总集十方一切的佛子，身语意与事业皆平等。 证得佛果直至轮回未空尽，为利有情化身而降临。 修行圣地巴卓达仓隐蔽处，无尽成就珍宝之海的宝藏。 药丸阿字自生具有三种颜色，未来五浊恶世末期时。 莲师或金刚之名者可享用，委任星宿和金刚善护法掌管。 出自莲师遗教：当王太子拉杰的肉身埋藏为伏藏时，五根和漏水、血肉骨，像虱子心般大小的东西，被谁吃掉了。 被愚痴者吃掉，就会产生人的成就；被贫穷者吃掉，就会获得财富的成就； 被临终者吃掉，就会获得长寿的成就；被有信仰者吃掉，就会产生佛法的成就。 虽然有如是等等众多功德，但具邪见者会将功德视为过失，那也是获得某种关联。 清净业障后将从法性中觉醒，因此殊胜成就者直至十三世。 见闻忆触皆具意义，以此清净的芝麻粒大小的东西，即使注定堕入恶趣，死后也会转生善趣。 行持十善之因，也如种子般播下，能医治仙人星宿病、邪魔鬼怪作祟之病。 被鬼束缚者也能解脱，造作五无间罪者吃掉也能解脱持明果位。 即使转生为业力所感的旁生，也会转生到环境好、主人好、没有打骂的地方。 如是等等功德众多只是略说而已，即使是福报浅薄的旁生也好， 一生作恶的屠夫也好，转生低劣的女人也好，罪恶业力未尽的黑人也好， 住在空中的飞鸟也好，住在水中的众生也好，都能清净罪业获得清净人身， 并具有信心、智慧和精进。以肉身调伏的七世时机是， 当佛教法五百部三衰败时，变成恶世，地上充满火焰， 王法衰败，藏地被汉地占领，支离破碎，互相争斗， 特别是五毒烦恼任意妄为，一切混乱，兵器劫兴盛，仅存持有少许法相的佛法。

Having attained Buddhahood until samsara is not empty, emanations will come for the benefit of sentient beings. The pill, the self-arisen A-letter, has three colors, in the future, during the end of the five degenerations. From the Padma Kathang: When the body of Prince Lharje was buried as treasure, the five senses and leaking fluids, flesh, blood, and bones, something the size of a louse's heart, was eaten by whom? If eaten by the ignorant, the siddhi of humans will arise; if eaten by the poor, the siddhi of wealth will be obtained; If eaten by the dying, the siddhi of longevity will be obtained; if eaten by the faithful, the siddhi of Dharma will arise. Although there are many such qualities, those with wrong views will see the qualities as faults, that is also obtaining some kind of connection. Having purified obscurations, one will awaken from the nature of Dharma, therefore, the supreme accomplished one until thirteen lifetimes. Seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching are all meaningful, with this pure sesame seed-sized thing, even if destined to fall into the lower realms, one will be reborn in the higher realms after death. Planting the cause of the ten virtues is also like planting a seed, it can cure the diseases of the sage, planets, demons, obstacles, and elemental spirits. Those bound by ghosts will also be liberated, those who have committed the five heinous crimes will be liberated and attain the state of vidyadhara. Even if reborn as an animal under the influence of karma, one will be reborn in a place with a good environment, a good owner, and no beatings. Such qualities are many, only briefly mentioned, even if it is an animal with little merit, Even if it is a butcher who commits evil deeds in his life, even if it is a woman of low birth, even if it is a black person whose evil karma has not been exhausted, Even if it is a bird living in the sky, even if it is a sentient being living in the water, they can purify their sins and obtain a pure human body, And have faith, wisdom, and diligence. The time for taming with flesh for seven lifetimes is, When the Buddha's teachings decline for three five-hundreds, it will become a degenerate age, the earth will be filled with fire, The royal law will decline, Tibet will be occupied by China, fragmented, fighting each other, Especially the five poisons of affliction will be used at will, everything will be chaotic, the age of weapons will flourish, only the teachings that hold a few signs of Dharma will remain.

财产辗转经营，僧人舍弃戒律还俗，怀抱子女自称咒师，咒师剃发穿着僧衣，格西从属于军队，手持刀枪当军官，口中谈论战争，身上穿着盔甲，事业是修筑城堡，财富是积累罪恶，不修习佛法，尤其喜欢罪恶，战争和饥荒、瘟疫的时代将会到来，法律崩溃，僧团被妇女占据，父系家族内部分裂，大众的共同体瓦解，知识外流，出现清晰而混乱的局面，居住的人疲惫不堪，身心俱疲，住所和寺庙被摧毁，用来建造城堡，不同民族的人必须共同生活，不驯服的众生，谁能阻止痛苦？从事屠夫的行业，众生真是可怜啊！崇拜宝藏，书写增多，那时，七世肉丸被吞食，三毒之病平息，被誉为甘露之王。如是说。《大悲心髓合一续》中说：从此，七世肉丸的修法被阐述，丸药被谁吞食？无论生于何世何地，都不会与观世音菩萨分离，珍爱他人胜过自己，为了众生的利益，守护大悲的教诲，誓言之物，殊胜之物，真是奇妙啊！以及《大悲心不空绢索续》中说：仅仅是吃了丸药，所有的疾病都会完全消失，无论是每日发作的瘟疫，还是身体消瘦的疾病，还是被诅咒所害，还是因争斗而起，还是那些心怀仇恨的众生，自身遭受邪魔外道侵扰，导致身体消瘦、健忘，还是遭受其他可怕的邪魔，总是造作罪恶之业，往昔所造的不善业，这些都会在瞬间消失，所有的丸药都能起作用，神物能使死者复生，持有这些丸药，通过这些滴丸，在一切处都能获得供养，在一切处都能聚集财富，想要财富就能获得财富，想要粮食，粮食的堆积就会增多，诸神都会感到欢喜，龙族也会感到欢喜，夜叉、罗刹、乾闼婆，非天、迦楼罗、紧那罗，以及大腹行等一切众生都会感到欢喜

Property is managed and transferred, monks abandon their vows and return to lay life, holding children and calling themselves mantra practitioners, mantra practitioners shave their heads and wear monastic robes, Geshes become military officers serving in the army, wielding knives and spears, speaking of war, wearing armor, their work is building castles, their wealth is accumulating sins, they do not practice the Dharma, especially delighting in evil, a time of war, famine, and plague will come, the laws will collapse, the Sangha will be occupied by women, paternal families will be divided internally, the great community will disintegrate, knowledge will flow outwards, a clear and chaotic situation will arise, the inhabitants will be exhausted, both body and mind will be weary, dwellings and temples will be destroyed and used to build castles, people of different ethnicities will have to live together, untamed beings, who can stop suffering? Engaging in the work of butchers, sentient beings are truly pitiful! Worshipping treasures, writing increases, at that time, the seven-life pill will be consumed, the diseases of the three poisons will be pacified, and it will be praised as the supreme nectar. Thus it is said. From the Great Tantra of the Union of the Essence of Great Compassion: Then, the practice of the seven-life pill is explained. By whom is the pill consumed? No matter in which life or where one is born, one will never be separated from Avalokiteśvara. Cherishing others more than oneself, for the benefit of beings, guarding the teachings of Great Compassion, the objects of vows, the supreme objects, are truly wonderful! And from the Great Tantra of the Unfailing Lasso of Great Compassion: Merely by eating the pill, all diseases will be completely destroyed, whether it is the plague that occurs daily, or the illness that emaciates the body, or being harmed by curses, or arising from strife, or those beings who harbor hatred, suffering from the influence of evil spirits and external forces, causing the body to become emaciated and forgetful, or suffering from other terrible demons, always engaging in sinful deeds, the unwholesome deeds committed in the past, all these will disappear in an instant, all the pills will be effective, the divine substance will revive the dead, holding these pills, through these bindus, offerings will be obtained everywhere, wealth will be gathered everywhere, wanting wealth, wealth will be obtained, wanting grain, the accumulation of grain will increase, the gods will be delighted, the nagas will also be delighted, yakshas, rakshasas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, and all the great belly-crawlers and beings will be delighted
