于中央收摄。自生之器情一切收摄于自身。之后吽字向上收摄为明点，于离戏涅槃之状态安住。之后补足缺漏，阿阿等元音辅音。嗡 班杂 嘿汝嘎 萨玛雅（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ས་མ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र हेरुक समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra heruka samaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，黑汝嘎，誓言），等百字明。之后日常行用之盔甲：吽！我执清净幻身如虚空，以大威力身语意加持，真谛无别见行双运后，恒常引导有情之行持。嗡 阿 吽 舍 呵（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲིཧོ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。如事业法，身护盔甲，进入恒常之行持。诶玛吙！名为八教忿怒嬉戏之朵玛回遮，虽如日月般于此雪山中闻名，然于此方如实证悟甚为稀少。广略中及极略之方式，仪轨与念诵次第不混淆，不辨何为应作，随意念诵所见之范本。对此无法忍受，我造此仪轨。后世对此具信之持明者们，欲广者取宁玛派之广轨，欲中者如却旺之规，欲略者修持此即可。事业法回遮文乃无杂之伏藏文。上下部分太过繁杂者，我将伏藏文义略摄而作。对此有违误错谬需改正之处，于邬金上师及八教本尊前忏悔。书写此者我及修持此者与结缘之施主等一切，暂时寿命长久无病，福德增长，究竟获得普贤果位愿吉祥！此乃持明噶玛阿惹嘎所造。萨瓦 玛嘎拉姆！ 舒巴姆！ 康区上部囊谦昂冈工艺文化显密法增长洲古籍修复室整理刊印。 事业仪轨成就摄取。

Gather in the center. Gather all the vessels and contents of self-generation into oneself. Then, the letter Hūṃ is gathered upwards into a bindu, and rests clearly in the state of freedom from elaboration, nirvāṇa. Then, to fill in the deficiencies: Āḥ Āḥ, etc., vowels and consonants. Oṃ Vajra Heruka Samaya (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ས་མ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र हेरुक समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra heruka samaya，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Heruka, Samaya), etc., the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Then, the armor for daily practice: Hūṃ! This self-grasping, pure illusory body, like space, is blessed by the great and glorious body, speech, and mind. From the inseparability of truth, the union of view and conduct, constantly engage in the conduct of guiding beings. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hriḥ Hoḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲིཧོ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：). Like the action manual, protect the body with armor, and enter into the daily practice. Emaho! This is called the Torma Repelling Play of the Eight Commands Wrathful Ones, although it is famous like the sun and moon in this snowy mountain, it is very rare to realize it as it is in this direction. The methods of extensive, medium, and very concise, the rules and recitation order are not confused, and without knowing what to do, recite whatever examples are found. Unable to bear this, I have composed this ritual. For future generations of mantra holders who have faith in this, if you want to be extensive, take the extensive tradition of Nyang; if you want to be medium, follow the tradition of Chöwang; if you want to be concise, practice this itself. The action manual and the repelling text are pure treasure texts. For those parts that are too complicated, I have concisely summarized the meaning of the treasure text. I confess to Orgyen Rinpoche and the deities of the Eight Commands for any mistakes or errors that need to be corrected in this. May all those who write this, those who practice this, and all the patrons who are connected with it, have long lives, be free from illness, and increase in wealth in the meantime, and ultimately attain the state of Kuntuzangpo!
