In the heart of your own fierce body, which is empty and clear, in the very center of the heart, like a burning jewel, in the form of a tent of light, visualize a golden yellow stupa: below, the steps of Mount Meru, a lion throne; above that, four levels of vase pedestals, vases, the Dharma wheel with umbrella and finial; the Great Enlightenment Stupa blazing like the sun. In the center of that vase, on a sun and moon cushion: Wisdom Being Vajra Heruka, body dark blue-black, one face, three eyes, wrathful and smiling, hair reddish-yellow swirling upwards; right hand holding a five-pronged vajra at the heart, left hand holding a bell resting on the hip; adorned with bone ornaments and jewels, seated with both legs in the posture of a hero. This, Chechok, Vajra Heruka, and Vajradhara are all of one meaning. In its heart, on a lotus sun and moon, in the center of a blue vajra standing upright with its tip pointing upwards: a red and white bindu representing the union of the sun below and the moon above. In the center of that, also on a sun cushion, the fierce heart-essence syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), red like coral; the top of the letter facing forward, as shown previously. The curve of the Ha facing the spine, like driving a stake into the grass, visualize it standing motionless, which is the key to preventing mind and winds from arising. In the bindu of the Hūṃ, visualize the form of the Lama Vajradhara, which is the key to blessings entering oneself. Around that, visualize all the lamas who are kind to you surrounding it, which is the key to transforming it into their body mandala. In the crescent moon of the Hūṃ, visualize Chenrezig and other main yidams, surrounded by all your yidams, so that there will be no confusion of yidams, and the key to quickly attaining accomplishments. The syllable Hūṃ is like a copper wire bent into the shape of the syllable Hūṃ, empty inside. In the topknot of the Hūṃ, it is also acceptable to visualize yidams of the dakini lineage, such as Vajravarahi. Inside the belly of the Ha, the essence of your own life-force consciousness, the green syllable Nāṃ (Tibetan: ནཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नां, Sanskrit Romanization: nāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Nāṃ), with the eye of the Ni marked with a white syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), which is the key to self-protection. Around that, your own children, disciples, relatives, patrons, and others who keep their vows.

Meditate on the aspects of being without laziness and without doubts of rebellion. Also, meditate on them as the body of the yidam deity, and first meditate on the name letters, then merge into them, and meditate on the three ordinary forms. Among them, meditating on the ordinary one is more beneficial. All males on the right, all females on the left, fields, houses, tents, etc., behind. Food and wealth are meditated in front of the letters. By meditating on the important Dharma protectors in order within the small 'a' of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), there will be no separation of deities. By meditating on the letters A Ya Ma Du Ru Tsa Sha Na with their heads pointing downwards and written upside down within the hook of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), there will be no turning back. This is the key point. Since the life force of the eight classes is in one's own heart, one should not cut off one's own life force, like a child holding something. If you think that all of them cannot fit inside the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) like that, it is true that they cannot fit if they are like objects placed in a container. However, since this is enough to think about in the mind, what is there that cannot be thought about? If you ask if it is enough to think about, in the sadhanas of the Indian texts, there is also the term 'thinking' for 'meditation', so meditation and thinking have the same meaning. If you think, 'What will happen by meditating on things that cannot actually fit so that they fit?', it will become the cause for obtaining the magical power of the three thousand worlds fitting into a mustard seed and the sky fitting into the palm of the hand. Then, on the outside of the red letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), on top of the sun disc, the letters of the root mantra Achi are turned outwards and circled counterclockwise. All the letters stand upright. For example, imagine one like a coral rosary with twenty-one beads placed around the edge of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). In the center of the father's crown, in the gaps of hair as thick as clouds, Padmasambhava, body color dark blue, three eyes, hair in a topknot, teeth slightly clenched, right hand wielding a curved knife in the sky, left hand holding a skull cup at the heart, a golden damaru placed on the right elbow, naked body, wearing a tiger skin loincloth, standing with both feet, adorned with six bone ornaments, from the mouth emitting the sounds Hūṃ Hūṃ Phat Phat Blo Bho and, Pho We A Ra Li, and around him, all the lamas in whom one has faith, and the eighty great accomplished ones, such as the eight vidyadharas of India, the twenty-five disciples, the hundred treasure revealers, the root of whatever empowerment, transmission, and guidance one has received, etc.
