained in the presence of the Buddha, I generate the perfect Bodhicitta. Repeat three times. In my heart, on a lotus and moon disc, from the green Hūṃ emanates green light. I invite the noble Tara in the space in front, surrounded by countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, with the form of the Lama Root Guru residing on the crown of my head. Vajra samādza (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). From my heart, emanated offering goddesses make offerings. Om Vajra Argham (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨརྒྱུ།), Pā Hūṃ (Tibetan: པཱཧཱུྃ།), and so on, Shabda Pratīccha Svāhā (Tibetan: ཤབྡ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). I take refuge in the Three Jewels, I confess all misdeeds, I rejoice in the merit of beings, I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in my mind. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and the supreme Sangha, until enlightenment. In order to accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I generate the mind of enlightenment. Having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, I invite all sentient beings as guests, I practice the pleasing and excellent conduct of enlightenment, for the benefit of beings, may I attain Buddhahood. Repeat three times. May all sentient beings have happiness, may all sentient beings be free from suffering, may they never be separated from happiness, may they realize the equality of all phenomena. Repeat three times. The assembly field dissolves into my heart. Purified by Svabhāva. From emptiness, from the yellow and green letter Paṃ (Tibetan: པཾ་) arise various lotuses, in the center of the lotus, from the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ་) arises a moon disc, on the moon disc, the green letter Tāṃ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ་) emanates light. Offerings to the noble ones, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings. The light gathers back, completely transforming into myself, becoming the green noble Tara, like a pile of emerald, one face and two arms, the right hand in the gesture of supreme generosity, the left hand with the thumb and forefinger joined, holding a fully bloomed, delightful blue Utpala flower, the flower with its stem, held at the heart. Having the youth of a sixteen-year-old girl, breasts full and firm, with a smiling face, and eyes as wide as lotus petals, wearing a splendid divine silk garment.
