The Bhagavan, the medicine tree, the blood-drinking, poisonous-faced one, The three family protectors reside on the crown of his head. Endowed with auspicious marks, silk, and precious jewels, I urge the Manjushri of the three families to descend from the realm of vows. The Bhagavan Manjushri, the blood-drinking medicine tree, Whatever body is to be tamed, he shows peaceful, wrathful, and so on, Whatever speech is to be tamed, he emits the sound of Dharma and fierce mantras, Whatever mind is to be tamed, he is a treasure of wisdom and compassion, Perfecting the two benefits like a wish-fulfilling jewel. I fulfill your fierce vows, Offering outer, inner, and secret offerings, medicine, torma, and rakta. The countless Buddhas of the past and future, mostly you have guided to the path of enlightenment. Therefore, you are the only father of all Buddhas, Fulfilling the vows of the father of all Buddhas. More than reciting the names of billions of Buddhas, The accumulation of merit from merely reciting the name of Manjushri, You said is the greatest, therefore you are the supreme refuge. Fulfilling the vows of the incomparable refuge, Filling all Buddha-fields with various jewels, Is better than offering to the fully enlightened Buddha, The merit of generating in an instant the intention to follow you, Manjushri.

南无致敬故，本尊天之殊胜福德藏，为众生之供养处，祈请圆满您之誓言。我若修持您，念诵您之咒语名号，祈请当下赐予殊胜成就。我及与我有关联之众生，未来于无尘堆积之净土中，当您化身诸佛之眼时，面见尊颜，获得教诲，愿速证菩提。本体法身与诸佛无别，形象无量圆满受用身，大悲无碍，乃诸佛之事业主，功德标识广大，与诸善逝等同。十力怙主，祈请圆满您之誓言。中央面容深蓝，乃文殊身之本尊，右面赤红，乃马头明王语之本尊，左面绿黑，乃金刚手意之本尊，无有能阻挡者，乃三族姓之本尊。无有邪见错乱，乃调伏鬼神之大橛。三族姓怙主，祈请圆满您之誓言。寿命主、生命主、死主合一，神变猛烈，威力无碍，乃阎罗之死敌。见您之忿怒相，其他忿怒尊皆失手中之法器，颤抖惊恐，能以威势压制死主。如鳄鱼张开毒牙之口，乃无与伦比之大忿怒尊。阎罗之死敌，祈请圆满您之誓言。普贤金刚持大种姓五部，千佛以威力灌顶，天魔人三界，苯教外道等，天神护法等广大百万众，承诺瞬间七日内摧毁，立下金刚誓言。敌、魔、邪祟，纵有梵天之寿命，亦于三日内吐血而亡。乃远胜于他者之迅速护法。大护法，祈请圆满您之誓言。百万邪祟，纵具威力，守护、遮止众多，传承众多，无有邪见错乱，远胜于他者。阎罗黑尊，被称为毒树。阎罗毒面黑尊，祈请圆满您之誓言。橛、阎罗、金刚手大自在，外道、内道、苯教，屠夫、众生、妇女、汉人、羌人，弥药、蒙古等，无论何者，皆可瞬间化为微尘。因此，被称为阎罗总摧毁黑尊。

Seeing you, other wrathful ones drop their weapons, Trembling and frightened, you subdue death with your power. Like a crocodile opening its poisonous mouth, Great wrathful one unmatched by others. Samantabhadra, great Vajradhara, five supreme families, A thousand Buddhas empowered you with strength and power, Gods, demons, humans, Bonpos, heretics, etc., Gods, protectors, and a vast hundred thousand, You vowed to destroy them in an instant, in about seven days, You made a vajra oath. Enemies, obstacles, sorcerers, even those with Brahma's life, Within about three days, they will vomit blood and die by the sword, Supreme Dharma protector, faster than others. A hundred thousand sorcerers, even with power and ability, Many protections, many reversals, and many lineages, Without wrong views or confusion, faster than others. Black Yama is known as the poison tree. Black Yama with a poisonous face, I fulfill your heart's commitment. Phurba, Yama, Vajrapani, great powerful one, Outsiders, insiders, Bonpos, Butchers, beings, women, Chinese, Jang, Minyak, Hor, Mongols, and so on, Without any distinction, you turn them to dust in an instant. Therefore, you are known as the Black One who destroys all Yamas.
