以妙香灯烛美食等，以及大米果实血酒等，令汝等满足，返回各自处。若不离去，于此作祟者，智慧嬉戏之忿怒尊极忿怒，将如微尘般毁灭汝等。萨尔瓦 比嘎南 嘎恰（藏文：སརྦ་བིགྷཱན་གཙྪ，梵文天城体：सर्व विघ्न गच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：sarva vighna gaccha，一切障碍 离去！） 宿债，八万种魔障，亦以此赎命食子令汝等满足，返回各自之处！如是如前般旋转，向外抛掷。之后抛洒酒丸食子，嗡 阿弥利得 吽 啪（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ॐ अमृते हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：om amrite hum phat，嗡 甘露 吽 啪！） 以自性清净。从空性中，由吽字化为珍宝器皿，食子具足五种欲妙，生起无漏之乐，成为无尽。嗡 阿 吽 哈哈 吼 舍 萨尔瓦 哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧོཎཱཧྲཱིཿསཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हुं हः होः ह्रीः सः हा，梵文罗马拟音：om ah hum ha ho hrih sah ha，嗡 阿 吽 哈哈 吼 舍 萨尔瓦 哈！） 嗡 班杂 阿弥利达 滚扎里 哈纳 哈纳 吽 啪（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཀུཎྜི་ལཱི་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र अम्रिता कुण्डलि हन हन हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：om vajra amrita kundali hana hana hum phat，嗡 班杂 甘露 滚扎里 杀 杀 吽 啪！）念诵三遍加持后，阿 亚玛 杜如 杂 夏纳，伊当 巴利达 卡嘿 卡嘿（藏文：ཨ་ཡ་མ་དུ་རུ་ཙ་ཤ་ན། ཨི་དཾ་བྷ་ལི་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི，梵文天城体：अय म्दु रु च श न। इदं भलि त खः हि खः हि，梵文罗马拟音：aya ma du ru ca sha na，idam bhali ta kha hi kha hi，此 享用 此 食用！）念诵三遍或七遍，供养所有八部众。吽！于往昔之最初劫，莲花生大士，以誓言束缚之诸神鬼，谛听法性真谛之教言！莫违越教言与誓言！莲花生大士，于邬尤中部降临之时，于芒域杰玛拉卡处，以誓言束缚诸神魔八部众。我乃莲师之教言传承者，汝等乃彼等神鬼之族裔。莫违越往昔莲师之教言，如今瑜伽士之誓言亦不解除。享用此庄严之食子，莫违越教言与誓言！若违越教言与誓言，汝等之身语意三者，将如微尘般毁灭！吽！莲花生大士，于藏地拉卡邦麦处，以誓言束缚所有居士。我乃莲师之教言传承者，汝等乃彼等神鬼之族裔。莫违越往昔莲师之教言，如今瑜伽士之誓言亦不解除。享用此庄严之食子，莫违越教言与誓言！若违越教言与誓言，汝等之身语意三者，将如微尘般毁灭！吽！莲花生大士，于天之如托扎玛处，以誓言束缚乾闼婆男女。我乃莲师之教言传承者，汝等乃彼等神鬼之族裔。

With fragrant incense, lamps, food, etc., and with rice, great fruits, meat, wine, etc., May you be satisfied and depart to your respective places. If you do not leave and cause harm here, The wrathful king of wisdom's play, being extremely wrathful, Will destroy you like tiny dust particles. Sarva Vighnan Gaccha! (Tibetan: སརྦ་བིགྷཱན་གཙྪ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व विघ्न गच्छ, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva vighna gaccha, All obstacles, depart!) Old debts, Eighty thousand kinds of obstructing spirits, may you be satisfied with this ransom torma and depart to your respective places! Thus, rotate as before and throw it outwards. Then sprinkle the alcohol-pill torma, Om Amrite Hum Phat! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ अमृते हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: om amrite hum phat, Om, nectar, hum, phat!) Purified by Svabhava. From the state of emptiness, from Hum arises a precious vessel. The torma is endowed with the five desirable qualities, Generating the bliss of non-outflow and becoming inexhaustible. Om Ah Hum Ha Ho Hrih Sah Ha! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧོཎཱཧྲཱིཿསཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः हुं हः होः ह्रीः सः हा, Sanskrit Romanization: om ah hum ha ho hrih sah ha, Om Ah Hum Ha Ho Hrih Sah Ha!) Dedicate it to all the eight classes three or seven times. Hum! In the first aeon of the past, Guru Padmasambhava, All the gods and demons bound by oath, Listen to the command of the truth of Dharma! Do not transgress the command and oath! When Guru Padmasambhava went to the middle of O-yug, In Mangyul Jema Rabkha, He bound the eight classes of gods and demons by oath. I am the lineage holder of that Guru's command, You are the descendants of those gods and demons. Do not break the command of the Guru of the past, Now, do not break the oath of the yogi. Take this adorned torma, Do not transgress the command and oath! If you transgress the command and oath, Your body, speech, and mind, Will be destroyed like dust particles! Hum! Guru Padmasambhava, In Tsang's Lakha Bangmig, He bound all the lay practitioners by oath. I am the lineage holder of that Guru's command, You are the descendants of those gods and demons. Do not break the command of the Guru of the past, Now, do not break the oath of the yogi. Take this adorned torma, Do not transgress the command and oath! If you transgress the command and oath, Your body, speech, and mind, Will be destroyed like dust particles! Hum! Guru Padmasambhava, In Nam's Ruthog Drakmar, He bound the male and female Gandharvas by oath. I am the lineage holder of that Guru's command, You are the descendants of those gods and demons.
