།སེམས་ཅན་ཚེ་ཟད་པའི་ཁར་གྲོག་མའི་རྐང་ལག་ཙམ་སོང་ན། །སྐྱེ་བ་བདུན་ལ་ངན་སོང་གི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་ཆོད་ནས་མཐར་སངས་རྒྱས་སོ། །འདི་བཞུགས་པའི་ས་ཕྱོགས་སུ་མུ་གེ་དང་། ནད་ཡམས་དང་། བཀྲ་མི་ཤིས་པའི་གནོད་པ་མི་འབྱུང་ཞིང་། ཕན་ཡོན་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པར་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བླ་མ་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མགྲིན་གཅིག་ཏུ་གསུངས། རང་འདོད་གཟུ་ལུམ་རབ་ སྤངས་ནས༔ ཕུར་ཚུགས་འདི་ལ་ནན་ཏན་མཛོད། རང་གཞན་དོན་གཉིས་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར། འབྲེལ་ཚད་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་དུ་འདྲེན། ཞེས་གསུངས་ནས་ཨོ་རྒྱན་གྱི་གསུང་པའི་ལུང་དྲངས་བ་ནི། ཡོན་ཏན་དམ་རྫས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འབྲེལ་ཚད་ཐར་པའི་ལམ་ལ་འཁྲིད། ཅེས་གསུངས་སོ། །ཞེས་བྱུང་། །བདེ་ལེགས་དཔག་མེད་འབྱུང་ཞེས་རྒྱལ་བས་གསུངས། །འདི་བསྒྲུབས་རིལ་བུ་སྤེལ་ན་ནན་ཏན་མཛད་པར་རིགས་ཞེས་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །སྤང་འོད་ཟེར་བླ་མའི་ཞལ་ནས། སྐྱེ་བདུན་རིལ་བུའི་གྲོག་མ་གསོ་བའི་ཙམ་པ་ལ་བསྲེ། གཏེར་སྟོན་གཏེར་བློན་སོ་སོའི་སྒྲུབ་ཅིང་འགྲོ་དོན་མཛད་མོད་ཀྱང་། ཡོངས་སུ་གྲགས་ཤིང་འགྲོ་དོན་ཆེ་བ་ནི་ཡང་སྙིང་འདུས་པ་དང་། གསང་འདུས་འདི་གཉིས་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལ་ཡང་སྙིང་འདུས་པ་ནི་འགྲོ་དོན་བསམ་ལས་འདས་པར་འབྱུང་སྟེ། གུ་རུ་ཆོས་དབང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཚེ་དེ་ལ་ཡིག་བདུན་གྱི་ཐུན་ཁ་སུམ་སྟོང་དྲུག་ཅུ་རྩ་བཞི་བཀྲམ་མོ། །སྤང་མཁན་ཆེན་འོད་ཟེར་ བླ་མ། ཤིང་མགོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་འབུམ། ཀཐོག་པ་ན་རིམ་སོགས་ཀྱིས་རིལ་བུ་བུམ་སྒྲུབ་ཆོས་དབང་ལུགས་ལྟར་ཐུགས་དམ་མཛད་ཅིང་། ད་རུང་ཀཐོག་སོགས་ལ་དར་ཆ་ཆེ་བར་ཡོད་སྐད་ཀྱང་། གུ་རུ་ཆོས་དབང་གི་དག་སྣང་རྨི་ལམ་རྟ་དཀར་མའི་ལུང་བསྟན་ལས། མི་རབས་བརྒྱད་དུ་འགྲོ་དོན་ཆེ་ཞིང་། དེ་ནས་གཙང་དུ་འགྲོ་དོན་བསྟན་པ་སྐྱོན་མེད་ཙམ་གནས། གཞན་ཆོས་དབང་ལུགས་ཀྱི་གཏེར་ཆོས་དབང་ལུང་རྒྱུན་ཙམ་ལས་མི་འབྱུང་བར་གསུངས་པས། །དགེ་བསྙེན་མཁའ་རི་རྟ་དཀར་པོ་ལ་ཆིབས་པ་འཁོར་མང་པོ་དང་བཅས་པ་དངོས་སུ་བྱུང་ནས་སྦ་ལྕག་གཏེར་སྒོ་ལ་བཙུགས་ནས། གཏེར་དང་སྲུང་མ་ང་ཡིས་བྱས། ཕ་ནོར་བུ་ལ་འཕྲོད་དོ་ཟེར། ད་ལམ་མྱུར་དུ་མ་བྱོན་ན་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་འཆུགས་གསུངས་ནས་མྱུར་དུ་བྱོན་པས། ཡིག་དྲུག་དུང་བཙུགས་མ་རག་འདུག་པ་དང་དུས་འགྲིགས་ནས། འཕན་ཡུལ་སྨན་རྩེར་ཚོགས་པ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ཙམ་གྱིས་སྐྱེ་བདུན་སྒྲུབ་པ་བྱས་ཏེ། བུམ་པའི་སྟེང་ན་འཇའ་འོད་ཀྱི་གུར་ཁང་དང་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་གཙོ་འཁོར་གསལ་ལ་མ་འདྲེས་པ་ལྔ་ལྡན་དུ་ཁྲ་ཕྲུག་ཕུག་འདུག་པ་ཞིག་དལ་གཅིག་མཐོང་དུས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་ངང་དུ་དལ་གཅིག་སོང་ནས་དེ་ཡལ་བ་དང་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཤིག་མཛད། །ཐམས་ཅད་ངན་སོང་གནས་ལས་གྲོལ། །སྐྱེ་བ་གསུམ་གྱིས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག །སྐྱེ་བ་བདུན་གྱི་རྣམ་གྲོལ་ལོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་ནས་བུམ་པ་གཏེར་སྟོན་ཉིད་ལ་གཏད་ནས། བུམ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་བུམ་པ་ལ་ཐིམ་པ་ཞིག་གཟིགས་པས། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་སྐོར་བ་བྱེད་ཅིང་བྲོ་འཁྲབ་མགུར་གསུངས་སོ། །ལྷོ་བྲག་མཁར་ཆུར་གུ་རུ་ཆོས་དབང་བྱོན་ཏེ། ཡི་གེ་བདུན་པ་ཕྱག་ན་བསྣམས་ནས། ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་གཡུག་ཅིང་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཕྱར་ནས་ཡིག་བདུན་བརྗོད་དེ་ཁ་གསོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་བབ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་སྲས་ཚེ་དབང་གྲགས་པའི་དངོས་སློབ་ལུང་ནས་བསྟན་པའི་སོ་པ་མགོན་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེས། ཝ་རི་ཐང་ལྷའི་ཆོས་འཁོར་སྟེང་དུ་ཞག་ཉེར་གཅིག་བསྒྲུབ་པས། 无论进入谁的腹中，都会封闭轮回恶趣之门。获得具足八暇之身，一生之中成就为圣者之身，对此毫无疑问。此丸无论进入哪个众生的口中，都能清净无始以来积累的罪障。所有疾病、魔障、障碍都将平息，并成就佛果。此丸若在一年或一月又七天之内服用，暂时能平息寿命的障碍，身体容光焕发，光彩夺目，不生白发皱纹，疾病魔障鬼神也无法乘虚而入，获得寿命持明等功德，难以言说。此丸若埋藏于大山之巅，此山所吹之风所及之处的男女众生，以及显有世间的一切非人，都能被安置于解脱道上。所有天龙八部的损害都将平息。若埋藏于集市和路口，所有到达那里的人都能清净业障，把握解脱的门径。若埋藏于宝库之中，受用将会增长。若埋藏于牲畜圈中，不会发生灾祸瘟疫，牲畜将会增多。若埋藏于田地里，庄稼将会丰收。若埋藏于湖泊或泉水的源头，将会降下大雨。若在火中焚烧，烟雾所及之处的一切众生都将成佛，所有八部的凶猛残暴都将平息，传染病的蔓延也将断绝。若佩戴在身上，能够战胜传染病和所有种类的武器。若将此丸用水浸泡后洒在田地里，能够战胜虫害、冰雹等一切损害。若将其放入身语意的所依中，凡是礼拜转绕接触者，都将到达圆满正觉之地。若专门将其置于治疗地病的内部，能够抵挡边境的军队。无论在何处修持，那个地方都将吉祥圆满，彩虹光芒和祥云持续显现，风调雨顺。旱灾、疾病、冰雹等一切灾害都不会发生，年成和牲畜总是兴旺，所有饥荒的劫难都将平息。人畜疾病都将断绝。

Having obtained a body endowed with the eight freedoms, there is no doubt that one will attain the body of a noble being in one lifetime. Whichever living being this pill enters the mouth of, it will purify the accumulated sins and obscurations from beginningless lifetimes. All illnesses, demonic influences, and obstacles will be pacified, and one will attain Buddhahood. If this pill is taken as an elixir for a year, a month, or even seven days, it will temporarily pacify obstacles to life, the body will be radiant and glorious, white hair and wrinkles will not appear, illnesses, demonic influences, and non-human beings will not find an opportunity to harm, and one will attain the vidyadhara of longevity, and other qualities that cannot be expressed. If this pill is hidden on the summit of a great mountain, all male and female beings touched by the wind blowing on that mountain, and all non-human beings of phenomenal existence, will be able to be placed on the path to liberation. All harm from the eight classes of gods and demons will be pacified. If hidden in marketplaces and crossroads, all who go there will purify their karmic obscurations and grasp the path to liberation. If hidden in a treasury, possessions will increase. If hidden in a livestock enclosure, calamities and epidemics will not occur, and horses and livestock will increase. If hidden in a field, the harvest will be good. If hidden at the source of a lake or spring, heavy rain will fall. If burned in a fire, all beings touched by the smoke will attain Buddhahood, all the fierce and violent actions of the eight classes will be pacified, and the spread of contagious diseases will be cut off. If worn on the body, one will be able to overcome contagious diseases and all kinds of weapons. If this pill is dissolved in water and sprinkled on a field, one will be able to overcome all harm from insects, pests, hail, and so on. If placed inside the supports of body, speech, and mind, all who circumambulate, prostrate, and come into contact with them will reach the state of perfect enlightenment. If specifically placed inside the inner sanctum for healing earth diseases, one will be able to repel the armies of the borderlands. Wherever it is practiced, that place will be auspicious and blessed, rainbows and clouds will constantly appear, and rain will fall in due season. All droughts, diseases, and hail will not occur, the year and livestock will always be prosperous, and all the eons of famine will be pacified. All human and livestock diseases will be cut off.

之内一切战乱平息，边境的军队也能退回。如此宣说。嘛呢丸的目录从萨迦传承而来：将此丸混合的佛像，或制作擦擦像供奉，即是供养了所有的佛和菩萨。以信心和虔诚顶礼和祈求加持，即是顶礼和祈求加持了根本和传承的上师们，以及所有的佛和菩萨。众生临终时，即使只喂食蚂蚁脚那么一点，也能断除七世的恶道之门，最终成佛。此物所在之处，不会发生饥荒、瘟疫和不吉祥的灾害，将产生不可思议的利益。所有的大成就上师异口同声地说：彻底断除自私自利的偏见，务必精进于此事业。自他二利皆能成就，与此结缘者将被引至极乐净土。如此宣说后，引用邬金的教言说：功德圣物珍宝，与之结缘者将被引向解脱之道。如是说。七世目录如意宝中说，此七世大法：可装藏于身语意之所依中，或混合于书写经文的墨汁中，或混合于擦擦中进行供奉，即是供养了所有的佛和菩萨。以信心和虔诚顶礼和祈求加持，即是顶礼和祈求加持了根本和传承的上师们，以及所有的佛和菩萨。特别是，众生临终时，即使只喂食蚂蚁脚那么一点，即使造作了五无间罪，也能在七世之内耗尽恶业，最终获得无生法身的果位。此圣物，成就丸所在之处，瘟疫饥荒等不顺遂之事皆能平息，无量的安乐祥瑞将会降临，如是佛所说。修持此物，推广丸药，务必精进，如是说。斯邦沃热上师说：七世丸可以混合在喂养蚂蚁的糌粑中，可以混合在做烟供的炒面上，可以混合在喂养鱼的炒面中。

Within, all wars will be pacified, and the border armies will be repelled. Thus it is said. The Mani Pill catalog comes from the Sakya lineage: If you offer statues mixed with this pill, or make tsha-tshas and offer them, you are offering to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. If you prostrate and ask for blessings with faith and devotion, you are prostrating and asking for blessings from the root and lineage lamas, and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. When sentient beings are at the end of their lives, even if they only feed an ant's leg, they will cut off the door to the lower realms for seven lifetimes and finally attain Buddhahood. In the place where this resides, there will be no famine, epidemics, or inauspicious harm, and inconceivable benefits will arise. All the great accomplished lamas said in unison: Completely abandon selfish prejudices, and be diligent in this endeavor. Both self and others will achieve their goals, and those who connect with it will be led to the Sukhavati Pure Land. After saying this, the words of Orgyen were quoted: The precious jewel of virtuous substances leads those who connect with it to the path of liberation. Thus it is said. The Seven Lifetimes Catalog, Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, says that this great Seven Lifetimes Dharma: It can be placed inside the supports of body, speech, and mind, or mixed with the ink for writing scriptures, or mixed with tsha-tshas for offering, which is offering to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. If you prostrate and ask for blessings with faith and devotion, you are prostrating and asking for blessings from the root and lineage lamas, and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. In particular, when sentient beings are at the end of their lives, even if they only feed an ant's leg, even if they have committed the five inexpiable sins, they can exhaust their bad karma within seven lifetimes and finally attain the state of the unborn Dharmakaya. In the place where this sacred substance, the accomplished pill, resides, epidemics, famines, and unfavorable conditions will be pacified, and immeasurable happiness and auspiciousness will come, as the Buddha said. Practice this and spread the pills, be sure to be diligent, it is said. Spang Odzer Lama said: The Seven Lifetimes Pill can be mixed into the tsampa for feeding ants, mixed into the fried noodles for making smoke offerings, and mixed into the fried noodles for feeding fish.
