From the three places of the body, white and red rays of light like iron hooks emanate, from Sukhavati and the southwest Rakshasa lotus light palace, urging the mind vow of Amitayus and Guru Rinpoche, appearing in the form of the Guru Sambhogakaya, together with the retinue of vidyadharas and dakinis, and also all those who rely on, mainly one's own root guru, and all the yidams, dakinis, and dharma protectors are gathered and absorbed into it. Namo! Orgyen Padmasambhava Sambhogakaya Amitayus, with compassion, comes here for the benefit of sentient beings, to liberate the suffering of samsara for oneself and others, and in this degenerate age of the end times, for the sake of immeasurable blessings through seeing, hearing, and remembering, for the sake of our prayers, please reside on the seat of the lotus and moon on the crown of our heads. Guru Orgyen Amitayus, the unchanging, indestructible, imperishable vajra body, accomplished through extraordinary aspirations, Amitabha, we pray to pacify the obstacles that harm life due to past karma and sudden circumstances, and unfavorable hindrances. Bless us to accomplish the Guru Sambhogakaya, bless us to realize the union of bliss and emptiness, bless us to realize equality and freedom from elaboration, bless us to realize uncreated self-clarity, bless us to realize the nature of reality as it is. May all sentient beings equal to space pray to the Guru Great Bliss Perfect Sambhogakaya.

Recite as much as possible, coordinating with exhaling, all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations are completely purified. Coordinate this visualization with inhaling: From the Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ，Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ，Literal meaning: Om) at the Lama's crown, white light rays, like a continuous stream of mercury, dissolve into your forehead. The blessings of the Lama's body enter, the vase empowerment is received, the obscurations of the body are purified, and the accomplishment of the body Vajra life is attained. From the Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ，Romanized Sanskrit: ā，Literal meaning: Ah) at the Lama's throat, red light rays, like a continuous stream of mercury, dissolve into your throat. The blessings of the Lama's speech enter, the secret empowerment is received, the obscurations of speech are purified, and the accomplishment of the speech Vajra life is attained. From the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ，Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ，Literal meaning: Hum) at the Lama's heart, blue light rays, like a continuous stream of mercury, dissolve into your heart. The blessings of the Lama's mind enter, the wisdom and primordial awareness empowerment is received, the obscurations of the mind are purified, and the accomplishment of the mind Vajra life is attained. From the Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ，Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ，Literal meaning: Hrih) at the Lama's navel, green light rays, like a continuous stream of mercury, dissolve into your navel. The complete blessings of the Lama's body, speech, and mind enter, the precious word empowerment is received, the obscurations of body, speech, and mind are purified, and the accomplishment of the Vajra life is attained. From the eight letters on the Lama's hands and feet, light rays of various colors, like a continuous stream of mercury, dissolve into your four limbs, thereby attaining the supreme and common accomplishments of the four activities. In short, a great wealth of blessings and accomplishments is attained. Again, from the three syllables at the Lama's three places, light rays radiate in the ten directions, gathering all the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, the Lamas, Yidams, and Dakinis, dissolving into the vase of samadhi, filling it with the nectar of immortal wisdom like milk. From this, light rays radiate, gathering all the gods, sages, accomplished ones, those who have power over life, the life force of humans, companions, the essence of the four elements, and all of space, swirling into the vase, causing the vase to bubble and boil. Here, exhaling three times, all diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles to life are completely purified.
