Above the eight-petaled lotus, contemplate the eight manifestations of Guru Rinpoche as they appear; on the sixteen petals of the outer layer, there are eight Dakinis from the four classes of Dakinis, four fathers, and four mothers; eight great Kīla, four fathers, and four mothers; the fathers have their hair tied up, the mothers have their hair loose; the fathers extend their right hands, the mothers extend their left hands; adorned with bone ornaments and other charnel ground attire; each holds their own characteristic curved knife, skull cup, and khatvanga; at the east gate is the crow-faced white mother, holding an iron hook in her right hand; at the south gate is the pig-faced yellow mother, holding a rope in her right hand; at the west gate is the dog-faced red mother, holding an iron chain in her right hand; at the north gate is the owl-faced green mother, holding a bell in her right hand; all of them make the threatening mudra with their left hands; in the eight charnel grounds outside, as in the peaceful deity mandala, there are eight charnel ground Dakinis; in the fierce charnel ground in the east, there is the indivisible Vajra Dakini; in the howling charnel ground in the south, there is the glorious Ratna Dakini; in the lotus-swirling charnel ground in the west, there is the stainless Padma Dakini; in the Kīla charnel ground in the north, there is the blissful Karma Dakini; in the extremely frightening charnel ground in the southeast, there is the focused Samaya Dakini; in the violent charnel ground in the southwest, there is the invincible various Dakini; in the extremely wandering charnel ground in the northwest, there is the all-pervading Dakini; in the fierce charnel ground in the northeast, there is the lineage-holding worldly Dakini; each is surrounded by hundreds of thousands of attendants; then, among the many activities, in the outer courtyard, there are the protecting deities and the assembly of vidyadharas; the Dakinis, Dharma protectors, and oath-bound ones; similarly, among the fewer activities, there are the Guru, Yidam, Dakini, oath-bound ones, and the Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, the Buddhas and their retinues; without mixing, self-illuminating, the main deity and the retinue arise like illusions, like reflections of the moon in water, like reflections in a mirror; thus it is said. This is a concise and meaningful essence, which most people nowadays fail to understand, so that before each activity is completely finished, they cannot find a way to perform other activities, resulting in the gatherings and torma offerings of the previous activities being completed only once before starting other activities again; if done in this way, even if the activities are not interrupted, it will be impossible to accomplish great practices; it should not be like that, one mandala can contain, many activities, and can be taken out from it; this is the teaching of the great Orgyen,

In the mandala of one, the activities of all Buddhas are straightened. Achieving one Sugata is the nature of all. The key instructions spoken are: From the outer courtyard of the front generation, east, southeast, and northeast, facing west, meditate on many self-generations as if arranged in rows. From the west side of that front generation mandala, and from the southwest and northwest directions, looking back, meditate on many front generation mandalas arranged in rows. Also, in the intervals between those front generations, meditate on all the torma offerings, guests, Dharma protectors, and wealth deities. In the great mandala of the root practice, all the continuous, unbroken, purified activity mandalas are like being surrounded by a great tent. Even if there are many self-generation mandalas, it is sufficient to think that everything is one's own nature. In that sense, during self-generation such as Kunrig, it is said to meditate that all the main deities are one's own nature. Likewise, during the Kagye Gongdu, it is said to meditate that all nine main deities are one's own nature. From this, it is known that many self-generations are permissible. However, when reciting each mantra, one holds the pride of each deity. Then, the three syllables at each of the three places, especially the heart essence, etc., at the heart, although not clearly stated in the text, are meditated upon in the mind. Then, since the invocation, offerings, praises, etc., are clearly stated in the text, there is no need to explain them in detail. However, countless offering goddesses emanated from the heart spread throughout the sky. Think of offering praises separately to oneself and the front. After that, everything up to the praise is according to the text. During the medicine offering, there is a custom of mentioning the names, and during the torma offering, there is a custom of including the torma dedication. Even if not included, it is better to be silent. Why add or subtract from this text? This vajra speech is profound, without any possibility of alteration. If it is practice, then during some sessions, reciting the Vidyadhara empowerment brings great blessings. At that time, make music and incense smoke. During the evening session, hold the Hum practice visualization. Proclaiming the sound of Hum and dispelling obstacles with dance is supreme. Then, the visualization for the first recitation is: Visualize oneself clearly as Hayagriva, and in the heart, on the sun disc in the heart of Buddha Totreng, at the end of the red Hum
