ན་སྒྲུབ་ཐེམ་པས་ཆོག །སོ་སོའི་ དབང་ལུང་མ་ཐོབ་ཀྱང་། །གུར་དྲག་དབང་ལུང་ཐོབ་པས་འཐུས། །སོ་སོའི་ལས་བྱང་འདོན་མི་དགོས། །གུར་དྲག་ལས་བྱང་འདོན་པས་ཆོག །སོ་སོའི་བདག་བསྐྱེད་བསྒོམ་མི་དགོས། །གོང་ལྟར་གུར་དྲག་བདག་བསྐྱེད་བསྒོམ། །གོང་ལྟར་སོ་སོའི་ང་རྒྱལ་བཟུང་། །ཚེ་བདག་བཟློག་པའི་སྔགས་རིང་དང་། །ཕུར་པའི་སྤུ་གྲི་ལ་སོགས་པ། །སྔགས་རིང་རྣམས་ཀྱང་འདོན་པས་ཆོག་།དེ་ནས་མཐའ་ཡི་ཁྲོ་བཅུ་ཡང་། །རང་ཉིད་ཡིན་པའི་ང་རྒྱལ་བཟུང་། །ཀུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཉི་མའི་སྟེང་། །ཧཱུྃ་མཐིང་རང་རང་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་།འོད་འཕྲོས་འཁོར་འདས་སྣང་སྲིད་ཀྱི། །མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཀུན་བསྡུས་བདག་ལ་བསྟིམས། །ཧཱུྃ་ཡིག་བཅུ་སྦྲེལ་བཟླས་པས་འཐུས། །སོ་སོར་བསྙེན་པ་བྱེད་འདོད་ན། །བདག་ཉིད་སོ་སོའི་ང་རྒྱལ་བཟུང་། །གོང་ལྟར་སོ་སོའི་སྔགས་རྣམས་བཟླ། །དེ་ཡིས་ཁྲོ་བཅུའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཚང་། །རང་ཉིད་རྟ་གདོང་དཀར་མོར་བསྒོམ། །ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་སྟེང་ཛཡིག་དཀར། །དེ་ལྟར་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་གཡོན་དུ་འཁོར། །འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འཕྲོས། །འགྲོ་དྲུག་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དང་ནི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན། །བ་མོར་ ཉི་ཟེར་ཕོག་ལྟར་བསྒོམ། །ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛ༔ དེ་ཡིས་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཚད་མེད་འགྲུབ། །རང་ཉིད་ཕག་གདོང་སེར་མོར་བསྒོམ། །ཡང་ན་ནག་མོར་བསྒོམ་ཡང་རུང་། །ཐུགས་ཀར་རང་མདོག་ཧཱུྃ་གི་མཐར། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་གཡོན་དུ་འཁོར་བ་ལས། །འོད་ཟེར་གསེར་མདོག་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འཕྲོས། །འོད་ཟེར་དེ་ཉིད་ཕོག་ཙམ་གྱིས། །འགྲོ་བ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་བསྒོམ། །ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཤ་ཧཱུྃ། དེ་ཡིས་བྱམས་པ་ཚད་མེད་འགྲུབ། །རང་ཉིད་སྤྲེལ་གདོང་དམར་མོར་བསྒོམ། །ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་སྟེང་བཾ་ཡིག་མཐར། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་གཡོན་འཁོར་འོད་དམར་འཕྲོས། །འོད་དེས་ཕོག་པས་འགྲོ་དྲུག་ཀུན། །བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་དང་། །ནམ་ཡང་འབྲལ་བ་མེད་པར་བསྒོམ། །ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སྤོ་ཊ་བི། དེ་ཡིས་དགའ་བ་ཚད་མེད་འགྲུབ། །རང་ཉིད་སྤྱང་གདོང་ལྗང་མོར་བསྒོམ། །ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་སྟེང་ཧོལྗང་མཐར། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་གཡོན་འཁོར་འོད་ལྗང་འཕྲོས། །འོད་དེས་ཕོག་པས་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན། །ཆགས་དང་སྡང་བའི་རྟོག་པ་ཞི། །དགེ་བའི་སེམས་དང་ལྡན་པར་བསྒོམ། །ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གྷནྡྷེ་ཧོ། དེ་ཡིས་བཏང་སྙོམས་ཚད་མེད་འགྲུབ། །དེ་ ལྟར་བདག་བསྐྱེད་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཀུན། །ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ཉིད་ཡིན་མོད་ཀྱིས། །ང་རྒྱལ་རིམ་པར་འཕོ་བ་སྟེ། །དེ

那通过修法次第即可。即使没有各自的 灌顶传承，得到古汝扎固（金刚橛）的灌顶传承即可。不需要念诵各自的仪轨。念诵古汝扎固的仪轨即可。不需要观想各自的自生本尊。如上观想古汝扎固的自生本尊。如上保持各自的慢。长寿自在回遮的咒语和， 金刚橛的毛发之刃等等，长咒语们也念诵即可。之后边缘的十忿怒尊也，保持自己是（他们的）慢。所有（忿怒尊）的心间，日轮之上，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།），蓝色，各自的咒语围绕。光芒照射，轮回涅槃，显有世间的，威力力量全部汇集融入自己。（念诵）吽字十连，念诵即可。如果想要各自修持，保持自己是各自的慢。如上念诵各自的咒语们。那以此十忿怒尊的修法圆满。自己观想为白色的马面。心间月轮之上，匝字（藏文：ཛ）白色。 如是咒鬘向左旋转。白色光芒向十方放射。六道一切有情之，罪障以及痛苦全部，观想如露珠被阳光照射一般。嗡 班匝 昂 勾夏 匝（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛ༔ ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र अं कु श जः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra aṃ kuśa jaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，昂，勾，夏，匝）。那以此成就无量慈悲。自己观想为黄色的猪面。或者观想为黑色也可以。心间自色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།）字的周围，咒鬘向左旋转，从那（旋转）中，金色光芒向十方放射。仅仅被那光芒照射到，一切有情众生的，安乐圆满观想具足。嗡 班匝 啪夏 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཤ་ཧཱུྃ། ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र पाश हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra pāśa hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，索，吽）。那以此成就无量慈爱。自己观想为红色的猴面。心间月轮之上，榜字（藏文：བཾ）的周围，咒鬘左旋红色光芒放射。被那光芒照射到六道一切，安乐圆满具足和，观想永不分离。嗡 班匝 斯波扎 贝（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སྤོ་ཊ་བི། ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र स्फोट वि，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sphoṭa vi，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，爆炸，贝）。那以此成就无量欢喜。自己观想为绿色的狼面。心间月轮之上，吼（藏文：ཧོ）绿色周围，咒鬘左旋绿色光芒放射。被那光芒照射到有情众生，贪执和嗔恨的分别念息灭，观想具有善妙之心。嗡 班匝 根德 吼（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གྷནྡྷེ་ཧོ། ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र गन्धे हो，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra gandhe ho，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，香，吼）。那以此成就无量平等舍。如是自生本尊众，所有都是自己，虽然如此，慢依次转移，那

Then, the steps of accomplishment are sufficient. Even if you have not received individual empowerment transmissions, it is sufficient to have received the empowerment transmission of Gur Drag (Vajrakilaya). There is no need to recite individual ritual texts. Reciting the ritual text of Gur Drag is sufficient. There is no need to visualize individual self-generation deities. Visualize the self-generation deity of Gur Drag as above. Maintain individual pride as above. The long mantra of longevity and reversal, and the hair razor of Vajrakilaya, etc., the long mantras can also be recited. Then, the ten wrathful deities at the edge also, maintain the pride of being yourself (them). On the heart of all (wrathful deities), on the sun disc, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།), blue, surrounded by their respective mantras. Light radiates, the power and strength of samsara and nirvana, of phenomenal existence, are all gathered and absorbed into oneself. (Reciting) the ten connected Hūṃ syllables, reciting is sufficient. If you want to practice individually, maintain the pride of being your individual self. Recite the individual mantras as above. Then, with this, the practice of the ten wrathful deities is complete. Visualize yourself as a white horse-faced deity. On the moon disc in the heart, the letter Ja (Tibetan: ཛ) white. Thus, the mantra garland rotates to the left. White light radiates in ten directions. All sentient beings of the six realms, the sins, obscurations, and all sufferings, visualize as dew drops being hit by sunlight. Oṃ Vajra Aṃ Kuśa Jaḥ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛ༔ , Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र अं कु श जः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra aṃ kuśa jaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Am, Hook, Sha, Dza). With that, immeasurable compassion is accomplished. Visualize yourself as a yellow pig-faced deity. Or you can also visualize as black. Around the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།) syllable of its own color in the heart, the mantra garland rotates to the left, from that (rotation), golden light radiates in ten directions. Just by being hit by that light, all sentient beings, visualize that happiness and well-being are fully possessed. Oṃ Vajra Pāśa Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཤ་ཧཱུྃ། , Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र पाश हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra pāśa hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Rope, Hum). With that, immeasurable loving-kindness is accomplished. Visualize yourself as a red monkey-faced deity. On the moon disc in the heart, around the letter Baṃ (Tibetan: བཾ), the mantra garland rotates to the left, red light radiates. By being hit by that light, all six realms, happiness and well-being are fully possessed, and visualize that they are never separated. Oṃ Vajra Spoṭa Vi (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སྤོ་ཊ་བི། , Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र स्फोट वि, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra sphoṭa vi, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Explosion, Bei). With that, immeasurable joy is accomplished. Visualize yourself as a green wolf-faced deity. On the moon disc in the heart, around the green Ho (Tibetan: ཧོ), the mantra garland rotates to the left, green light radiates. By being hit by that light, the conceptual thoughts of attachment and hatred of sentient beings are pacified, and visualize that they possess a virtuous mind. Oṃ Vajra Gandhe Ho (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གྷནྡྷེ་ཧོ། , Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र गन्धे हो, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra gandhe ho, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Fragrance, Ho).
