ས་འོད་མཐིང་འཕྲོས། །མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཐུགས་ལ་དགྱེས་པའི་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། །མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཐུགས་ལས་འོད་འཕྲོས་རྒྱལ་ཀུན་མཆོད། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཟུག་རྔུ་བསལ། །འཁོར་འདས་ཀུན་གྱི་མཁྱེན་པའི་མངོན་ཤེས་རྣམས། །འོད་ཟེར་མཐིང་ག་བདག་གི་སྙིང་གར་ཐིམ། །སྨན་བླའི་ཐུགས་དང་བདག་སེམས་དབྱེར་མེད་གྱུར། །ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་པ་རི་ཝཾ་ལི་སཾ་བྷ་རི་གུ་ལི་པྲ་མ་ཡ། ཞེས་པ་སྟོང་བཟླ། དེ་ནས་མཆོད་བསྟོད་ནི། བཅོམ་ལྡན་སྨན་བླ་འཁོར་བཅས་མཆོད་པ་ནི། །མེ་ཏོག་འབྲས་བུ་ཇི་སྙེད་ཡོད་པ་དང་། །སྨན་གྱི་རྣམ་པ་གང་དག་ཡོད་པ་དང་། །འཇིག་རྟེན་རིན་ཆེན་ཇི་སྙེད་ཡོད་པ་དང་། །རིན་ཆེན་རི་བོ་དང་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་དུ། །ནགས་ཚལ་ས་ཕྱོགས་དབེན་ཞིང་ཉམས་དགའ་བ། །ལྗོན་ཤིང་མེ་ཏོག་རྒྱུན་སྤྱས་སྤུད་པ་དང་། །ཤིང་གང་འབྲས་བཟང་ཡལ་ག་དུད་པ་དང་། །མ་རྨོས་འཁྲུངས་པའི་ལོ་ཏོག་རྣམ་མང་སྨྱུདང་། གཞན་ཡང་མཆོད་པར་འོས་པའི་རྒྱན་རྣམས་ནི། །ནམ་མཁའ་རབ་འབྱམས་ཁམས་ཀྱི་མཐར་ཐུག་པ། །ཡོངས་སུ་བཟུང་བ་མེད་པ་དེ་དག་ཀུན། །བློ་ཡིས་བླངས་ཏེ་ ཐུབ་པ་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་མཆོག །སྲས་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ལེགས་འབུལ་ན། །ཡོན་གནས་དམ་པ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །བདག་ལ་བརྩེར་དགོངས་བདག་གི་འདི་དག་བཞེས། །བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐུ་མངའ་བརྙེས་པ་ལ། །རིན་ཆེན་སྨན་འབྲུ་དྲི་དང་སྙིང་པོ་ལྔ། །ལྔ་ཕྲག་ལྔ་ལྡན་རྫས་མཆོག་དམ་པ་འབུལ། །འགྲོ་བའི་ནད་རྣམས་བདག་གིས་སེལ་བར་ཤོག །རྒྱལ་བ་ཟག་མེད་འབྱོར་ལ་དབང་བསྒྱུར་ཡང་། །འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་དུ་འདོད་ཡོན་ལྔ་ཡིས་མཆོད། །མཆོད་པས་མཁའ་མཉམ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །ཟུག་རྔུའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བདག་གིས་སེལ་བར་ཤོག །མི་དབང་རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་བདུན་འདི་དག་ནི། །སྨན་བླ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པ་མ་ལུས་པ། །བཤམས་ཤིང་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་དམིགས་ཏེ་ཕུལ་བ་ཡིས། །ནད་རྣམས་སེལ་བའི་མཐུ་དང་ལྡན་པར་ཤོག །ལྷ་ཡི་དབང་པོ་ལྷ་མིན་གཡུལ་རྒྱལ་ནས། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་མོ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་མཆོད་པ་ལྟར། །སྨན་གྱི་བླ་དང་དྲང་སྲོང་ལྷ་མོ་རྣམས། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་རྫས་བརྒྱད་དག་གིས་མཆོད་པར་བགྱི། །ཐེག་མཆོག་བླ་རེ་གདུགས་དང་བ་དན་དང་། །བདུད་བཅོམ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་ལྷབ་ལྷུབ་སྟེང་འཕེན་དང་། ། གར་དང་རོལ་མོ་མཆོད་པའི་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་ཀྱིས། །སྨན་བླའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་མཛེས་པར་བརྒྱན་པར་བགྱི། །ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷི་ཛུ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་སརྦ་པྲ་ཏིཙྪ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྤ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨཱཎཱཧཱུྃ། ཧཱུྃ་ལས་རིན་ཆེན་སྣོད་དུ་གཏོར་མ་ནི། །

The earth's light shines blue. I offer the offerings that please the mind of the visualized deity. From the mind of the visualized deity, light radiates, offering to all the victorious ones. Eliminating the suffering of all sentient beings' minds. The wisdom and manifestations of all of samsara and nirvana. Blue rays of light dissolve into my heart. The mind of the Medicine Buddha and my mind become inseparable. Om Shri Pariwaram Li Sambhari Guli Trama Ya. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Recite a thousand times. Then the offering and praise are: The offering to the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha and his retinue is: As many flowers and fruits as there are. And whatever kinds of medicines there are. And as many worldly treasures as there are. And precious mountains, and likewise. Forests, secluded and delightful places. Trees and flowers, constantly adorned and cared for. Any tree, with abundant fruit, branches drooping. Various crops that grow without being cultivated. And other ornaments suitable for offering. Up to the edge of the boundless realm of space. All those things that are unpossessed. I take with my mind. I offer them well to the supreme among the Shakyas. And to all the sons. I request the holy places of virtue to be compassionate. Please think of me with affection and accept these offerings of mine. To those who possess the body of merit and wisdom. I offer precious medicines, grains, fragrances, and the five essences. And supreme holy substances possessing five sets of five ingredients. May I eliminate the diseases of beings. Even though the victorious ones have mastered uncontaminated wealth. For the benefit of beings, they also offer with the five desirable qualities. May I eliminate the suffering of all sentient beings as infinite as space through offering. These seven precious royal objects. I offer to the Medicine Buddha and all his sons. Through the offering of arranging and mentally visualizing. May I possess the power to eliminate diseases. Just as the lord of the gods, having conquered the Asuras. The eight auspicious goddesses made offerings. I also offer with the eight auspicious substances. To the Medicine Buddha and the sage goddesses. The supreme Dharma banner, umbrella, and pennants. And the fluttering victory banner that subdues the armies of demons.
