Wrathful water, poisonous face, obedient one, the four classes of Mönpa fathers and mothers, the eastern one is the conch-shell Mönpa, with a lion's head, shaking turquoise mane, lower body is a sharp, blazing phurba, holding a vajra and citta in the hand, the consort is a Mönmo soul-stealer, white mother holding an iron hook and rope. Accept this adorned torma, for the enemy held in the heart, hook the essence with the iron hook and bind with the rope, strike with the vajra and extract the heart essence, quickly accomplish the entrusted activity! The southern one is the golden Mönpa, with a garuda head, raising garuda horns, lower body is a phurba emitting tsha tsha sounds, holding a vajra and citta in the hand, the Mönmo is a heart-extractor and peg-driver, yellow-black, holding an iron hook and rope. Accept this adorned torma, may the hateful enemy be hooked and brought here with the iron hook, bind with the rope and strike with the vajra, extract the heart essence and devour it greedily, do not be lazy, quickly accomplish this activity!
