于前观修乃大成就，需于七日内念诵。 或者自前设三宝瓶，各念诵真言千遍。 每日圆满修持亦可，七日或十日或二十一日等。 真言可增至十万百万等，不限定时间和数量。 验相为虚空中，左右传来， 声音清脆响亮，众多美貌女子， 众多孩童聚集，嬉戏等奔跑跳跃。 呼唤我们，问有何事，女子奉献明镜和各种药物。 若真实显现，问我该如何做。 若如此说，则说众生之疾病，何者有益请说。 验相上等为亲见，中等为体验，下等则于梦中显现。 获得或携带明镜、镜子、蜡烛和花环。 出现水滴的成就。 给予或供养诃子等药物，以及三白食物和酒， 则出现助益甚大的成就。 若吹奏海螺和乐器，根据乐器声音的大小， 获得精通医药的名声。给予或找到医书， 对医学的理解大大提升。升旗帜，坐在宝座上， 众人顶礼膜拜，供养食物和财物，出现调伏医学弟子的成就。 亲见药师佛，或见药师佛的画像或壁画， 出现共同和殊胜两种成就。日月升起，身穿白衣， 渡过大河，饮用牛奶，身体流出不净脓血。 这些都是清净业障的征兆。身体排出虫子和脓血， 梦见呕吐不净之物，脱离疾病。梦见在市场上劝人念诵六字真言， 梦见建造大桥，利益众生之事增多。身体安乐，气息清明，觉性明朗， 信心、清净显现和厌离心增强，生起证悟实相之智慧， 这是殊胜成就的征兆。如此修持圆满后， 将宝瓶置于自己头顶，观想药师佛亲自灌顶。 如刚出生时，诸天神沐浴一般， 以诸天之清净甘露，如是为我灌顶。 那摩 嗡 班匝 贝堪匝 玛哈贝堪匝 萨木嘎达 吽 (藏文：ན་མོ་ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བྷེ་ཥ་ཛེ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷི་ཥ་ཛུ་ས་མུཏྟཏེ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：नमो ओṃ वज्र भैषज्य महाभैषज्य समुद्गते हुṃ，梵文罗马拟音：namo oṃ vajra bhaiṣajya mahābhaiṣajya samudgate hūṃ，汉语字面意思：顶礼 嗡 Vajra 药 伟大的药 出生 吽)。嗡 嘎雅 瓦嘎 चित्त 阿比香恰当 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩནྟཾ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ काय वाक् चित्त अभिषिञ्चन्तं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ kāya vāk citta abhiṣiñcantaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 身 语 意 灌顶)。甘露充满身体，罪障清净，身语意获得加持。

The great accomplishment is to focus on the front generation, and it should be recited for seven days. Alternatively, set up three vases in front of oneself, and recite each mantra a thousand times. It is also acceptable to complete the practice every day, for seven, ten, or twenty-one days, etc. The mantra can be increased to hundreds of thousands or millions, etc., without fixed time or number. The signs are that from the sky, left and right, sounds ring out clearly, and many beautiful women, many boys and girls gather, playing games, running and jumping. They call us and ask what is the matter, and women offer mirrors and various medicines. If it actually appears, ask what I should do. If they say so, then speak of the diseases of beings, and say what is beneficial. The signs are that the best is direct vision, the middle is experience, and the lowest comes in dreams. Finding and carrying mirrors, lamps, and garlands. The accomplishment of water droplets occurs. If you give or offer arura and other medicines, as well as three white foods and alcohol, then a very helpful accomplishment will occur. If you blow conch shells and play music, according to the size of the music's sound, you will gain fame as an expert in medicine. Giving or finding medical books, your understanding of medicine will greatly increase. Raising flags and sitting on a throne, many people prostrate, offering food and wealth, and the accomplishment of taming medical disciples occurs. Directly seeing the Medicine Buddha, or seeing a painted or sculpted image of the Medicine Buddha, both common and supreme accomplishments will occur. The sun and moon rise, wearing white clothes, crossing a great river, and drinking milk. Impure pus and blood flow from the body. These are all signs of purifying obscurations. Worms and pus and blood come out of the body, dreaming of vomiting impure things, and being freed from disease. Dreaming of encouraging people to recite the six-syllable mantra in the market, dreaming of building a great bridge, and increasing the benefit of beings. The body is comfortable, the elements are clear, and awareness is clear, faith, pure appearance, and renunciation increase, and the wisdom of realizing the true nature arises, this is a sign of supreme accomplishment. After completing the practice in this way, place the vase on your head, and think that the Medicine Buddha is personally giving the empowerment. Just as at birth, the gods bathe, with the pure nectar of the gods, so empower me.
