With the light of one's own heart, urge the sages and goddesses who dwell around oneself. From them, light radiates, gathering all the essence of medicine and all the keen insight and supernatural powers of the world, in the form of light, and everything gently merges into me. Do not deviate from such samadhi. Om Rakshi Ghani Gha Shi Sa Ro Kri, Sa Spu Ri Na Khri Pa Rin, Che Li Su Ma Long. Recite this about a thousand times. A host of goddesses emanated from one's own body. Four hermits of healing medicine, with hues of yellow, white, red, blue, and gray. All four hold the supreme medicine bowl. In the four directions are four goddesses on the sun, beautifully adorned with silk and jewels, holding vases of medicinal essence nectar. From the three places of all, from the three syllables, light radiates, inviting the wisdom beings. From the supreme Buddha-field in the east, called "Vaiḍūryanirbhāsa," I request the Blessed Medicine Guru, along with his retinue, to come for the benefit of beings. From the supreme abode where nature abides, goddesses of medicine, assemblies of hermits, to show sharp vision and direct perception, and to reveal the root pulse, I request you to come. On the lotus moon in the center of the vase, please reside as you are comfortable. Oṃ Mahā Bhaiṣajye Saparivāra Vajra Samaya Jaḥ Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ Samaya Tiṣṭha Lhan. By inviting and empowering the empowerment deity, adorn with water offerings, upward offerings, and immovability. The rays of light from my own heart go through the mantra thread to the vase deity. Touching the heart, it stimulates the mind stream. At the end of the Oṃ on the moon in the heart, from the mantra garland turning to the right, light radiates, offering to all the noble ones, removing the suffering of all beings. The direct perception of all saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, the rays of light gather back and dissolve into the vase deity. From the body of the vase deity, the nectar of the nature of accomplishment of direct perception descends. The vase is filled and the water boils, coming from there, it enters the crown of my head, purifying all the sins, obscurations, and stains of body and speech. The essence of the nectar dissolves into the heart, and direct perception is attained. Namo Oṃ Vajra Bhiṣaje Mahā Bhaiṣajye Samungate Hūṃ. Recite this a million times. Focus on the eight retinues of the vase deity as before, Oṃ Śīti Ghana Gha Śi Susuri Krama Yona Khri Sro Ri Ni Guli Sumala. Recite a million times and practice. Offering to the Blessed One, the vase deity, the celestial substances, pure desirable qualities, manifested by real objects and imagination, please accept them and grant sharp vision and accomplishment. Oṃ Mahā Bhaiṣajye Saparivāra, Rūpa, Śabda, Gandhe, Rasa, Sparśe, Dharma, Pratīccha Svāhā. May this field be completely filled with the seven precious things by the wise, for the sake of bestowing the desired accomplishments, may the wise offer it daily.
