Those are the seats of the retinue. The five aggregates are the five wrathful ones. The five elements are their five mothers. The five knots of the channels in the five places are the five bindus. It is the nature of the five armor deities. The eight limbs of the hands and feet and the head are the secret places. It is the nature of the ten wrathful ones. One's own body is the samaya-sattva. In reality, it is clearly visualized as it is. One's own mind is the actual wisdom-sattva. Therefore, there is no need to invoke. All food and drink are offerings. Therefore, there is no need to set out offerings and tormas. Walking, sitting, and lying down are mudras and gestures. There is no need for elaborate dances. The winds have three aspects: entering, abiding, and exiting. Entering within is the letter Om It gathers all the essence of the body. Abiding in the belly is the letter Ah It gathers all the essence of speech. Exiting outwards is the letter Hum It gathers all the essence of mind. It is enough to know that it is like that. There is no need to meditate on the form of the letters. There is no need to pronounce it by joining the tongue and palate. It is the recitation without a rosary. One day is equal to twenty-one thousand And six hundred. The recitation of the mantra will become a ladder. Eliminating obstacles to life, Without effort, the yidam is accomplished. This three-syllable vajra recitation, Is spoken of in all the new and old tantras. Therefore, there is no doubt. It is also the best of shamatha meditation. Especially if you are devoted to Gur Drag, Entering within is Om Ah Hum Abiding in the belly is A tsik. Exiting outwards is A and Hum Hum Phet It is enough to meditate like that. There is no need to recite the mantra from the mouth. That is the system of Anu Yoga. Mainly showing the body mandala. In this, there are three channels and five chakras. The central channel is like a life tree. The crown pierces the Brahma hole. The lower end just does not touch the secret place. Right and left, Ro and Kyang, white and red. The upper end goes down from the top of the brain. Piercing into the two nostrils. The lower end is four fingers below the navel. Like the waist of the letter Cha. The central channel becomes one. The central channel, blue and clear, represents the Dharmakaya. On the right is the red Roma. It is the nature of the Sambhogakaya. On the left is the white Kyangma. It is the nature of the Nirmanakaya. Like that, by meditating on the three channels, The three experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-thought arise. The crown is the great bliss chakra. The thirty-two petals are white. Slightly

The practice is like an umbrella. Within the central channel of the central knot, meditate on Manjushri Yamantaka according to the scriptures. On the thirty-two pulse petals, the thirty-two Manjushris resemble the main deity. They are slightly smaller, and regard them as the main deity. In the neck, there are sixteen red pulse petals. The tips of the pulses point upwards in the shape of a lotus. In the center of the pulse knot is Hayagriva. Meditate on the sixteen Hayagriva pulse petals. The eight blue pulse petals in the heart are slightly downward-curving in the shape of the syllable OM. In the center is Vajrapani according to the scriptures. On the eight pulse petals are eight Vajrapanis. The navel has sixty-four pulse petals. The colors are diverse, and the tips of the pulses point slightly upwards in the shape of the letter E. In the center of the pulse knot are the five Dakinis. On the sixteen pulse petals on the front side, meditate on sixteen white Dakinis. On the right side are sixteen yellow Dakinis, on the back side are sixteen red Dakinis, and on the left side are sixteen green Dakinis. All hold their own emblems of knives and skullcups. All regard their faces as the main deity. The secret place has twenty-eight pulse petals. The pulse petals connect in the shape of a wheel. In the center of the pulse knot is the fire deity himself. The pulse petals are twenty-eight fire deities. In each pore of the hair, meditate on a small wrathful deity the size of a mustard seed. This is the wrathful king, the gathering of power, and it is in accordance with the activities and so on. This is the method of meditating on the body mandala. Furthermore, the most secret, unsurpassed body mandala is established as it is clearly shown elsewhere. Body mandalas other than these two are not found in this fierce Ratna tent. The arrangement of the ten wrathful deities on the body is not mentioned in this ritual text. If you wish to practice meditation, do not meditate within the body, but as adornment deities outside the body. On the forehead, above the wisdom eye, meditate on a large HUM syllable and a skullcup. On the right shoulder, meditate on Namgyalma. On the left shoulder, meditate on the blue staff-bearer. Likewise, in the neck, meditate on Hayagriva, and in the heart, meditate on Yama, the lord of death. Above the navel, there is a swirling nectar. In the navel, meditate on Achala and Gonpo. Likewise, on the right thigh, meditate on the king of desire. On the left thigh, meditate on the Victorious One of the Three Realms. In the secret place, meditate on the Great Powerful One. All are dark blue with one face. The two hands hold a hammer in the right hand and a hook in the left hand. During the time of fierce activities such as repelling, if you meditate in this way, the power will be great. This is what is said in the Wrathful King, the Gathering of Power.
