Thus, throw the torma towards the enemy's side, or any harmful place, or where the enemy can be seen. Beat the leather drum, blow the conch shell, press down the torma plate, and perform the dance. Then, bless the ransom offering that is a span high with the servant Sambhari. O all the gods and ghosts of existence! We, the patrons and retinue, do not offer our life as a ransom now. The father is the sky, the mother is the earth, the materials are precious jewels and five grains, the cause is transformed by mantras and mudras, the result is endowed with body, speech, and mind. Take this supreme and wondrous ransom offering, release the bound and untie the knots, and do not harm us in the future.

一，如是作我赎祭。 吽！从九聚持明坛城中，祈请饮血大胜九尊起立。 子化身奉命军众，于敌 بھيو（藏文）！ 使者役众，于敌 ཡ（藏文）！ 阎罗母众军，于敌 بھيو（藏文）！ 疾病瘟疫之主母，于敌 བྱོ（藏文）！ 天魔部八军众，于敌 بھيو（藏文）！ 怨恨者，于敌 بھيو（藏文）！ 损害者，于魔 بھيو（藏文）！ 如是念诵赎祭已毕，若于山上供养，则自此处携往山上。 若于山上供养，则于彼方竖立替身。 白供食和供食，红供食，神数，此后若有护法，则将替身朵玛依次排列于列。 首先献供金饮和白供食，其后抛掷箭，其后作勾招，抛掷九诅猛和巨诅猛。 若巨诅猛不中，则抛掷傲慢之替身朵玛，击打黑幡，其后将焚烧替身之灰撒于红供食上，作诸供食。 其后举起替身朵玛，从心中念诵一遍短赎祭，置于地上，作桩，向外指，击倒之。 在家中亦可供养，供养方式广大者与山同，简略者则无需白供食、金饮、供食。 于锅中放置替身，投掷诅猛，于三角火供中焚烧小诅猛替身。 其后献供替身朵玛与山同，若念诵朵玛文，则念诵任何一个九尊之短祈请而投掷之。 投掷方式详尽者另行安立。无论如何，于此时投掷诅猛。 ༈ 霍！祈请垂念！ 胜者意之传承，持明表示之传承，补特伽罗耳传之传承，大悲加持之传承，教敕降临意义之传承，空行嘱托印持之传承上师。 本尊成就大传承之七百二十众神，以教敕守护誓言者海众之谛实力，愿损害之敌魔，邪魔，恶咒，厉鬼，于意念及书于名者，融入此形替身中！ ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ （藏文） जाः हुं बं होः (梵文天城体) jāḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ (梵文罗马拟音) 来！融入！结合！是！(汉语字面意思) 三遍，其后依次取九诅猛。 ༈ 吽！无辜者，诸佛为证，非敌魔者，请回避！ 教敕八部圆满，兴起军队，于敌魔心投掷桩诅猛，依次抛掷，颅诅猛，箭诅猛，石诅猛。

One, thus I offer the ransom oblation. Hūṃ! From the mandala of the nine clusters of vidyādharas, I beseech the nine great glorious blood-drinkers to arise. Son emanation, command-abiding army, to the enemy, bhayo! Messenger workers, many to the enemy, ya! Army of Yama mothers, to the enemy, bhayo! Mistress of disease and plague, to the enemy, byo! Army of the eight classes of gods and demons, to the enemy, bhayo! To the one who hates, bhayo! To the obstructing obstacle, bhayo! Having finished reciting the ransom oblation, if offering on the mountain, then take it from here to the mountain. If offering on the mountain, then erect the effigy in that direction. White torma and offering torma, red torma, number of deities, then if there are protectors, arrange the torma reversals in order in a row. First offer golden drink and white torma, then cast the arrow, then perform the hooking and drawing back, and cast the nine zors and the great zor. If the great zor does not hit, then cast the arrogant torma reversal, strike the black banner, then sprinkle the ashes of the burned effigy on the red torma and perform all the torma offerings. Then the torma reversal lift it up, and from the mind, recite one short reversal, place it on the ground, make a peg, point the tip outwards, and knock it over. It is also possible to offer at home, the elaborate offering method is the same as on the mountain, the condensed one does not need white torma, golden drink, or offering torma. Place the effigy in a pan and throw the zor, burn the small zor effigy triangle in the fire homa. Then the offered torma reversal is the same as on the mountain, if you recite the torma text, then recite any one of the short requests of the nine deities and throw it. The detailed throwing method is arranged separately. In any case, throw the zor at this time. ༈ Ho! Please consider! The lineage of the Victorious Ones' intention, the lineage of the vidyādharas' symbols, the lineage of personal ear-whispered teachings, the lineage of compassion and blessings, the lineage of the meaning of the transmitted command, the guru of the lineage of the dakinis' entrusted seals. Seven hundred and twenty deities of the great accomplishment Kagyü lineage of yidams, by the power of truth of the ocean of oath-bound protectors, may the harming enemies, obstacles, black magic, and oath-breakers, those who are mentally oppressed and written in name, be drawn into this effigy! Jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ! Three times, then take the nine zors in order. ༈ Hūṃ! The innocent, the Three Jewels are witness, except for enemies and obstacles, please step aside!
