Fulfilling the samaya with actual and mentally emanated offerings. From the HUM (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in the heart and the hundred-syllable mantra, a stream of nectar arises, purifying all violations of vows and sins. I pray that you purify everything, and please fulfill the wishes in my heart! Recite the hundred-syllable mantra, confess, HUM! The right face is in a burning iron tower, the compassionate and wrathful Hayagriva Heruka, the head is a horse's head, emitting a green neighing sound, the right hand holds a staff, the left hand makes a threatening mudra, the lower body is wrapped in tiger skin, the upper body is covered with oxhide, fierce and wrathful, appearing as the wrathful form of a rakshasa, wearing charnel ground attire, in the midst of a mountain of wisdom fire, invoking from the realm of the Hayagriva King's vow. Please accept this torma adorned with samaya substances, and please avert the harm of female ghosts and bhutas. Please avert epidemics, plagues, and chronic diseases. Please avert blood diseases, colic, and infectious diseases. Please avert the poisonous breath of the Matrikas. Please avert the theft of the life of the Senmo.
