因为已经圆满具足于自身之中，我已亲见此关键之秘密。现在我决意持守永不违越此誓言的金刚誓句。思及此处，持诵坚定誓言之咒：ཙིཏྟ་བཛྲ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）是至上金刚之心髓。ས་མ་ཏི་ཛ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）是勾召至上三摩地。接下来是降临加持：焚烧人肉和古古律香等，能使邪魔逃遁，诸神降临。敲击法器如鼓、海螺等，是降临加持的物质。以强烈的虔诚和渴望，吟唱并呼唤：吽！从心命之中呼唤，上方尸陀林燃烧的火焰山，也可如此称呼。从护法主的总续血海沸腾之处，也说是遍照尊的尸陀林。于彼处，乃是威猛自在嬉戏之坛城。真实存在的忿怒尊坛城，即是从那伟大的忿怒尊坛城中，一切诸佛 之心，虽从未动摇于法性寂静之状态，然为调伏恶魔与邪见恶徒，燃烧之众，汝等！由大忿怒尊之身，以智慧之火的往昔发心与祈愿、慈悲之力量，祈请降临于此地。以灌顶成熟相续，具足誓言之化身我等，所修持之坛城与物质，祈请以身语意之门降下巨大加持。亦祈请赐予我等修行者五种智慧之殊胜灌顶。汝等具足无量大悲，具足十力之权能与十力之力量，无论我等有无业缘，祈请于此时此刻，赐予一切加持与成就。如是祈请后，观想从上方火焰山之净土，一切智慧忿怒尊与忿怒母之身，降下如雨般各种颜色的光点，融入自身与坛城，以及修行之物中，并念诵降临加持之咒：གུ་རུ་དྷེ་ཝ་དྷཀྐི་ནཱི་ས་མ་ཡ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）是上师本尊空行之誓言。རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）是饮血忿怒诸尊之精髓。ཨཱ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）是降临。ཨ་ཨཱ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）是无生。然后是加持供品：洒净水。

Because it is already completely fulfilled within oneself, I have personally seen this crucial secret. Now I resolve to hold the vajra commitment that I will never transgress. Thinking thus, recite the mantra of firm commitment: ཙིཏྟ་བཛྲ་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) is the essence of the supreme vajra heart. ས་མ་ཏི་ཛ་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) is summoning the supreme samadhi. Next is bestowing blessings: Burning human flesh and guggul incense, etc., causes obstacles to flee and deities to come. Playing musical instruments such as drums and conches are substances for bestowing blessings. With strong devotion and longing, chant and call out: Hūṃ! Calling from the heart-life, the burning mountain of flames in the upper charnel ground, it can also be called thus. From the boiling ocean of blood in the general lineage of the protectors, it is also said to be the charnel ground of Vairochana. In that place, there is the mandala of powerful and free play. The actually existing wrathful deity mandala, from that great wrathful deity mandala, all the Buddhas, although their minds never waver from the peaceful state of dharmata, in order to subdue demons and evil, cruel heretics, assembly of burning ones, you all! From the body of the great wrathful one, by the power of the past aspiration and prayer of the wisdom fire, and the power of compassion, I beseech you to come to this place. By the empowerment that ripens the continuum, we, the incarnate ones who possess the commitment, the mandala and substances that we practice, I beseech you to bestow great blessings through the doors of body, speech, and mind. I also beseech you to bestow the supreme and sacred empowerment of the five wisdoms upon us practitioners. You all possess immeasurable great compassion, possess the power of the ten powers and the strength of the ten strengths, regardless of whether we have karmic connections or not, I beseech you to bestow all blessings and accomplishments at this very moment.
