诸位， 不隐瞒不隐藏坦率地说。 未书写任何引经据典， 心想不违背续部和经文。 如果揭示了应该隐藏的，有错误， 向护法神众忏悔。 以即兴的道歌方式宣说。 由比丘精进书写。 愿此善根直至轮回终结， 此不泯灭，增长广大。 谁修持此法， 今生获得殊胜共同成就。 来世在极乐净土， 恒时以供养令法身无量光欢喜。 吉祥！ 吉祥！ 由康区上部果芒寺内钦昂冈修行处密咒法轮洲古籍修复室整理出版。 大持明者噶玛度巴的答复，古汝猛烈火风环绕之三瑜伽的修持，省略了引经据典等，以易懂的偈颂形式编写。

To all of you, I will speak frankly, without concealing or hiding anything. Without writing any quotations, I think without contradicting the tantras and scriptures. May this virtue, until the end of samsara, Not be destroyed, but increase and expand. Whoever practices this, May they attain supreme and common siddhis in this life.
