For the benefit of all sentient beings, The causes and conditions of diseases, the methods of diagnosis and treatment, Like images on the surface of a clear mirror, May they be blessed to appear in my mind. Without forgetting the aspiration and vows of the past, Please accomplish the tasks I entrust to you. Then, the great practice of generating the front visualization is to be done. From emptiness, the mandala in front is, A delightful garden of medicine that nourishes life. Sandalwood, red sandalwood, and other medicinal trees, With abundant leaves, branches, and fruits, emitting a pleasant fragrance. In the center of that is a palace made of precious jewels, White in the east, yellow in the south, red in the west, green in the north. The outer layer is surrounded by lotus vajra rays of light. The light of lapis lazuli is manifest; from the place where your nature abides, I invite you to come. Hūṃ. (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) Sugata, Bhagavan, Medicine Buddha, like the sky, although you have no coming, going, or abiding, through the infinite aspirations of your past vows, like the moon in water, you appear in the object of focus. Now, as I perform deeds for the benefit of beings like you, I pray that you come before me now. As long as you dwell in the realms of samsara and nirvana, all Medicine Buddhas, sages, vidyadharas, medicinal herbs, trees, and goddesses of the elements, by the power of samaya, I pray that you come to this place. Mandalas, medicinal gardens, pleasure groves, precious palaces, lotus and moon seats, the assembly of Medicine Buddhas who have transcended and not transcended the world, I pray that you remain in a joyful and steadfast manner. Oṃ mahābhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajya samudgate svāhā. Invite the deities of empowerment, bestow empowerment, purify defilements, may the excess water rise upwards and become an immovable crown ornament. In the heart of the principal deity, on the moon, at the end of the syllable Oṃ, light radiates from the mantra that surrounds it, stimulating all the retinue. From all the retinue, immeasurable light radiates, offering to the Buddhas, eliminating the diseases of beings, the accomplishments of clear seeing, clairvoyance, and medicine, all gathered as light and absorbed into me. Namo oṃ vajra bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajya mahābhaiṣajya dzu sa mutpate hūṃ. Recite this a thousand times with visualization. From the Oṃ at my forehead, white light radiates, offering pleasure and worship to the bodies of those in front. Light radiates from their bodies, offering to the bodies of the Buddhas, eliminating the pain of the bodies of all sentient beings. The qualities of the marks and signs of the Buddhas' bodies, and the clairvoyance of the eyes, ears, and tongue, all gather as white light and are absorbed into me. My body becomes inseparable from the body of the Medicine Buddha. From the Āḥ at my throat, light radiates, offering pleasure and worship to the speech of those in front. Light radiates, offering to the speech of the Buddhas, eliminating all the pain of the speech of beings. The truthful words of the healing ocean of the Buddhas' voices, all gathered as red light and absorbed into me. The speech of the Medicine Buddha and my speech become inseparable.
