Even if separate rituals such as Torma Repelling are established, it is not necessary to recite the action texts of those. The self-generation Gudrak is sufficient. Those can be recited from the front generation, and these four, the Life Owner, Wrathful Black, Vajrakilaya, and Lion-faced Mother, are the four deities rich in activities. Because all the activities of these four can be applied to fierce mantras, they are called the four deities who accomplish activities. Previously, the Lama Tsetokpa Pema Wangchuk of Thang, as if there were no Nyingma empowerments and transmissions that he had not received, it is said that his constant mind practice was nothing other than the Gudrak of the Ritta lineage. When asked why, he said, "This is very complete, there is not a single deity that is not included in this." Upon careful examination, that seems very true. If there is harm from the Nagas, increase this Garuda's recitation; otherwise, recite a little. In the heart of the Garuda on the crown of the head, on top of the sun disc, around the Kro (Tibetan: ཁྲོ་,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,Sanskrit Romanization: ,Literal meaning: Wrathful) syllable, the mantra garland rotates to the right. From that, rays of various colors radiate in the ten directions, stimulating the mind streams of all Bodhisattvas from the first to the tenth Bhumi. All the blessings and powers of the body, speech, and mind of those, gathered in the form of rays of various colors, dissolve into oneself. Meditate that the empowerment and blessings of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities are received. This is the object of meditation for the practice of the stages of meditation. Also, Garudas emanated from the Garuda fill all of the sky, space, and earth. Some soar, some descend, some fly, accompanied by the sounds of "trang trang, tring tring." All the Nagas, Nyen spirits, and earth lords who harm and injure oneself are pulled out from under the earth in the form of snakes and eaten. All that has been put into effigies is dug out with claws. All droughts and bad omens are struck with horns. By flapping wings, they are driven to the far end of the sky. Rain of sand-like particles falls from the gaps in the feathers, splitting the flesh and bones of the harming Nagas and earth lords. All gather back and dissolve into the root Garuda. Om is wisdom (Tibetan: ཡེ་ཤེས,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,Sanskrit Romanization: ,Literal meaning: ), Kro is the seed syllable of Garuda (Tibetan: ཁྲོ་,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,Sanskrit Romanization: ,Literal meaning: Wrathful), Garu is the old word, and Garuda is the new word, both meaning Garuda. I think Tsale Tsale is the life mantra. Hum Phat (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ phaṭ,Literal meaning: ) is to subdue and destroy evil. Then, focus on the ten wrathful deities of the retinue. In the hearts of the ten wrathful deities, visualize a dark blue Hum syllable each.

从自身化现出同等忿怒尊,无间隙地充满十方,所有忿怒尊发出吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)声,如雷鸣般震响,十方所有邪魔都逃到天空的尽头。发出“贝”。吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)!吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)!像这样念诵一个吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)音和许多短促的吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)音。念诵百千等数量的咒语。这是日常修持。无论是闭关实修,还是日常修持,在忿怒尊的征兆显现的明镜中,会出现这样的温度迹象:最好的是见到本尊,得到灌顶和加持;颅骨鼓、腿骨号、海螺发出声音,出现预言;护法空行亲自接受朵玛;所有护法神和护教神如云般聚集;所有显现和存在的鬼神都献出自己的生命;所有开始的事业都能毫不阻碍地成就。中等的是感到快乐、温暖,降下巨大的加持;供品、酒、朵玛沸腾并冒出蒸汽;自身麻木、跳动、颤抖,失去自主;寂静处充满空行母;说出好坏,发出各种声音。最差的是出现这样的梦兆:身体流出不干净的脓血;洗澡、穿新衣服;太阳和月亮升起,种植各种鲜花;坐在山顶,看到其他的山等等,这是消除恶业和障碍的征兆。花雨降落,饮用甘露池中的水;升起旗帜,吹响海螺,讲经说法,坐在法座上;妇女们顶礼膜拜,给予食物和财富,这是成就和加持融入的征兆。要知道,手持武器,指挥军队;焚烧山谷,杀害各种众生;进入强大的城堡,发出傲慢的巨响,这是战胜障碍和魔障的征兆。在梦中,上师和空行母众显现,讲经说法,作出预言;自己佩戴骨饰,飞向天空;前往天界等乌金净土;看到殊胜的净土景象,这是成就乌金莲师的征兆。找到宝剑、莲花、经书;狮子和大象坐在法座上,这是文殊阎魔敌的征兆。身穿红衣,用红花装饰;发出马的嘶鸣,身上燃烧着熊熊烈火;

From oneself, emanate wrathful deities identical to oneself, filling the ten directions without interruption. All of them roar the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) like thunder, causing all the demons of the ten directions to flee to the far reaches of the sky. Emit 'Bhé!' Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ)! Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ)! Thus, recite one long Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) sound and as many short Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) sounds as possible. Recite the mantra as much as possible, such as a hundred thousand times. This is the daily practice. Whether one is doing a retreat or a daily practice, in the mirror that reveals the signs of the wrathful deity, the signs of temperature appear as follows: The best is to see the deity, receive empowerment and blessings; the skull drum, leg bone trumpet, and conch shell sound, and prophecies occur; the field-protecting Ḍākinīs personally accept the torma; all the Dharma protectors and guardians gather like clouds; all the gods and demons of existence offer their lives; all undertakings are accomplished without obstruction. The intermediate is feeling joyful and warm, and great blessings descend; medicine, alcohol, and torma boil and steam; one's body becomes numb, throbbing, trembling, and without control; the solitary place is filled with Ḍākinīs; they speak of good and bad, and various sounds arise. The worst is that such dream signs appear: impure pus and blood flow from the body; one bathes and wears new clothes; the sun and moon rise, and various flowers are planted; sitting on a mountaintop, seeing other mountains, etc., are signs of purifying bad karma and obscurations. Rain of flowers falls, and one drinks from a nectar lake; banners are raised, conches are blown, Dharma is taught, and one sits on a throne; groups of women prostrate, offering food and wealth, which are signs of accomplishment and blessings entering. Know that wielding weapons and commanding a great army; burning mountains and valleys, killing various beings; entering a powerful fortress, uttering loud sounds of arrogance, are signs of overcoming obstacles and hindrances. In dreams, groups of lamas and Ḍākinīs appear, teaching Dharma and making prophecies; oneself wearing bone ornaments and flying into the sky; going to celestial realms such as the land of Oḍḍiyāna; seeing extraordinary pure land displays, are signs of accomplishing the Oḍḍiyāna Padmasambhava. Finding a sword, a lotus, and Dharma texts; lions and elephants sitting on thrones, are signs of Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka. Wearing red clothes and adorned with red flowers; emitting the sound of a horse and a great fire burning on the body;
