Rotate to the left and right, and then have someone take the offerings away. By offering the white torma in this way, it will be beneficial if the local deities are offended. By offering the obstacle-clearing torma, past debts and karmic debts will be cleared. By dedicating the torma to the Eight Classes of gods and demons, all harm caused by the Eight Classes' teasing and desires will be beneficial. Then, by expounding the Dharma and seeing the Teacher's face, all harm from gods and demons will be pacified. By stating the truth, all the power of truth will increase. All phenomena arise from causes. The Tathagata has declared these causes. Whatever is the cessation of these causes, the Great Shramana has also declared. Do no evil deeds, cultivate virtue perfectly, tame your own mind, and do not disturb the minds of others. This is the teaching of the Buddha. If the discipline of the body is good, then the discipline of speech is also good. If the discipline of the mind is good, then discipline is good in all places. Monks who protect all, are liberated from all sins. Take your own body as an example, and do not harm others. Whatever great or small illness that manifestly harms the body, thoroughly extract that disease and, demon, go to your own place! Thus it is said. Homage to the Buddhas residing in the ten directions. The Buddha's teachings are true. Homage to the sacred Dharma residing in the ten directions. The Dharma's teachings are true. Homage to the noble, irreversible Sangha residing in the ten directions. The Sangha's teachings are true. By the truth of the nature of reality, the truth of suchness, the truth of the infallibility of cause and effect, and by the power of the great truth, all kinds of beings that harm and injure this patient, abandon the intention to harm and injure, and depart elsewhere!
