O assembly of Ra deities, the time of great Samaya has arrived. We, with our ignorant body, speech, and mind, are dominated by careless faults. Vajrakilaya, Father and Mother, the supreme son, the ten wrathful ones with their methods, Shwana, the lord of the earth, the self-nature mother, the male Ging and the virtuous ones, whatever vows of you all have been broken, we fulfill and confess with the Tsok offering. Om Ganacakra Sattva Samaya. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ག་ཎ་ཙཀྲ་སཏྭ་ས་མ་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् गणचक्र सत्त्व समय, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ gaṇacakra sattva samaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Ganachakra, Being, Samaya.) Recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Then, place the hole of the kila together with the lingam in front. It is also acceptable to focus on that. In a vessel of copper, iron, or skull, place one large zan lingam, or ten small lingams smeared with blood, and place pieces of Tsok in front. Sprinkle with strong alcohol or blood. Om Vajra Raksha Dukham. It is an assembly of mothers, dakinis, command deities, demons, and the eight classes. They all proclaim the sounds of "sod sod" and "chod chod." Inside it, above the mandala of wind arising from Yam, are those whose names and forms are written, naked and without protection, trembling and shivering. Three hundred and sixty Shwana mothers, two hundred and fifty mixed mothers, and one thousand and eighty Rematis are there in the manner of having built a palace. With the mudra of Samanja, gather all the Buddhas into the sphere. Om Vajra Samaja Hum Jah. This is the blessing of secret mantra. Visualize all of them dwelling in the sky, acting as witnesses and judging fairly. This is the power of the Buddhas.
