Then, all the deities of the body dissolve into light, transforming into individual bindus of their respective colors. From the aperture of Brahma at the crown of the head, the white syllable "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) descends like mercury, head pointing downwards. Upon it, drops of nectar-like bodhicitta fall like rain. When these bindus are touched by it, the deities of the body, as before, instantly manifest, their splendor and glory nine times greater than before. Then, fire fills the entire body, burning away diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, impairments, and impure karmic results, the flesh and blood body, transforming it into the supreme body of wisdom. Visualize it becoming the actual form of a wrathful deity. At that time, warmth arises in the body, and from this cause, bliss arises. Observing the nature of bliss, the realization of the union of bliss and emptiness dawns. This is the main practice of all the new and old unsurpassable tantras. When old and frail, it is difficult to control the winds. If the winds cannot be controlled, then meditate on the visualization and hold the intermediate wind, slightly contracting downwards, slightly puffing out the abdomen. This is called holding the intermediate wind. It is said that holding the wind is very effective. Practicing in this way is the method of Anu Yoga. Furthermore, the method of Ati Yoga of Dzogchen, is the secret mandala of the mind, not requiring mandalas or other materials for practice. There is no need for rituals, visualizations, or recitations. One may or may not enter retreat. Guarding the nature of one's own mind, when thoughts arise as meditation, contemplate the union of generation and completion stages, practice the nature of emptiness, remaining inseparable from it, like a rainbow appearing in the sky. Visualize the fully realized mandala of wrathful deities. Clearly establish that this external world of phenomena, such as Mount Meru and the elements layered upon each other, is originally a spontaneously accomplished palace. Clearly establish that all sentient beings, in essence, are originally the forms of yidam deities. Clearly establish that all sounds heard are the sounds of mantras, and practice accordingly. Whatever thoughts arise in the mind are originally the play of self-aware wisdom, naturally liberated like water and waves. Thus, when the samadhi is clear, since all beings are yidam deities, the time, place, and mutual lineages of the retreat do not cause any faults in the retreat. Sound.

Everything is for the sake of mantra sound. Although it is sometimes necessary to release the restrictions on speech, There will be no fault of breaking the speech retreat. Self-generation mandala pervades the world. Self-generation is as huge as a tent, like Mount Meru. After visualization, the southwest is the Rakshasa continent. The front generates a spontaneously accomplished mandala. In it dwells the real Orgyen. Visualize the front as the body of the Wrathful One. The retinue in front is the retinue of the Wrathful One. Even if reciting the ritual, All offerings and praises are offered to it. At that time, everything in the three thousand worlds, All Mount Merus are tormas, The enjoyment of gods and humans is the adornment of tormas. The seven seas of play are the inner offering, Of all six kinds of beings, The five poisons of affliction are the essence of red. After visualizing in this way, one can make offerings, In the torma plate of the three thousand worlds, A burning Mount Meru food offering is erected. The meaning of what is said is also like this. Similarly, the southern Potala Mountain, Always flourishes with huge flower gardens. The sandalwood forest of Malaya, Always emits a fragrant scent. The three lights of the sun, moon, and stars illuminate the lamps. In the center of the Ganges River, A stream of water with eight qualities flows. The fruits of the Jambudvipa tree, Are huge and have eight excellent tastes. The beautiful sounds of birds are as shocking as thunder. These are visualized as outer offerings. In this three thousand world realm, Black dogs, black horses, flesh-eating ghosts. The groups of young women with the names of dakinis, And other items used for completion, Also offer everything that exists in the world. There is no need to make special efforts to obtain them. There is no need for a subsequent sending-off ceremony, Because originally, appearance and existence are the deity of the mandala. The samaya and wisdom are inseparable. There is no need for artificial collection, Because contemplating the nature of the practitioner, Everything dissolves into the expanse of mind. There is no fixed time or interval. The generation and completion of union are like a river continuously flowing. The number of mantras is not fixed. Because all beings appear as deities, In order for everyone to recite together, Even reciting one mantra becomes a billion times. If constantly staying in that state, There is no need for contrived virtuous actions, Except for the three things of sleeping, getting up, sitting, and eating, Abandon other actions. The Chinese sound is "Kusalipa", The Tibetan is called "Kusulupa". It is the behavior of a lazy person, In meaning, it belongs to the third kind of recognition. High realization of
