I prostrate and praise that wrathful king! Calling upon the heart essence of Hayagriva, Hūṃ, Pema Wangchen Trawa Mingdrin is the emanation of the speech of all Buddhas. His body is red in color, with one face and two arms. He dwells in the midst of a blazing mass of red-black wisdom fire. On the crown of his head is a green horse head that neighs, the horse's sound resounding in the expanse of the sky, subduing the three realms and overwhelming the three existences with its power. From his mouth emanate the sounds of Hūṃ Hūṃ and Phaṭ Phaṭ. His right hand raises a wooden staff marked with a lotus into the sky, crushing the brains of demons and obstructors. From his left hand, which raises a threatening gesture, fire blazes, burning the harm-doers. He is adorned with a mass of emanations, a garland of dry and wet skulls, a field protector, a tiger skin, and all the attire of a wrathful deity. He is also known as Pema Heruka, Supreme Horse King, and Pema Wangchen. I prostrate and praise the wrathful king, the noble Avalokiteśvara! Calling upon the heart essence of Vajrapāṇi, Hūṃ, he is the emanation of the mind of all Buddhas, the lord of the inconceivable body, speech, mind, and secrets of all Buddhas. The Great Fierce One, the Lesser Fierce One, the One with Blue Garments, the Great Retinue, the One Who Subdues the Elements, the One with the Iron Staff, the One Who Goes Well, and Vajra Heruka, etc., these are different names with the same meaning. His body is dark blue-black, a blazing wrathful deity with one face and two arms, possessing the demeanor of the nine dances, wearing a blue upper garment, and completely adorned with all the ornaments of a wrathful deity. He is empowered with the power of the Buddhas, as numerous as the sands of sixty-two Ganges Rivers, symbolized by the vajra raised in his right hand. His left hand raises a threatening gesture at his heart, from the tip of which emanates a variegated garuda. His two feet stand in a striding posture on a lotus and sun disc, subduing and destroying all the malevolent planets, nāgas, and the eight classes of beings. I prostrate and praise that unchanging supreme deity of true intention! After reciting the heart mantra "Hūṃ" that subdues the malevolent ones, the new garudas emanated from the qualities of all the wrathful deities, in Sanskrit, garuḍa is the garuda bird. karuṇa means entering into compassion, although some say it is impure, this is pure karuṇa. The garuda bird is called bya khyung in Tibetan.

语声先出，以大悲心化现为金翅鸟身，救度受恶毒龙及其疾病所困扰的众生，故金翅鸟之本体即是大悲。此乃五种金翅鸟，即身之金翅鸟，身色白色，具以天铁，即雷电之物所成之喙爪，挥舞火焰燃烧之利剑，收拢翅膀，吞食龙族胎生、卵生、湿生、化生四种，抖擞飘散火星利刃，降下沙砾之雨、金刚闪电与冰雹，剖开龙族之血肉筋骨。若其震怒，则可将须弥山连根拔起，亦有能力将日月如球般抛掷于量度之外。我礼赞并赞颂由一切忿怒尊之功德分化而成的忿怒尊金翅鸟之身。从吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，即黑母心髓之修法种子字中召唤，一切殊胜与共同成就之根源，外显为五大，内显为五蕴，密显为五智。其显现为形色之身，乃空行母众之聚集。自身标识为蓝、白、黄、红、绿之身色，手持金刚、法轮、珍宝、莲花、十字杵为标识之钺刀颅器，左腿伸展，右腿弯曲，以勇母之舞姿，将父尊勇士转化为卡杖嘎并置于腋下。身饰六种骨饰，摇动明镜之饰物与铃铛，发出清脆之声响，平息一切疾病、邪魔与障碍，增益寿命与福德，统摄三界，以猛烈之势诛灭怨敌邪魔，毫不费力地成办息增怀诛四种事业之神祇，即智慧、事业与世间之空行母五部众，我向其顶礼赞颂。从吽（藏文：ཧཱཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，即火焰之命心中召唤，一切忿怒尊之事业化身，语声先变则为药叉（藏文：ཡཀྵ），语声后变则为药叉（藏文：ཡཀྵ་），即夜叉，因其迅猛炽热如火，故亦称夜叉火魔，身色深蓝黑，极其可怖，乃夜叉忿怒之相，四肢粗壮，腹部下垂，双目赤红，獠牙如剃刀般锋利，从中喷吐火焰

The sound precedes, and with great compassion, it transforms into the Garuda's body to save sentient beings afflicted by the evil Naga and its diseases. Therefore, the essence of the Garuda is great compassion. These are the five types of Garuda: the Garuda of the body, with a white body color, possessing a beak and claws made of sky iron, that is, the substance of lightning; wielding a flaming sword, retracting its wings; devouring the four types of Nagas born from wombs, eggs, moisture, and transformation; shaking off sparks and sharp blades, causing rain of gravel, vajra lightning, and hail, splitting the flesh and bones of the Nagas. If it becomes enraged, it can uproot Mount Meru, and it also has the power to hurl the sun and moon like balls beyond measure. I salute and praise the wrathful deity Garuda's body, emanated from the qualities of all wrathful deities. Summoning from the seed syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), the practice of the Black Mother's heart essence, the source of all supreme and common accomplishments, outwardly manifesting as the five elements, inwardly as the five aggregates, secretly as the five wisdoms. It manifests as a form body, a gathering of Dakini assemblies. Its own emblems are bodies of blue, white, yellow, red, and green colors, holding vajras, wheels, jewels, lotuses, and crossed vajras as emblems, holding curved knives and skull cups, with the left leg extended and the right leg bent, in the dancing posture of a heroine, transforming the father hero into a khatvanga and placing it under the armpit. Adorned with six bone ornaments, shaking the mirror ornament and the bell, emitting crisp sounds, pacifying all diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles, increasing lifespan and merit, subduing the three realms, and forcefully destroying enemies and obstructors, the deities who effortlessly accomplish the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, are the five assemblies of wisdom, activity, and worldly Dakinis, to whom I prostrate and praise. Summoning from the heart essence of the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) of the fire flame, the emanation of the activities of all wrathful deities, the sound changing first is Yaksha (Tibetan: ཡཀྵ), the sound changing later is Yaksha (Tibetan: ཡཀྵ་), that is, Yaksha, because it is swift, hot, and fierce like fire, it is also called Yaksha Fire Demon, with a dark blue-black body color, extremely terrifying, the wrathful appearance of a Yaksha, limbs stout, abdomen hanging down, eyes red, fangs sharp as razors, from which flames spew forth.
