It is said to meditate on Vajrapani on the right shoulder and Hayagriva on the left. The essence of these ten wrathful deities is that all the Buddhas of the ten directions practice the ten perfections, and they arise from the power of truth. Generosity brings enjoyment, happiness, and bliss. It completely overcomes all suffering, such as poverty and decline. In Indian language, it is called "Vijaya," which in Tibetan means "completely victorious." Discipline eliminates afflictions. The nectar that eliminates the demons of afflictions. In Indian language, it is called "Amrita," which in Tibetan means "nectar." It is like a sea swirling around. In Chinese, it is called "Kundali," which in Tibetan means "swirling." Hatred is like Yama, the Lord of Death. No matter what harmful weapons are thrown, they cannot harm those who possess the armor of patience, for they are friends of enlightenment. It is the executioner who destroys hatred. In Chinese, it is called "Yamantaka," which in Tibetan means "the slayer of the Lord of Death." Diligence is swift, like a supreme horse, quickly traversing the long path to enlightenment. Drinking from the throat is like the eye. In Chinese, it is called "Jiageliwa," which in Tibetan means "Hayagriva." If one becomes very accustomed to meditation and samadhi, one will not be moved by the winds of distraction. In Indian language, it is called "Achala," which in Tibetan means "immovable." By contemplating the meaning of emptiness with wisdom, one overcomes the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, thus being victorious over the three realms.

What is it, what is its name? Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) is the five kayas and five wisdoms. Vajra (藏文:བཛྲ,梵文天城体:वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:vajra,汉语字面意思:Vajra) is the support, the vajra. In old translations it is Krota, in new translations Krodha, the wrathful one. Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) destroys suffering, and Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phaṭ) cuts off harm. This is the mantra of the ten wrathful ones, and the mantra is also because the five seed syllables are gathered. The seed syllables of the ten wrathful ones are ten Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllables. Reciting them is sufficient, as is clearly explained in the practice manual. The ten wrathful ones are the ten pāramitās, which has long been widely known. However, regarding the individual recognition of each, although I have not seen a clear explanation, it immediately arose in my experience and I spoke it. Whatever arises in the experience of a yogi, if it is wrong, I confess and repent. In the sutra system, the ten pāramitās, even if there are no body colors or hand symbols, the secret mantra uses the form as a path. Therefore, by meditating on the body of the ten wrathful ones, one will attain the ten pāramitās. For example, for the four immeasurables, even if there are no body colors or hand symbols, by meditating on the four gates of the mantra, it is the same as attaining the four immeasurables. Ushnishavijaya and the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), Trailokyavijaya and Vajrapani, the blue staff and the nectar swirl, Trailokyamardini and Hayagriva have the same mind essence. Yamantaka and Achala, and Krishna Yamari are said to be the same. Red Hayagriva and Kamadeva, Aparajita have the same mind essence. Mahabala and Smebrtsegs, and Maming have the same mind essence. The body mandala and the wheel in that way, are the remaining meanings of the ten wrathful ones. The main practice of the body mandala is the purification of the channels, bindus, and winds. If one is young and healthy, and practices with strong diligence, the signs of the path and qualities will quickly arise. The wind is from the three right channels, the three left channels, and simultaneously releasing the three channels, blowing nine times. From the tip of the nose, twelve fingers away, the wind has five colors, like a thousand strands of light, visualize it entering the body. Slowly inhale and fill the body, from below the heart to above the secret place, fill it completely and press hard. When it is unbearable, exhale with a "sang" sound. If one becomes accustomed to this kumbhaka, it will eliminate the fever of poison and plague, and it is said to become a supreme method for accomplishing longevity. Having clarified the channel places as deities, holding the breath, four fingers below the navel, the short syllable A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), the color of red-hot iron, when the wind blows, the flame burns upwards, burns downwards, the channel place
